I’ve been consistently doing the Lift 15 workouts for over two years and I’ve built the most muscle I’ve had in my life. I recently did one of the challenges they had for members and it really helped guide me to eat the protein to grow muscle and lose fat at the same time. I’m feeling so energized at 53 years old! The workout is hard, but easy to stay committed to because it’s so quick it’s over before you know it and you’re out the door to live your life and not have to be obsessed with the gym.

She pays attention to the little details, is encouraging, but never patronizing in how she pushes you to do your best. This is my first ever training experience, and I’ve been loving it so far. My main goal was and is to stay healthy, but in just a short time I’ve also reaped the benefits of getting toned, strong, and surprisingly returned to my pre-kids weight. Between managing a full-time job, a family with two small children and other things, the 15 minutes fits so perfectly in my schedule. Not to mention the team is very friendly, welcoming, and motivational. I always look forward to each of my sessions, and leave the workouts feeling accomplished and invigorated knowing that I did some very challenging but healthy work on myself.

I've attended Lift since 2/24. This has been a very positive experience. My personal trainer Phoenix, has been most helpful and encouraging throughout my time at Lift. She and the rest of the staff that I've met are always enthusiastic, and positive.
They have made nutritional recommendations that I've incorporated into my daily routine.
Phoenix always exudes a positive attitude and has a smile on her face. She is constantly coaching to make sure I do the exercise correctly and improving as I go along. When I sometimes feel the urge to quit, her positive attitude has energized me to continue on.
Lift is worth every penny and minute spent there. I look forward to continuing my journey to improve my fitness.

I started Lift more than 2 years ago because I had recently dropped a few lbs and was feeling like I looked scrawny and weak. I wanted to look toned and feel strong. So I gave Lift a try. When attempting to do the gym on my own in the past, I would never make much progress due to questioning whether I was doing the right thing, inconsistency, etc. With Lift, I can go in and not think about anything because I know Shaun has all my machine weights and seat adjustments logged. All I have to do is show up for 15 minutes and give it my all. I have never seen such substantial results in a workout program and have it be so easy to commit to.

I love Lift Personal Training and Nutrition. My trainer is Phoenix and she is very knowledgeable about the machines, strength training and nutrition. I can really tell the difference in my body. I’m much stronger and Phoenix makes sure my body form is correct so I don’t injure myself. I have had low back pain for years. Since lift training, I no longer have a sore back. I love the enthusiasm Phoenix has from the start to the finish of my workout. I highly recommend this gym….it’s just 15 minutes of training twice a week. I’ve been going to Lift in Liberty Lake for over a month now, and it’s been such an awesome experience! I was lucky enough to be scheduled with the the best trainer there, Phoenix. Phoenix is very personable and she motivates me to push myself to my limits every time I work out. The Lift approach to fitness is refreshingly different and it is unbelievable how efficient each movement is. There is absolutely no wasted repetition, and you WILL see results. I already feel so much healthier and I can’t wait to see how I look when my first contract is up at the end of this summer! All of the trainers here are top tier, but Phoenix is the best! 😃

I started going to Lift about 3.5 months ago, and I am extremely pleased with the results! I know I need the accountability because there is no way I would push myself as hard as Shaun pushes me. Her and the other trainers are very encouraging and do make me want to work even harder. You can't really make an excuse when it's only 15 min, twice a week 😁 By the way, my weight is down about 14.5%, and I'm more than halfway to my goal! It is highly unlikely I would have made this much progress without Lift.

I have been training with Shaun and Phoenix Since I started in July 2022. I have been blessed with increased strength, energy, and motivation to be more fit. I especially noticed a difference when I recently went for a first time cross country ski lesson. That was an intense workout! I am 62 years old and had never been on skis. I made it through the two hour lesson with no problem. And i’m amazed that I had absolutely no soreness the next day! I know that, had I done this last winter, before my training, it would’ve been a completely different story!

When I first began training with Shaun, I experienced very painful “exercise-induced headaches”. Shaun encouraged me that these would pass in time, but they were almost painful enough to make me quit. Twice a week, I kept at it, despite the ache radiating across the top of my head after each session. Shaun was attentive and inspiring and confident, so I placed my trust in her. I forget exactly when the headaches ceased, but definitely by month’s end they were gone! And they have never returned. Now I get to enjoy this astonishing process of building muscle with a mere 15 minutes twice a week. The sessions always go so fast now, it’s almost unbelievable.

I have been working out with Stephanie for the past 2 1/2 months and I have NOTHING but positive things to say about her, the facility, the workouts and the other clients! I came to Stephanie pretty fed up with some regain I had experienced (again) and could not seem to lose. I have some food requirements and other odd requirements based on some medical stuff. She quickly got all of the information and started me on a 2 x per week workout plan and we slowly began to talk about nutrition. I like that she was not pushy with me, she would ask me at each workout how nutrition was going and I knew I needed to speak up. I did and we have been literally tweaking things as we go to ensure it is working for me. I emailed her with questions and she is responsive, supportive and so helpful. My workouts are kick A**! They are challenging and I love them! I love Stephanie as a person, she is so supportive of my success and celebrates each little accomplishment with me; she cares. I love this place, I never thought this protocol could work for me - well, it has worked. I am down 7 pounds and several inches.
