I’ve been working with Linnea for over a year, and I can’t recommend Limber Arts highly enough!

The small group classes are long enough to really learn the exercises but varied enough to stay engaging and never boring. What impresses me most is Linnea’s ability to tailor workouts so they feel personalized even in a group setting. She has a keen eye for body mechanics and brings genuine enthusiasm to every session. Linnea’s responsiveness is remarkable too. I once shared an article and she had already integrated multiple techniques from it by the very next session.

If you’re looking for someone who’s knowledgeable, attentive, and truly invested in your progress, Linnea is fantastic!

The small group classes are just what I was looking for to supplement my own exercise routines (running and swimming, primarily) to help build overall strength, especially as I'm in midlife and losing muscle mass. The exercise routines are just the right balance of approachable and challenging, and Linnea always offers modifications for students who want a more or less intense option. I was recommended by my PT to see Linea to help with strengthening my feet as I've had foot problems all my life and she has helped me immensely with getting me to understand my feet and how they work as well as how to actually walk the correct way. I highly recommend Linea if you're looking for a rehab coach especially if you have foot problems of any kind.

Linnea watches and listens to my body and my experience of the exercises she gives me in order to build on or adjust our work, as needed. She knows what movement will best help me build strength and agility and gradually helps me gain both. I have issues with my L4 and L5 and she gives me exercises that build mobility without exacerbating those areas.

Linnea has been the best help since my car accident. Iv been through doctors for physical therapy and chiropractors. Both never took the time to listen to me. Linnea always listen and made a custom program just for me. Since working with Linnea iv been able to work with out pain. My quality of life is way better now.

Linnea is an absolute gift to the world. I've been working with her for three years and have more strength, flexibility and appreciation for my aging body than ever (I'm 54). I'm also a writer and just finished my 8th book. This was the only one that I wrote and had no aches and pains throughout the process, which I attribute to Linnea's skillful and attentive training. There's so much I appreciate about Linnea, including the fact that in three years, working with her 3 times a week, she's rarely repeated the same sequences more than a couple of times - which means I never get bored. Linnea was awesome to work with at a time where I wasn’t feeling very well and I had some complications making exercise challenging. She successfully got me moving without flaring up my health issues that were very sensitive to exercise at the time. She was also very kind and understanding and she was still able to motivate me. We worked together virtually and she gave me recordings of our sessions that I could refer to. I was able to get back to the gym eventually and build from there.

Linnea, who I have been seeing weekly in a Group Pilates Circuit class with other “Seniors” has been a great instructor. Taking us from the most basic moves and helping us continually building our core and body strength over the better part of 2023. Even though we are a group, we receive one on one assistance as she quickly assesses and recognizes which body areas we need to concentrate on and how to adapt the exercises at each station for our level of abilities and needs. I am one of many Seniors she is helping to become stronger and she recognizes quickly how my weaknesses can be addressed in and out of class to enable me to be very active. I know her help in my physical fitness is crucial for me to continue to tick off items in my bucket list. I would strongly recommend the instruction and care you would receive from Linnea at Limber Arts if you wish to be able to continue to remain strong and active without overly focusing on your chronological age. She is worth it. I will gladly skip an evening out if my budget doesn’t allow for both options, and choose her sessions because I am worth investing in myself.

Linnea has been a life saver for me! I am diabetic and I had not done much exercise in the last three years and I needed help!! Linnea to the rescue!!

I’m a recently retired 62 year old male. Like many retirees I hoped to get into better shape but found it difficult to start and maintain any routine. With a bad shoulder neck issues and recent full knee replacement I feared I’d never be able to feel like I did in my younger days. I held little hope I could come even close to my goals. Then, along comes Linnea. Within my first 2 private sessions she helped me correct my posture and understand how my body works to help strengthen my “bum” leg and alleviate pains I’ve dealt with for years. My wife and I have since joined a group lesson with Linnea (6 months now) and are amazed at the results. My 32 year old self would be jealous of this 62 year old body. Before every class she checks with us (we’re all seniors) to make sure there’s no new pains and on the fly she adjusts our workouts to avoid further pain and relieve the problem. Her knowledge never ceases to amaze me, and yes, amaze is the correct word. If you’re looking to strengthen your body, trim down, regain flexibility I can’t recommend Linnea/Limber Arts/Pilates strong enough. A++

I am an office worker who was not particularly active when I started to work with Linnea. Linnea designed and continually updated a program of exercise that has improved my flexibility, posture and general fitness, and is now something that I’ve integrated into my daily routines. Linnea’s deep knowledge of anatomy, movement, and exercise, coupled with her ability to tailor this to my specific needs, has meant that I’ve made enormous progress (even during the pandemic!) in a way that is easier and more successful than when I have worked with other instructors.
