I started training with Jen when I was 26 weeks pregnant, and now, 10 months postpartum, I’m still with her—and for good reason! From day one, Jen has been incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and detail-focused. She has a deep understanding of the body, especially through the changes of pregnancy and postpartum recovery.
Every session is tailored to how I’m feeling that day—whether I need to focus on rebuilding strength, improving posture, or just moving mindfully. Her ability to adjust the training in real time has been a game-changer, especially during the ups and downs of postpartum recovery.
Thanks to Jen, I feel stronger, more aligned, and so much more confident in my body. I can’t recommend her enough, especially for anyone looking for thoughtful, personalized Pilates—before, during, or after pregnancy.

Jen is very knowledgeable at what she does and I always felt her confidence through her work. As someone who never worked out, Jen was ALWAYS so patient with me, but was willing to challenge me based on my progress. I am becoming a fitness addict myself because of her haha

I was lucky enough to have met Jen and she has helped me get back into working out and listening to my body through a very individualized plan. Jen listens to my needs, knows when to push me harder and when to back off if something doesn’t feel right. She is definitely the best trainer I’ve ever had. I love our sessions and never feel bored with her. My favorite part is how non judgemental she is.

I started working with Jen last fall and I’m amazed at the progress I’ve made. I had no previous experience doing Pilates, but now I feel stronger, have gained a ton of flexibility, and it’s also benefited my mental health.
Jen listens to my needs and customizes each session to the state of my body. Jen is an amazing Pilates instructor. She is able to personalize new routines for me each time. The workout routines have given me more range of motion, better posture, and strength. Jen is also working with my father who is in his mid 60s. His posture and flexibility has improved drastically since practicing Pilates.
