Elizabeth Bannister is amazing! Her Mommy Pilates classes are the perfect mix of gentle recovery and real strengthening. As a physical therapist and instructor, she truly understands postpartum bodies and gives personalized, caring guidance. I’ve never felt stronger or more supported—highly recommend!

I love the way Elizabeth approaches her classes with fun, positivity and sense of humor, it keeps me going. She has helped me with low back pain, at the same time I improved my over all strength and decreased the frustration of a leaky bladder. Love passion she has for her classes.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth for several years as a physical therapist. She is an excellent therapist with a great sense of humor, personable, and has a deep sense of integrity and knowledge base. She specializes in pelvic floor therapy, and I’m already referring potential clients for her services.

Elizabeth is a very good teacher when I took her Pilates class. She made sure we were doing the poses and exercises correctly. I really loved the stretching exercise’s too!

I was referred to Elizabeth for physical therapy a few years ago. My body is very broken from sport injuries plus I have Osteoporosis. Elizabeth not only helped with PT but introduced me to Pilates. I found Pilates helped me with my balance, strength and flexibility.
Elizabeth is patient, understanding and very perceptive. I would recommend her highly!

Elizabeth is a very knowledgeable and skilled practitioner. I have been particularly impressed with her ability to help me deal with current issue, but also help me put together a plan to improve my overall level of fitness and ability to continue to play competitive tennis. She listens, she communicates effectively, she cares deeply about helping each of her clients achieve their desired results. In addition to working with her as a PT, I also work with her in PT guided pilates classes. It has bee a game changer for me. Highly recommend!

I saw Elizabeth before and after both my pregnancies. I had really bad pain in my tailbone and back both times. She is wonderful to work with and has a sense of humor!

Elizabeth is a great instructor and physical therapist, and a lovely person too! She taught me mobility and strengthening reformer pilates to help manage my fibromyalgia, which built the foundation I still use today in my practice.

Elizabeth is truly an exceptional Pilates teacher. Her years of clinical PT expertise transfer beautifully to the studio teaching experience she has crafted. She is empathic, thoughtful and full of attentive humor in her approach to diverse levels of ability. She is clear and careful with cueing and attuned to neuromuscular detail.
Many mums in the American healthcare system arrive at post-natal Pilates years past birth, and part of the strength of our bodies is that it is never too late. Elizabeth works with all of us mums with care and detail, and I highly recommend her! Also adding that I've had a number of different teachers on Pilates equipment. Each one has their own approach, and I definitely recommend that you give Look At Mommy PT a try.

Elizabeth is fun, knowledgeable, and engaging! Her Pilates classes made me laugh, sweat, and feel “the good kind of sore” the next day.
I loved that Elizabeth took the time to learn the participants favorite and least favorite moves (either verbally or through our facial expressions/body language) and she would incorporate those into our class. Each class built upon our knowledge and was informative, energizing, and lively!
