If you are looking to learn some new skills or just working on fitness, if you are looking for a family friendly gym LOOK NO FURTHER! THIS IS IT LOL!!! I am sooo happy I found this place. It started off as I just wanted to do it for fitness. Then my 17yr old and my 8yr old joined. Now we are here almost everyday! Just learning everything we can. Both of my sons are training in boxing and jiu jitsu. Drew and Brandon as well as EVERYONE there are sooo welcoming and friendly. I am grateful! Not to mention a FAMILY FRIENDLY environment. I get to workout and also my sons get their practice in. I do boxing with my 17yr old. You really can't beat that!

It’s only been my third week, but since day one Drew and everyone at the gym have been extremely helpful and supportive. I’m a middle aged man that just gotten into boxing, and I’ve been really enjoying the instruction and tactics of the craft. Not to mention having the most fun I’ve ever had during a workout.

This place is a great place to train, to learn how to defend yourself, and just to get into better shape if that's what you're looking for. The teachers are excellent, patient, and knowledgeable. They also have allowed me to have the flexibility to come when I can. (I'm really only able to attend about once a week due to the demands of work and other commitments.) I chose to take private lessons and they are well worth it. I highly recommend this place. Drew, Brandon, and to everyone else I have interacted with there, thanks so much for your friendliness and for helping me to get closer to achieving my goals.

I had a great experience at my orientation. Brandon & Zack were surperb instructors. They broke down the different aspects of boxing in concise and easy to learn methods. I was pretty nervous going in my first time and I quickly overcame my nervousness by how welcoming and encouraging they were. Definitely looking forward to coming in again.

The gym is amazing, the people are amazing! Man I’ve been here for almost a week and it’s just been an all around great experience/atmosphere. I really like working with Drew and Brandon, they’ve been working w/me and giving me some tips. They’re also kind enough to let me stay back just to watch the more experience guys train and I just try to absorb as much as I can take. Really good stuff. Forgot to mention Trevor, I just met the guy and stayed for one of his lessons… very knowledgeable and cool. Overall I really do recommend coming here if anyone wants to learn MMA!

Amazing gym and amazing trainers. If you want to train, no matter what level you are at, this is definitely the place to go. I've been to so many different gyms in my life. I've had the pleasure of training under both instructors since 2012, much if not most of my success in MMA and development of a man is credited to Trevor Jackson and Drew Brokenshire. Both have plenty of knowledge behind the martial arts they teach to the novice gym trainer, and the experience of high level fight preparation and professional fight experience. It's a great place for all ages and has something to offer for all experience levels.
