I’ve been training at M2 Fitness for over 5 years, and have had a great experience throughout. The 1:1 training has been instrumental in keeping me ‘functionally’ fit - ever more important as I get older. The trainers have always listened to me and my body and enabled me to keep my general fitness level up while training for the occasional outdoor adventure, whether it be skiing, mountain biking or climbing. Benji and the team have been a huge help in raising and maintaining my fitness.

When I moved to the area I was looking for a trainer for my wife and I. I went on yelp and came across the great reviews for M2 fitness. I made contact, Benji was extremely responsive, and he provided me with all the necessary details without pushing for a commitment. I ended up signing up for their three month dual sessions for us both and it was the best choice. I personally liked that we got to work with a new trainer every week which made the sessions exciting. I loved how Benji schedules the sessions to ensure you receive that specialization we were seeking. Special shout out to Chris, he was our favorite trainer, extremely knowledgeable and focused on providing that dedicated training. We would have continued on, unfortunately, we moved to Federal Way and the commute was killer. Thank you M2 team for such an amazing experience.

I started strength training here 1-2x/week in October 2024 and have really enjoyed my experience. Benji was prompt in a responding to my initial inquiry, listened to my concerns, and made me feel ready to give training a shot - I really liked that they supported my goals of getting stronger and feeling more energized, as well as respecting my request to not talk about my appearance or weight at all during my training due to my history (not something you can find easily these days). I came in with zero weight lifting experience and now feel confident to lift on my own, and I'm feeling stronger than ever.
Each trainer has their own style and expertise, and I really liked the variety of getting to train with everyone on the team over time. You're not getting sucked into a subscription that's impossible to cancel, and you have control over your goals and what you're able to do in each session. I also appreciated the support in showing up and still putting in a good workout even when I wasn't feeling great or was healing an injury.
Never in my wildest dreams did I think I'd be regularly lifting heavy and loving it! I will absolutely come back if I need more support. Thanks Benji & team!

I have been a client of M2 for five years now. They are amazing at what they do! Each session is tailored to fit your needs. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable, keeping your health and goals in mind as the evolve. They focus a lot on technique to prevent injuries and work well to help you rehab muscles if you’re recovering from an injury. I have loved every minute of coming to this gym, they make it fun and something to look forward to. The facilites themselves are too notch with all equipment you could need. Bathrooms are clean and well stocked. Scheduling is a breeze. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to start out or finesse their technique. I’d give them 10 ⭐️’s if I could!

If you are looking for a focused one on one personal training, this is the place. This gym is cozy and only open for personal training sessions, which are usually 2 or 3 sessions at the same time. Hence, the personal trainers can focus solely on you with no distractions. The equipment is well maintained and the trainers are very knowledgeable.

I can’t recommend M2 Fitness enough!
The space is welcoming and friendly. I hadn’t spent time in a gym before joining, but I never felt “out of place”. The trainers are all super knowledgeable but also conscientious — they pay attention to how you are progressing and where you may need extra guidance.
I liked having a mix of trainers with different styles: some helped me really hone in my technique, while others I credit with learning to “enjoy the hard work”.

Training at M2 was a very positive experience for me and my husband. We did 2:1 personal training twice weekly for 10 weeks and it definitely made us feel stronger and healthier. I do not enjoy going to gyms normally yet this is totally a different experience. The facility is always clean and taken care of. Trainers have great personality and knowledge. They listen and understand your goals and help you getting there.

My partner and I signed up for training at M2 in September 2023 and did three sessions per week. Both of us basically hadn't exercised at all in about ten years, so it was challenging, but we have had a very good experience! The trainers at M2 helped us get back into exercising and taught us skills and exercises to help us on our journey to becoming more physically fit again.
We looked in to other gyms in the area beforehand, but chose M2 because of the offer to do 2-on-1 training sessions together and because we liked the atmosphere at M2 the most: it's always an inviting and comfortable place to exercise as the space is very well maintained and the focus on working with trainers makes it easy to share the space even when there are multiple sessions going on at once.

This place is amazing. I have been training here for 8 months and I truly didn’t know my body would be able to do what it does now. I have bad knees, bad back, and nerve damage in my leg - but Anna Maria knows how to keep me from being in pain and from further injuring myself. I have stopped needing to see the chiropractor because my stronger core keeps everything aligned. My balance is steadily improving. My arms are the most toned they have ever been. And I have fun working out, which I didn’t think was possible. The trainers all make the gym a fun atmosphere, but Anna Maria really keeps me engaged, energized, and laughing while also teaching me mindfulness and awareness of my body. Great place for personal training. The personal trainers are focused on your needs and are helpful in tailoring exercises based on your fitness level and flexibility. They are also very good at pushing you to meet your goals, slowly advancing you to the next level in terms of difficulty, intensity and strength.

First, the coaching is excellent. M2 Fitness has very good trainers who understand our needs and ability well and customize our workouts. The workouts are well thought-out and varied throughout the week. No muscle group gets ignored.

The owner Benji and manager Ramon are so great at what they do and know how to run an amazing facility. All of the trainers there are incredible as well and really know their stuff. I know whoever I work out with, I’m going to feel like I really got a great work out in after. I look forward to my weekly sessions!
The gym itself is extremely clean and has everything you need for before or after your work out, which is a plus. The team makes you feel so comfortable no matter what level you’re at with your fitness. They help you set goals, then teach & guide you to achieving them.
Benji and Ramon also make scheduling work outs a dream- my schedule is a mess and always different but I’m always able to get in for a work out at a time that works for me.

I've been training by myself for years, and I finally got to the point where I needed help/encouragement/coaching from a trainer. What piqued my interest about this gym was the brand new, state of the art facility near where I live and 1:1 training. I had never worked with a trainer before, and I was interested to see how they would work with me (former elite athlete, strongman competitor, etc). Having been with them for about 2months now, I can say it's been awesome. Incredibly knowledgeable trainers who can push me, tailor their coaching style to match what I need, and create workouts outside of the gym for me to do on my own. The only slight downside is the cost - It's fairly expensive unless you can find a buddy to train 2:1 with you.
