I’ve done martial arts for a long time mainly in wrestling in 2018 I wanted to switch over so I started karate and shortly after jujutsu and muay thai at a gym in richland i found this gym in late 2021 and switching over was the best choice i made mercenary isn’t just a fitness gym or an mma gym It’s a community. I met amazing people there and had such great memories. I always felt welcomed and heard and was always greeted by the coaches and fellow fighters this gym has taught me adversity and how to overcome much things i highly recommend this gym

I attended a Thursday night drop in class. Tony and Kelly were very respectful and organized. I appreciated the attention to detail when teaching the techniques. Everyone who attended the class was respectful and humble. Over all I enjoyed the experience and hope to come back!

Great coaches and great atmosphere. I can say that they always have the best interest of anyone who is attending the classes and give the best insight in the area when it comes to MMA or Muay Thai. They give you what you need based off of how you want to go about MMA or Muaythai. If you want to just get a workout in they push you to your limits without excessively going overboard. And if you wish to compete, they mold you into a well rounded seasoned fighter. Hands down the best Muaythai and MMA gym in the Tri-Cities. 10/10

Went to try the Muay Thai class to see if I would fit it, when I called he was rude and when I said when the Muay Thai classes start for beginners he said “ idk search it up on our Facebook “ as the coach and owner u at least should know when ur own classes start. So I ignored his bad energy and I went to try out the class. I came in at 5:32 and class was at 5:30 , I was walking behind 2 of there students when I entered. He said “ your too late you can’t join “ and I told him there was traffic because there was a car accident.. he didn’t say anything and just say ok put on the gloves and shin guards over there and go on the mat. He was teaching the class what to me seemed like he didn’t even enjoy teaching, he expected me to know everything didn’t even introduce me to the class or make me feel welcome, he made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. He was straight up rude. I seen the way he was talking to some of his students after class and he talked normally, only cuz they were girls, but when I talked to him he gave me attitude. After class I asked if I can join or just watch the advance class so I can learn at least since it’s a 3 class free trail. He said was on his phone and didn’t even look at me and said “ NO your NOT ADVANCED “ he doesn’t even know anything about my past or bothered to ask if I had any experience. Then I was polite and said “ oh okay I just wanted to at least watch the advance class so I can learn just from observing “ he ignored me and continued on his phone and I left. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Makes you feel unwelcomed, doesn’t have any manners, gives attitude when you ask simple questions, he didn’t even ask me if I needed help or anything. I learned more from a kid who just started class there. He was nice and patient but the owner of this place is a complete ****head. This place has potential they just need to get rid of the main coach and replace him with someone who has that spark inside them. That spark that is contagious and makes people want to actually learn the sport. People like him make others loose there own spark. All they want is your money , you don’t even learn anything besides some basic combos you can learn from YouTube. Nothing special about this place at all. Wish this helps for those interested in Muay Thai I do recommend legacy in Richland they teach Muay Thai and the trainer there actually takes his time to teach you and has good energy. And is happy to train you if you have any troubles he makes u feel welcomed. Watch anyone call legacy and then call this place. You’ll see the atmosphere is completely different. One actually cares and the other doesn’t.and no I did not come in 10 mins late. I walked in at exactly 5:32 dont try to lie about that and say I was 10 mins late. I was even walking in the door behind one of ur students, so why didn’t you tell him anything ?

I went to this gym to try it out I spared this dude named Isaiah he was a complete scrub tbh that guy can't even hit a 1-2 combo... but hey he has a lot to improve on. I dropped him within seconds my foot work and momentum was way better than his! it was a certified BAKI moment I have bulked up so much from this place the training is incredible I highly recommend coming to this gym in all honesty this is a top tier S RANKED gym absolutely amazing! do not go anywhere else

PS. EXCALIBUR PIZZA NEXT DOOR IS REALLY GOOD!!! I HIT THAT PLACE UP AFTER A INTENSE WORKOUT/SPARE

Great coaches, very supportive, I couldn’t ask for more of Coach tony and Coach skittles. My kids joined not knowing how to do a push up or make friends. Now they are very outgoing, more focused in school and I would recommend anyone not to be shy and check this place out first.

I tried out this gym today. I just moved from Orlando, FL. I really liked the class I was looking for a coach that would correct my technique. Which Tony did! His Fiancé Kelly was super welcoming and very kind helped me loosen up a bit. However, I noticed my slides were super black and gross when I got home. The mats are super spongy can’t be good to be rolling on that mat for BJJ. That’s the only negative thing I have to say about that gym otherwise it seems freaking amazing but my man unfortunately doesn’t want me going back because of the mat situation.

World class training in the Tri-City area. If you want to be a fighter hands down this is the best gym in eastern Washington. The coaching staff is very dedicated to their programs and fighters. From personal experience I am beyond happy with the quality of training and my results as a fighter. They took my skills to the next level all areas.
