While driving through downtown I saw this business and was intrigued so I searched right away. After noticing a 3.5, I had to find out why and low and behind, the owner fat shames people. Not a good look. I’ve seen all I needed to see.

Why would I want to hire someone to help me and guide me on a vulnerable journey of reaching fitness goals (many people chose fat loss as a fitness goal) when he has proven to shame people online for trying to find peace with their bodies?

I started going to Move Moore Often about 16 months ago. I’ve worked with multiple trainers in last 25 years and Mike is BY FAR the most knowledgeable and motivating. So many things I thought I was doing right all these years, he’s taught me how to properly do them. His classes could easily be seen as difficult, but he thoughtfully and thoroughly explains every move before taking it on, whether you have experience or not. I’ve personally grown in body weight movement/animal flow and proper use of kettle bells, which were both new to me. I also recently started 1 on 1’s with him, and that is his true gift. He’s taught me how to discipline myself mentally & physically when not motivated 95% of time. He’s also taught me about eating right, made me a runner again, and spent detailed time and instruction on kettle bell moves I was too intimidated to try and now feeling more and more confident in growing even further. Best thing is it’s abundantly clear that Mike GENUINELY cares about you succeeding, and that can be very rare in his industry. I can definitely say Mike has become one of the most influential people in my life. Couldn’t recommend him more.

Micheal Moore is a great teacher!! I never knew how important it was to stretch, most my back pains went away, thanks to the stretches he showed me. Huge believer in stretching out and warming up before and after working out. If you’re looking to get in the best shape of your life, I highly recommend his gym!

Was a member for a year and learned a lot about proper form and lifting weights. The functional strength training alternated with kickboxing and the once a week restoration is a great balance. Lastly the holiday family and friends workouts are something my kids really enjoyed :)

I have gone to Move Moore Often for nearly 4 years now. Mike is the absolute best. I have enjoyed the progression of my fitness journey at his facility under his watchful eye and leadership. Getting into a fitness routine can be intimidating, but with consistency and his guidance I have made tremendous amounts of changes to not only my physical body, but my mentality too. I now use his services for one to one personal training where I've been taught more advanced skills with kettlebells, animal flow, and kick boxing.
