Shruthi’s style is calming and reassuring. I participated in one of her challenges while I was traveling for business. I really enjoyed the few meditation sessions I had with Mudita. It was very energizing yet calming. The concepts and techniques used is really innovative and very unique. One must try Mudita for sure, if anyone not interested in meditations and yoga, you will fall in love with meditations and yoga by Mudita for sure.

I attended a few sessions of the "30 days meditation challenge" conducted by mudita circles, even though the session was for 10 mins it was impactful, refreshing and calming. 10 mins was perfect to concentrate without the mind getting diverted which helps to get the maximum benefit of the session . Looking forward to attend more such sessions.

I had the opportunity of joining the 30-Day meditation challenge with Mudita. It was a pleasure to be part of it. Before starting the journey, I was under the assumption that they would be going through the same practice for the next 30 days but I was way off. Every day they brought in a new element and it was refreshing to start our day with the meditation sessions. We got to do a variety of practices over the challenge, both my wife and I loved being part of it. I would highly recommend Mudita for someone looking to take charge of their overall wellbeing with Yoga and Meditation.

We had an amazing experience with Mudita Circles’ yoga classes for kids! Initially, both my kids were hesitant to try yoga, but thanks to Shruthi, the instructor, they’ve grown to love it. Shruthi is incredibly patient and gentle with the children, making them feel comfortable and engaged. Her knowledge of yoga is remarkable, and she goes beyond poses by teaching kids about health, mindfulness, and peace. I never imagined yoga for kids, but this class has been an incredible opportunity for them to learn and have fun at the same time. They absolutely love it and eagerly look forward to it every week. Attended a parent-tot yoga class today. It was a lot of fun for both me and my kiddo. The instructor, Shruthi, has put in lot of thought to design the segments to make it fun and engaging for the kiddos. We did a warm up using rhyme, followed by breathing exercise (using fun collapsable balls that emulate diaphragm movements), chanting Om, then several poses using toy animals, role play in jungle, tons of hopping and several activities that involved both kiddo and parent working together. Most fun was the bubble popping at the end!
There were several instances where my kid did not want to follow instructions or wanted to run around or do something else but the instructor was very patient and encouraging him to do the activity.
Overall, highly recommend and will definitely go back!

Shruthi is very kind and knowledgeable. My kids were very comfortable with her and enjoyed the class so much. Love the way the class was separated based on age . The timings were also prompt this made it easy for pickup and drop .
