Worked out with Roko at Muscle Evolution for the first time today and had a great experience ! I appreciated that Roko really pushed me and how motivating he was when I started to struggle. He also stayed on track, was professional, and made good use of the time we had. Trying a new trainer as a woman can be a little daunting but Roko was very professional and I felt comfortable within a few minutes. I have already asked for his schedule and will be returning asap.

Muscle Evolution is a great gym and Roko is a great trainer/instructor. I participated in a small group class, focusing on lower body. Roko focused on mobility, stability and muscle building. Great session for beginners and experienced fitness enthusiasts. I highly recommend Muscle Evolution and Roko without any reservations.

Roko is great! I am new to weight training and he’s made it approachable and welcoming. Working out can be intimidating and it’s been everything but that. He has met me at where I’m at and provides lots of motivation. My favorite thing about Roko is how engaged he is. I’m a 70+ year-old woman. I hate exercise. Before I retired. I had a fairly sedentary job. I Ihave wasted several gym memberships. I went to see Roco because a friend recommended him. I have been going to work out with him twice a week for almost a year now. He is very alert to what I can and cannot do. He pushes me enough so that I do more than I think I can, but not so much that I start hating the workouts. When I injured my knee, he worked with me, using my physical therapy plan, so that I could continue my progress. The photo below is my right arm. Yay for me and thanks to Roco.
