I’m Luciano Martín Villafañe, a personal trainer and movement coach based in Seattle, WA. Former professional rugby player with a passion for calisthenics, weightlifting,gymnastics and deep tissue therapy. I design personalized training programs focused on strength, mobility, recovery, and overall well-being. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain strength, or move pain-free, I’ll guide you every step toward lasting results. Private and group sessions available in English and Spanish.

Luciano is the most talented instructor I’ve ever worked with for my personal training. His experience in rugby, tennis and gymnastics, all at a very high level of competition, has armed him with techniques and knowledge of how to develop workout routines that get real results and are fun. One of things I’m most impressed with is he starts every workout with a question on how I’m feeling and what physical activity will I be doing that week. From that he immediately adjusts my routine to support that situation so that I am both feeling better physically and prepared for the hike or golf or water sport I’m doing that week. If you want results from your workouts and feel great doing it, Luciano is who you want to work with you.

My whole family works with Luciano. He is so good with my 12-year old and has really helped both me and my husband gain a lot of strength. With Luciano, I have been able to get my squat up to 280 lbs, and I just keep going. My kiddo is enjoying exercise and really enjoys Luciano's energy!

I’ve been training with Martin since 2022, and he completely transformed the way I think about fitness. I’ve learned so much, from proper stretching techniques to calisthenics and even boxing, things I never imagined I’d be doing.
