Love this fitness place. Katie teaches the best restorative and gentle yoga. If you want to start your weekend off right, come on Friday night to relax the week away. Melissa has fitness classes during the week that work every muscle in your body and get you sweaty. A beautiful balance. Wonderful teachers. Personal and supportive environment that just accepts everyone.

Best trainers ever! I've group exercised for over 40 years, and this is the best instructor/trainer I've ever had. If you are serious about fitness, but need accountability these coaches will get you there. Always encouraged to go your own pace, listen to your body. Alternates always given. Always praises individuals. Reminds group if sees need for form corrections, will only call out individuals if feels continuing incorrect form may injure. Takes you aside privately for progression if hesitant to self progress.

Pushes me in a very positive way. Makes me a better person, so I can pass the positivity on. Like the pebble on still water.

I've been going to Melissa 's classes since about the beginning, nearly 8 years. She kicks my behind and I always feel my workout, next day. Upbeat, always positive. Best part of many of my days.

My motivation for continuing attendance is; I finally feel good about my body, I've lost and maintained weight loss, and reversed pre-diabetes. To say nothing for the flood of endorphins needed, after a day behind a computer monitor.

The boutique is composed of a beautiful curated inventory. From fitness apparel to handmade home decor, including live house plants. The houseplants are thriving.

I am thriving by being a member of this amazing little community. You will, too. Join us. It's fun, but always a challenge.

If you are looking for a joyful, positive, female-owned small business to help you get moving or just purchase your next pair of leggings from... go here! As someone who doesn't vibe well with trainers yelling at me or just training in general, I've found my safe place. I started out going one night maybe a other week & now I'm there 3-4 times a week if not more.

These ladies are phenomenal, the classes are amazing and the clothes are very high end without the price. You can find a class from low-key yoga & meditation to reset your mental focus to high energy but kicking barre and cardio countdown - with everything in between. And don't worry about your age, fitness level or looks because they are also the most inclusive group I've ever been a part of.

Amazing!

When I moved from WA state, I was heart broken that I wouldn’t be able to work out with my fav trainer Kelly anymore. I love the zoom feature of this studio so that I can get back to my yoga! It’s been a big help since I often forget to stretch and have desperately needed to get back into regular yoga. The only thing that sucks is that I can’t take part in what looks like a fantastic variety of cardio, strength, and stretching in person. If you’re in the WA area, you should check this gym out

Fell in love with Piyo because of Melissa! Have attended classes since she was with Frontier and am so excited for this studio! Plus, softest, squat proof leggings for the best price! The added boutique for the apparel must haves makes this a great combo ❤
