New Life Pilates is a private boutique pilates studio located in Burien serving the communities of Burien, Normandy Park, Des Moines, West Seattle since 2010.
Do you want a strong core, better posture and balance? If yes, then New Life Pilates is for you. We offer private lessons, semi-privates and small group equipment classes for all shapes, sizes, beginners, post rehab clients, seniors and everyone in between.

I've been a member of New Life Pilates for nearly two years, and I can confidently say it's one of the best decisions I've made for my health and well-being. A close friend recommended it to me, and from day one, I understood why.
The classes are intentionally small, which means every session feels personal and focused. Jennifer, the owner and instructor, is incredibly skilled not only in technique but in creating a supportive, motivating environment. She has a remarkable ability to tailor movements to each individual's needs, ensuring that everyone gets the most out of their workout, whether you're a beginner or more advanced.
The studio itself is clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed to foster both comfort and concentration. It's clear that every detail from the equipment to the class structure has been curated with care.
If you're looking for a Pilates studio that combines expert instruction with a warm, community feel, New Life Pilates with Jennifer at the helm is the place. I can't recommend it highly enough.

The best pilates studio ever! Classes are small and wonderful. Jennifer has years of experience teaching classic reformer pilates and it is obvious. I started at the beginning of summer and now feel strong, flexible and aligned. Such a joyful experience.

I am so grateful to have found Jennifer and New Life Pilates - after I graduated from PT for knee and hip issues, I knew I needed more one-on-one assistance with continuing to build strength and pain-free mobility. I haven’t had any knee or hip pain since I started working with Jennifer, which is amazing!! And, no joke, life changing. Plus, she’s totally delightful to work with - I can tell that she really rejoices with me in how strong I’m getting, and she clearly knows just how much to push me to make even more progress without hurting myself. Jennifer is masterful at translating the subtleties of Pilates to help her clients build a strong and healthy body. I have been attending her private sessions and classes for over three years and I am in the best shape of my life. I have lost 12 lbs and firmed up flabby parts I had lost hope about. After having two kids in the past five years, my abdominal muscles became weak and my posture suffered as a result. I began to fear that if I did not strengthen my abs, I might end up with chronic low back pain. However, I was reluctant to try traditional abdominal exercises for fear of injuring myself. At New Life Pilates, Jennifer has taught me so many safe and gentle ways to exercise my abs that I would have never imagined. After three private sessions, I am already feeling a better body awareness and notice myself exercising my abdominals throughout the day. I always look forward to classes with Jennifer. Her space is beautiful and she is a great instructor. Highly recommend!
