I’ve never felt more comfortable in a gym setting in my life. I struggle with low blood sugar so have always had issues working out. Sophia took it upon herself to research ways that would help me work hard but not pass-out. Loved working with her!

LOVE LOVE LOVE working out here! Best gym I've ever been to! If you want to feel great about yourself, get super strong in all the ways you want and feel like someone is training you who actually cares this is the spot! If you're on the fence give it a try - you won't regret it!

I've been doing weekly personal training with Sophia for over two years. I trust her and I'm stronger than I've ever been. This gym is very queer and body positive. No mirrors or cardio machines, no gross diet talk. I trust Sophia immensely and enjoy working out (which has never been true before)!

Sophia is an absolute treasure. She has created something completely unique and separate from the toxic parts of the fitness industry. The sense of community in the classes is palpable. It’s a very welcoming environment for folks new to fitness but also suits more experienced people as well! Each class is money well spent, especially with the individualized attention you get. The class size makes it feel like we’re all getting a little personal training. I’ll be coming here as long as I’m in Seattle.

I’ve been coming to No Judgement for just about 5 months now and it’s definitely one of the best things I’ve done for myself all year! I really love the small group classes; the classes are always different which keeps it entertaining and it’s been so crazy to see how quickly my strength has improved. Sophia is incredibly mindful of others abilities and/or limitations and is encouraging but never forceful. If you have questions, she has answers. If you’re calf is tight she’ll sub another exercise and tell you stretches you can do at home. Sophia knows her business and has cultivated a great environment to help others focus on being active.

I cannot overstate what a GEM this place is! I have never before had a completely body positive, uplifting and affirming experience in a gym. Sophia is a wizard who makes us all feel like badasses every day that we are there. This gym has become such a safe and happy space for me and I love that this place exists for all of the trans/non-binary/and cis members of our community. I am reveling in both my physical strength from showing up here as well as the confidence and mental fortitude that this place has brought me.

A great, welcoming gym. Sophia can tailor all the workouts to fit your body and goals, and always takes prior injuries into account. I tried out the Baseline class and really saw the value after just one class. Now I come twice a week to the small group classes - I really appreciate all the individual attention she gives to safety and form. Very glad to have found this place!

Infuses loud politics into ..... A gym? Why? Never had an issue with politics at any gym, anywhere in the world. Gyms are a place to lift weights and get fit. But this place actively discriminates against people they don't like based on politics.

I attended the baseline class after not stepping foot in a gym for 3 years. The class was so fun, positive, and a great workout! Can’t wait to return.

This gym is the most intentionally inclusive space I have the joy of being in! The space is anti-diet, and all about joyful movement and learning to be embodied and building strength while listening to your body’s wants and needs. Sophia is THE BEST hype person! I literally cannot recommend this space strongly enough, especially if you’re in a fat body, trans and/or queer!! ♥️

Sophia was awesome! My partner and I went to the Baseline class together. We have different fitness strengths in different areas and she was great at giving tips and modifying all of the workout outs based on our comfort/ability. Fun, relaxed vibe, music mix was jamming… excited to sign up for more classes!
