Doesnβt respond to parents emails concerning coach treatment of their child. This shows their lack of accountability and responsibility with young children. Do not recommend.

Terrible preschool program. The unqualified coach has a negative comment about my child every week - talking badly about her listening skills, comparing her to other students, and saying she drives him crazy. Like get a grip, sheβs 3 and is LEARNING both gymnastic and listening skills. He makes these comments in front of her, her class, other parents and my toddlerβs class. Iβve reached out to Northpointe to just get a refund for my remaining classes with no reply. I will continue to stand up for my daughter and will not stop until you make this right. I want a refund!!!

The place looks like its never cleaned anymore, coaching staff are rude and are not trained. They act like they don't want to be there. I never get a response to my emails about billing. They want to raise prices, cut class hours, but offer less than they use too. They offer less class times than they use to. We have been with this gym for a few years off and on, but it seems like it is declining quickly. I'm not sure what has changed exactly, but it's really turned into a horrible place that is just after money. I will be dropping my kids at the end of the month. It's not worth the money.

I liked it but it was dirty and bad they let un qualified people in to get more money and would not give us better equipment even after we all begged for it. they pulled the rug after getting rid of boys team and they did not fulfill their promises as a gym such as getting us more coaches

I have been with northpointe gymnastics since I was 8 years old. I am a part of the men's compulsory team, recently they have decided to just stop offering our program. Throughout my years on this team we have received barely any funding and new equipment. There is no chalk on the men's highbar, the parallel bars are broken and the pommel horse is so out of shape its nearly unusable. Despite all of this I pushed through with this gym and competed for 4 years, I won many awards and placed well even though this gym gave me so little. I'm not super angry or sad, just disappointed. I grew up with this gym and they kicked us to the curb. Men's gymnastics as a sport is dying, this is a step in the wrong direction.

My daughter does classes here, and we found out they also do birthdays. Just had my daughters birthday party and the kids had a blast. The coaches there supervised while the kids played, making sure they were being safe and all that. They provided tables, chairs, tablecloths, and helped set up stuff for the party. All in all, great party and the most important thing being my daughter had fun. Thanks all!

Don't waste ur time coming here, the whole place is filthy. There is a thick layer of dust on the equipment which most of needs to be replaced. Its very run down, the chairs are gross, floors and walls dirty.

Iβve been coming with my oldest for the last 3.5 years. Now my little one goes (2.5) as well and I hate to play favorites but Hannah and Sam have been constants for me and my girls. They both have an amazing approach with little ones. Sam wears the kids out and allows himself to be silly while also keeping them on task and holding them to a standard that mirrors my own approach to parenting. Hannah is direct in her communication and knows when to be silly and when to give kids the space they require when they feel unsure. She is able to pivot the practices and assist parents in help with redirecting their smaller children to all have a shared positive experience. I canβt say enough good things about both of these excellent coaches. They provide the kids with their whole attention and provide feedback that is honest and helpful. I feel itβs the best money we spend all month. The two are them are why we consistently have returned! Also shout out to Melinda sheβs always been awesome too!

Just over a month ago, my daughter joined the compulsory team. Coaches Maddy, Quincey, and Coach Lee as well as all of her teammates and their parents have welcomed us with open arms. I cannot speak to the rec coaching or Xcel, but I can say that kids are always having fun and improving.
I have met quite a few of the rec coaches as well as Xcel, and I can tell you that I would absolutely trust my child with them.
The office staff has also been great about answering my 10,000 questions that Iβve had as well. My daughter is absolutely thriving at Northpointe and I am so happy that we have found our gymnastics home in such a positive and welcoming environment.

Tried and not impressed. Very expensive and the whole place is just so dirty.
The bathrooms are disgusting! I understand the parent area being a little messy, but it looks like the bathrooms have never been cleaned. The equipment in both gyms is too worn/old and there are a lot of places where thereβs bare concrete, wood or equipment exposed / dangerous. Every time we leave, there are tiny foam pieces stuck all over us because of the foam pit. If you are low / fixed income, this place is not the one. The only thing they have going for them is the free open play hour they have throughout the week but even then, youβll leave feeling so dirty.

I am upgrading my review to 5 stars because the teachers are truly amazing!
We tried out 3 gyms and ended up choosing Northpointe because they actually teach the two year olds instead of letting them run wild and just do whatever they want on the equipment. My son is loving it, is learning how to be in a classroom environment, and learning real gymnastics skills like tumbling, bars and the balance beams. They also let them have fun in the small foam pit. The only downside is that it is an odd building, like a warehouse in the middle of nowhere. Weekday mornings during the school year the classes are small. Weekends they have more people, but still less than Naydenovs and The Little Gym. It makes it easier for my toddler to focus when the class size isn't overwhelming. And when he does run off from the class the teachers are easygoing. I also want to add that the gym for the toddlers is much cleaner than Naydenov, which was covered in chalk dust.

They're more than happy to take your credit card information over the phone to enroll your child but when you call to cancel the classes they refuse to do it over the phone. I was told that I have to cancel on the parent portal. I Informed them that THEY linked my card to the wrong parent portal and I can't cancel it but they still won't help me.
Colleen accused me of going behind the other parent's back to cancel classes when classes are paid for under my card and my name.
My child was bored to tears in their classes. The coach informed me she was advanced for the class and she would evaluate her to move up. I asked a few times in the following weeks about the evaluation and got the run around. Weeks went by and nothing happened.
Northpoint has gone downhill and I do not recommend them.

I have not had good experiences with this place. I tried a few coaches & found only one I loved. She was only available once a week at a certain time & I could no longer do those times. I got tokens but they expired. After i year i got asked to donate my tokens and i asked for a refund, they said no. Months pass & I decide to use some of the credit I have for a backhand spring class on 10/14/23. We came & for roughly 10 minutes I watched as every student except my child was being taught something. My daughter was sitting by herself waiting to be helped. I asked someone in the office to grab her and bring her back to me, she talked to the lady out there whose body language looked pissed then talked to my daughter and cane back without her. My husband told the lady to bring my daughter over here because that was what we asked for. The class I assumed was to be taught how to do a backhand spring but all the kids seemed to know what to do already. The class had so many kids and I was concerned about that before signing my daughter up. Unfortunately my fear came true and I will never be bringing my daughter back here. We go to Naydenov and I absolutely love it there

My daughter took a trial class at Northpointe. Quite a few RVβs surrounding gym , bathrooms and waiting area for parents is dirty, paint peeling off the walls. My daughter tried to drink water from the out of order water fountain. It was covered in dust, hair etc. should be clean whether itβs in use or not. 3 different preschool classes going at the same time. It was loud and kinda chaotic for our daughter. We will be going back to our previous gym even tho itβs further away.

A little smelly from the hard working kiddos. It is what it is. But, they have an amazing facility with activities for every age and skill level. We have two girls in classes. One has special needs and her teacher is very patient with her and keeps her attention. Great place!

Our 8-year-old grandson loves this place, and his adult family members (self included) get a big kick out of seeing his joy about all the moves he's learned and is learning. Bonus: his mom tells us he sleeps really well on the nights after gymnastics class.

Coach Nick is A-MA-ZING with my son! Nick is always encouraging him and excited to see him, noticing small things... like wearing Spiderman shirts 3 weeks in a row. My son engages more with Nick than his school teacher or adult family!Β Just wanted to add our appreciation.Β Heβs helped bring our son out of his shell over the summer and has changed his attitude toward difficult tasks! Thanks for all your great work, Nick!
*Side note, we had Coach Vincent at a different gym and he is great too!*

DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM! They are so incredibly unprofessional and rude to their customers. There's also this one blonde coach that is very very unreliable. I watched my daughters practice many many times and she left my childs class MULTIPLE times every time I went and watched. She would just leave all of the kids alone while they were practicing, which is definitely NOT safe.
This gym is rude, unprofessional, and charges too much for the quality of classes that their coaches provide. I DO NOT recommend this gym whatsoever. If I could give zero stars, I would in a heartbeat.

My daughter has been taking gymnastics here for almost a year. The coaches have all been amazing. They make sure the students are getting their skills down while also being silly and having fun. All the students that are in my daughters class have smiles on their faces the entire time. They also do parents night out about once a month, which is a great way for my daughter to go have fun while I either relax, or go on a date with my husband.

My kids have been doing gym here for over 4 years and really love it. They started in the rec. program and both have been competing for the last 3 years. The coaches have a great connection with the kids and understand the well-being of the child is first! Not to mention the fact that the coaches have both national and international experience.

If a first impression is a lasting impression I would give them many more stars. From the first phone conversation with Alicia the customer service was amazing. We went in for a trial class and my daughter came out and said βI didnβt just like it, I love itβ. This gym is very down to earth, supportive, challenging and friendly. We are so excited to be part of their gym family. There are many choices, but not many gyms that give you this feeling.
