We bought their summer punch passes and the only way to use them is to email them to reserve a class. They took forever to respond to emails and summer classes got filled up quickly before they could respond to me. Since their summer passes are use it or lose it, we were at a loss of a few passes which couldn’t be carried forward. It’s unfair that we have to pay a price for their inefficient responses. There’s no visibility into if there’s actually a spot in the class or not. They might just wait for people to register last minute and tell pass holders that they don’t have spots since we’ve already paid. They’ve an unfair system and it’s the last time we’re enrolling our child here. Save yourself the trouble and go to other gymnastics programs in Redmond.

This place and the instructors are amazing! My three year old had already learned so much within the first weeks of attending and absolutely loves going to class. We trust this place and its staff so much that we even signed him up for summer camp, which he loved!!! Ms Jen in particular is so great with the kiddos and works really hard to build rapport and trust with her students. Kudos to her and her team for creating such a sweet space for little ones! 10/10 recommend!

This is our second Little Ninja session in this gym, I would like to say Sabin is the best, she has enthusiasm for working with kids and making a positive impact on them, never saw her tired, impatient, fatigue, she always has big smile on her face, highly recommend!

Doubtful on the level of faculty supervision during day camp. Not sure why the teacher don't intervene when a student opens our child's lunch and steps on it. Dismissal of the incident and disregard to consequence means they aren't paying attention to what is happening. Unacceptable to have repeated such instances.

We hosted my daughter’s 8th birthday party at Northwest Aerials.

The facility is spacious and thoughtfully designed. There were a lot of activities and areas for the kids to play.

The staff was helpful and very engaged and attentive. They handled the transition from play time to the celebration very well. Everything went off smoothly.

Most importantly, the kids had an absolute blast. It was a great pleasure for me to stand on the side and simply observe the joy on all the kids faces.

You never know what to expect at a new gym, but this place is great. I've learned that the owner and the instructors have a lot of previous experience working with gymnasts. Definitely give it a try if you are looking for a fun place for your kids.

My daughter is entering her second year here at NWA and I couldn't be happier with the staff and coaches and how detailed they are with their programs. My daughter has been advancing through their program and she absolutely loves her coaches. The way they care about her has been proven through their interactions with us and I couldn't be more grateful. I definitely recommend NWA. Couldn't feel more at home here!

Amazing gym. I loved going here when I was young and my girls love it even more. The staff are amazing and so positive towards my girls. I wouldn't go to another gym in this state. Ever!!!!
