The paddle board fitness classes are a perfect pairing of exercise and balance. The class is very rewarding and I also had so much fun doing it. Michelle, the instructor was very friendly and knowledgeable. I also enjoyed doing the open distance paddle. I will definitely be back next summer.

I love this work out class. I have been out of shape for awhile and was nervous about getting back in the groove. I have a few disadvantages with back and knee. Michelle is great with positive attitude and reassurance that I can do this. We work on quality not quantity which is great for me. Itβs never to late to get started. Thank you Michelle.

I had such a fabulous time with Michelle paddle boarding! We had a large group of friends go out with her weekly last summer and canβt wait to do it again! It was something out of all of our comfort zones and she made us feel so relaxed and taught us everything we needed to know. I never thought I would be doing squats, push ups and sit ups on a paddle board- but I did and loved every minute of it! The best part was falling in to cool off! It was a great and fun way to get a full body workout!

You will be amazed at Michelle's high energy and encouraging personality even if it is your first paddle boarding experience. She finds the best board for each person out of her inventory of inflatable boards. The boards are professionally racked inside their business trailer.
