I have been going to One Mind Yoga for over 3 years now. I could not imagine my daily routine without Lindsay's classes. They provide a mix of cardio, flexibility, and strength. A combination that not only provides physical health, but mental health. Lindsay does a great job of meeting you where you are at in your health journey, she has extensive knowledge, and she provides that personal touch to everything she does. She truly takes care of her students and I love what it has done for me!

Being an “older” adult who cares about his physical health and devotes time and effort to it, I realized last fall that despite all the strength training I did, my flexibility was going downhill, and I needed to do something about that. Something about having trouble bending over and lifting your leg at the same time to put on socks can do that to a person! I decided yoga was the answer. I looked around for a yoga studio, and of all the places I contacted, Lindsay Lambert at One Mind Yoga/Paddling Yogini in Issaquah showed the best understanding of what I was seeking. Lindsey took the time in a one-on-one conversation to discuss my goals and recommend specific classes that could support them.

I tried a class at one of the big studios, and then I tried One Mind Yoga. The difference was amazing! No big studio for me! I have now been doing classes at One Mind for eight months, and I love how Lindsay explains so much detail throughout the class about exactly how each exercise impacts the body, which muscles are being challenged or stretched, what are good modifications, etc. As someone who is very conscious about how physical activity impacts my body, I truly appreciate Lindsay’s ongoing explanations.

After eight months of work with Lindsay, my flexibility and stability have increased dramatically! Putting on socks is a breeze!

This is my favorite Yoga Studio on the Eastside. Lindsay is an excellent instructor. I feel stronger in my core and arms since doing TRX HIIT, TRX Yoga Fusion, SUP Yoga and more. Lindsay always motivates me to practice at my healthy edge and to make my practice for me and to give my body what it needs. I'm grateful for Lindsay and this studio along with the studio community.

The first thing I noticed about one mind yoga was how clean the studio was on both sides. I can tell Lindsay the owner takes a lot of time I’m preparing the studio for her students. She is very kind and professional. Weather your new to yoga or trx fitness she meets u at your level. She gives different levels of intensity and meets you at whatever your physical needs may be. I’m more of a cross fit weights kind of person and thought I would breez through the workouts. It was a lot more challenging than I thought. I will definitely be back to get some more of the trx and the yoga. Such a great combination for the body type I’m looking for. Thank you lindsay.

I had a really tough experience getting back into yoga and felt really embarrassed when I left a park yoga event. I reached out to Lindsay and told her what happened and she told me that is not how it is supposed to be and that I should come try her class. It’s been a month and I’m going as many times a week as I’m able. She has nourished my need to find low impact was of strengthening my body and taking her TRX yoga fusion class has changed my life. I even started bringing my mom and she is coming every week as well. I feel lucky to have found One Mind Yoga when I did and I’m so grateful for what Lindsay and her other instructors have taught me. I recommend Lindsay and Carly very highly! Doesn’t hurt that your first class is free!!!!

I really like Lindsay's style of teaching and wish more teachers were like her - she offers guidance but she's serious about wanting students to do the variants or poses that are right for their bodies, whatever that means for them that day. The TRX yoga fusion is great - it's got a wide range of what it can do for you and gives you a lot of options. The space is lovely and cozy without feeling confined.

Lindsay led a great intro Trx class for us to kick off the new year. Customzed for newbies and returning students. Comfortable space with enough room to move. Light adjustments to maintain good form. Try the first class for free. Bring water, or its provided, plus a towel.

With a wide variety of classes that cater to all ages, skill levels, and interests, you're likely to find a class that works for you, and your children! The instructors at One Mind Yoga are extremely supportive and patient with students, making for a comfortable and relaxed environment no matter how experienced or inexperienced you may be. From candlelight yoga, to TRX suspension yoga, to classes for little ones, it encourages all yoga students! One Mind Yoga truly brings out the best in students and is by far my favorite studio! Lindsay is an accomplished yoga and TRX instructor. From the start you will see that being an effective instructor/teacher is her passion. I have had the pleasure of taking classes that Lindsay instructs and have the utmost respect and admiraion in her abilities.
