When I met Martin, I had hip pain and stiffness. He worked with me (including many adjustments to accommodate my issues!) to help strengthen my muscles and improve balance. When I found out I needed hip replacement surgery, I continued…and was told by my postop physical therapist that I wouldn’t have had such a quick rehab and recovery if it wasn’t for Martin and his expertise. If you need a joint replacement, before surgery see Martin!

I'm 88 years old and have been training with Bailee for a year. If you know an older person who needs a safe program for gentle exercise to help with balance, etc., you can trust Bailee to plan an excellent program. I did check with my doctor first and got an okay from her.

I have been training with Bailee since before Optimize Fit, so for quite a few years. At the time I started seeing her, I was very sick with an uncontrolled autoimmune disease - and Bailee took great consideration in helping reach my goals while protecting my health. She would check in during our sessions and create workouts to build my strength up safely. Once, when I was feeling faint, she sprinted across the gym to get my medicine. She really goes above and beyond for her clients. Now, I have my condition under control and still see Bailee. I have fallen in love with weightlifting and Bailee continues to be the best trainer. She is aware of my ability and how far I can push myself without going overboard. In fact, she has been so helpful for my wellbeing, I recommended her to my grandmother after she had a stroke. I have seen a real difference for my grandmother's mobility and balance. Plus, she loves Bailee too. Seriously, go to Optimize Fit. Not only is Bailee amazing, but I've seen Martin train too - and he is just as good as her. It's a great, accepting space where they will work with on your goals, no matter what they are.

I love working out with Bailee! We've been training together for the last two years for one hour two days a week in my garage. Bailee has developed a training plan just for me. Though I've always worked out, I lost strength during the first year of Covid. Bailee updated our plan as my strength increased. Each session is challenging with a lot of variety. I look forward to every session and feel fantastic at the end.
I would recommend Bailee to anyone. She is a caring, extremely knowledgeable, experienced and professional trainer. And she listens!

I followed Coach Bailee from one of the local gyms to Optimize Fit in 2020 because her style of teaching fitness was the perfect fit for me. Down to earth, fun and encouraging. I use the virtual training now due to a busy schedule. Bailee sends me my workouts that are tailored to my individual fitness level and goals. They are challenging and have variety. I was even able to continue my workouts after knee surgery as Bailee modified them to where I was in my recovery. I have no doubt the strength I gained from my workouts help me have have a successful recovery. I highly recommend Optimize Fit.
