Lee is an excellent trainer — always punctual, professional, and highly knowledgeable. I trained with him for almost two years, and it’s been a transformative experience. I had a lot of back and neck pain before starting, and consistent training with him made a huge difference. Not only is the pain completely gone, but I’ve also become fitter and stronger overall. His training has truly helped me build long-term strength and confidence.

Though the sessions were often intense, they were always fun — especially in the group setting. The energy, encouragement, and team spirit from the group, along with Lee’s constant motivation, really pushed me to go beyond my limits, and it has worked wonders for me.

Really nice gym with a friendly atmosphere and great trainers.

I've been going here twice a week over a year and it's made a big difference to my overall fitness and flexibility. I'm in my 50s and back to doing things I haven't been able to do for years, like touching my toes and pullups. I'm stronger and recover faster after mountain biking. The trainers place a lot of emphasis on stretching and maintaining good form, which is even more important as you get older.

Have already recommended OPW to several friends. Would totally recommend them to others.

Luke is an amazing trainer. I started going to OPW while recovering from a serious case of back injury and herniated disc. There were many exercises that triggered my pain and I already had switched 3 PTs. I was very hesitant to start a gym. Luke was very patient and careful. He kept adapting the exercises and correcting my moves to make sure they were safe for me and i was doing them correctly. Not only my condition has improved significantly in matter of weeks but i also started enjoying exercising and an active life.

Foster our trainer, is fantastic! He somehow knows exactly when to sneak in “just a few more reps” always with that evil smile 😈 but you end up thanking him later because the progress is real. The workouts are gradually increased and tailored to each person’s goals and needs, so you’re constantly improving without feeling overwhelmed. My Weight Loss Journey with Trizepatide & AOD 9604

Working with Luke has been nothing short of excellent. I was curious about trying AOD 9604, but I had some hesitation around the mixing process. I wanted someone who could guide me step-by-step on how to properly mix the bacteriostatic water with the AOD. Even though I live in Florida and Luke isn’t local to me, I trusted his company because it’s tied to a gym I know well. That connection gave me the confidence to move forward.

I started my weight loss journey at 305 pounds with Trizepatide. It worked well until I stalled at 275. That’s when I decided to add AOD 9604—and the results were immediate. My weight started dropping again, and I finally broke through that plateau.

Now, six months in, I’m down to 257 pounds. My goal is to hit 200 by October 9th, and for the first time in a long time, that goal feels completely possible.

I had the best experience during the grand opening of the IV studio. I really wanted to get the IV Immunity Boost but because I had to catch a flight, I could only get the IM Shot. IV Therapy Session takes about 30 minutes, IM Shot takes 5 minute. From the moment I entered the studio, I saw only professionalism. Luke invited me to fill out a form that was then given to Dr. Frank. After discussing with Dr. Frank about my health, he suggested the immunity boost that I wanted to get. I appreciate that they have a doctor ready to check your health before you get an IV. For example, my wife is pregnant and because we spoke with the doctor there, he told us that we should dilute the IM shot since she is pregnant. These are things that we don't know, and it is great to be able to speak with a professional. All of this is included in the price of the IV session or IM Shot. I am super grateful, and when I get back, I will have to try the IV Therapy for sure!

I met Luke when I was looking for a personal trainer to help with my rehab after a knee surgery. I wanted to transition from Physiotherapy focusing just on my knee to being able to exercise my full body again. I find it really hard to make time for exercise with a very busy work schedule. Luke has been amazing on this journey, he is very supportive, approaches our training holistically, paying attention to not only the progress in my body but also my overall motivation and wellbeing. I started workout sessions 2x week with Luke approximately 2 1/2 months ago. I'm over 50, active and in relatively good cardio/vascular condition, but I wanted help with muscle tone, flexibility and overall stability. Luke has been great for all of this. Training with Luke and Lee has been an amazing experience. They are great teacher, athlete, motivator, physical therapist. Such a combination is very rare to find. I used to have knee pain and need to wear knee bands while doing a workout. Ashely helps me to build the stability of my muscles and keeps on tracking how my knees are during each training session. Now I don't need to wear my knee bands for almost all leg exercises - even running! Besides, she explains the details of each exercise, which effectively prevents injuries when I do a workout on my own time.

What she brought to me is much much more than some training sessions. I am very lucky to meet her when I decided to try personal training. The physical and mental changes I made with her valuable help and support in the past half a year is one of the best things that happened to me in my life.

If you’re fortunate, you’ll be introduced to a truly gifted healer, Hussain. This humble genius is well versed in pretty much every function of the human body. I have multiple injuries at different stages of healing and recovery. What he fixed first was my oldest and most inhibiting injury. His time and care changed my skeletal and muscular conflicts which allowed me freedom of movement without pain!

After a work injury, I saw a number of experts and attended physical therapy at ATI for 6 weeks. It seemed no one could accurately diagnose the reason for chronic Achilles tendonitis and knee inflammation. My diet was excellent and I was very active prior to my injury. I had my first session with Luke a few weeks ago and LOVED it! He was great! He really focuses on correct posture and ensures that you maintain that during all the movements. He explains everything very clearly and is really great at encouraging and motivating you. I love the space they work out of currently, but can't wait to see their new space later this year. Don't waste your time or money elsewhere. I have worked with a lot of trainers over the years, and OPF is head and shoulders above any of them. All OPF trainers actually know what they are doing - they are all "master trainers". I have become a better skier and mountain biker through training my stabilization muscles, improving my balance and flexibility. The residual pain from a rotator cuff injury is gone as is post knee surgery pain. This team has enough enthusiasm to share and they appear to love what they do. My personal trainer is Ashley and she does a fabulous job identifying key strategies in developing more strength and complementing other fitness activities like yoga and hiking. Highly Recommended!
I do not usually write reviews but want to share my experience. My age is 65+ and had been significantly over-weight accompanied with high blood pressure. My doctor recommended Optimum Peak Fitness to help me turn around my issues with weight/blood pressure. In my initial meeting with Luke @ OPF, he recommended a program that would help me address my issues above.
I started the program Luke recommended and over the past few months, the results include:
(1) Lost 8 lbs
(2) Blood pressure dropped to the normal range
(3) Regained physical balance
(4) Improved my energy level & mental acuity
(5) Possess a higher sense of self confidence
Luke has just been awesome in this whole process. With his technical knowledge on body dynamics, excellent inter-personal skills, and understanding my needs/goals, he has helped reverse my bad health trends.
Additionally, he helped me to understand that improving health is an investment in achieving a better quality of life and that it will take my being committed. Wow…he was absolutely right!!
The whole team at OPF are just excellent, as well. In addition to Luke’s physical training regimen, I am working with Ashley, the OPF Nutritionist, on my nutrition program. She is also another high-caliber addition for my health program.

I came into OPF already having what I would consider an advanced knowledge of fitness, but Luke and the team blew me out of the water. Not only did we work out together, but they also taught me how to get right on my own going forward. They took the time to break things down into bite sized pieces so I could not only understand but also replicate and repeat the teachings. I've had personal trainers for years but nothing has come close to the team at Optimum Peak Fitness! I've been training with OPF since July 2020 and my life has improved tremendously. I've worked remote for over 2+ years and it took a toll on my wrists, forearms, lower back, posture, neck and shoulders. After spending the first few months doing correctional training and learning proper form, I can now enjoy doing activities without feeling uncomfortable. Aside from my personal experience, I also wanted to give them a shoutout on the following things I've noticed over my time with them:

- Their booking tool is simple and their prices are reasonable for what they provide
- During the free 30-minute consultation we were able talk about my pain points and goals. I never felt pressured to sign with them which was nice since some trainers/gyms are very pushy
- The facility is spacious and has all of the equipment you need
- The exercise programs are all customized and catered to the goals you have. All exercises are explained so you're able to learn and gain knowledge about your body and what muscles you're using to avoid injury
- The team KNOWS what they're talking about. They are all certified and have degrees in kinesiology. If they don't have an answer for you, they are honest and say they will look into it and do more research (which I am all about, I'd rather have you say you don't know rather than lie)

Overall, I highly recommend OPF if you want to invest in yourself and improve your health and wellness.
