They have false advertising, it is not health conscious beyond a pulse watch. They are great for very healthy people. But not for my health issues, which I told them about. But put into a 50 min workout with a regular class. No customizing plan. I was very injured after I trustingly tried to do what they asked of me. I almost collapsed and couldn't bear my weight at the end of the session. Thank goodness for the hand rail I grabbed, as my knees gave out. Might go back when I'm healthy enough for it, maybe.

Orange Theory Fitness, or OTF as we affectionately call it, offers a unique and comprehensive approach to fitness. It goes beyond just physical wellbeing and encompasses mental health as well. OTF creates a sense of community, where they truly know each individual and their progress in their fitness journey.

The workout program at OTF is well-rounded and varied, ensuring a balanced training regimen throughout the month. It includes strength training, core exercises, cardiovascular activities, and stretching. This approach allows individuals to target different aspects of their fitness and see consistent progress.

The facility itself is pleasant and maintains a clean and hygienic environment, which is important for ensuring a positive and safe workout experience. However, one area that could be improved is the ventilation. During the one-hour intense cardio sessions with a large number of participants, there is a buildup of CO2. Constantly replenishing the space with fresh oxygen would greatly benefit the participants. Personally, I often experience fatigue due to a lack of oxygen, and this may be the case for others as well. Improved ventilation would not only enhance calorie burning but also increase our basal metabolic rate (BMR) during the workouts.

Overall, I highly recommend OTF for its holistic approach to health and its commitment to creating a supportive fitness community. With the minor improvement of better ventilation, it can take the fitness experience to even greater heights.

4 months after starting, I’m still totally obsessed. My biggest deterrent to regular exercise over the years has been not having a clue what to do after walking through the front doors of a traditional gym. I love OTF because I don’t need to have any kind of experience or knowledge to get a great workout. I simply show up and follow along. Everyone is doing the same things, so I don’t feel like I’m being stared at and equipment is never being monopolized by any one. The atmosphere is always positive, so I feel good about what I’ve done. Every day is different, which keeps it interesting and I love that my stats are quantified so I can see my progress. I also think the optional challenges like Remix in Six and Bingo are fun, and keep me committed to planning out my workouts several weeks in advance.
Update: going regularly for 1 year now and can’t imagine life without it.

I have always been a fairly in shape person but lost motivation a few years ago and had a hard time finding something I would stick with....enter Orange Theory Fitness. Fun, energetic environment where a coach guides you through ever-changing workouts so you don't get bored. Upbeat, motivating music. All body types, no judgement. Fun challenges and signature workouts going on all the time. Signing up for classes holds me accountable to attend and I've never regretted getting there, the hardest part is just getting out of my house! The coaches, staff and members are great!

I like that it is instructor lead as I don’t have the knowledge to go to a gym and do a proper work out. The coaches are very knowledge and have options if you cannot do a particular move or routine. They give great feedback and encouragement while working out. OTF (as we call it) has been body transformational for my wife and I. We are both so glad we have joined.

I attended my first OrangeTheory session today — I went with a good friend who is a member (so this was my freebie visit — which I appreciate!

This review is in three parts:
1. The workout: AWESOME! Fabulous in every single way! I feel great and burned a ton of calories. Woo!
2. Front desk: Fantastic! Very welcoming and supportive. Great people!
3. The trainer: She was helpful in the beginning and motivating to the group as whole throughout; however, I never received any one-on-one feedback or assistance (since it was my first time, it would’ve been nice to get an “atta girl” or a correction for my form — anything really). At the end of the workout, she asked for me and another new person to stay for the membership info. When I told her I couldn’t join right now (because I have another gym membership) she actually said out loud to everyone there, “Well, I guess there goes my money!” And from that point forward it just deteriorated… Such a bummer.

I had an amazing workout and I felt great, until then. Shrug.

I love Orange Theory! The coaches are so encouraging and helpful. Regardless of your current fitness level they are supportive and help ensure you get the most from your workout without hurting yourself. Each day is a new challenge and a different workout which keeps me coming back. I don't have to think about what exercise to do that day or get stuck doing the same thing over and over. I know that I will work different muscle groups and build strength each time I work out. The heart monitor is a huge help. I like that in class I am working to improve my health and only competing with myself to do my personal best. The staff are all helpful and welcoming. The ladies at the front desk call you by name which I really like. I have always felt welcome by the staff and other members. As if this isn't enough... The studio is so clean! I like that the equipment gets cleaned after every use and that there is sanitzer available. I can't say enough great things about Orange Theory Maple Valley. I have had a great experience, I love working out there and only wish I had started sooner!

I love this place. Everyone is so friendly and ready to motivate you to give your best. The workouts are hard especially with if you give 100%. It’s nice to not think about what kind of workout you need. Just walk in and they tell you what to do and when. Showers and bathrooms make it easy to cleanup afterwards and it is always clean. I love this gym,

After my weight hit 300lbs I decided to do something to lose weight. I tried other gyms with personal trainers that really don’t care or pay any attention to me. I have always worried about people judging me when trying to work out. Orangetheory is completely different. The workouts and trainers are great and I have no worries of any kind of judgement. Everyone I have meet in the classes are fun and encouraging. I would absolutely suggest Orangetheory to anyone I meet.

I was excited to become a member of OTMV and only attended 2 classes. Every class I tried to book online was full and I found myself on the waiting list each week. After my first month, I decided to cancel and renew my membership at the traditional gym. The reason I’m writing this review is because the location manager Kristina is the bigger disappointment. I emailed her and she said she would like to talk to me over the phone and, I responded and waited for her call. I’m a person that always has my phone on and I make myself available and even sent an additional email saying I haven’t heard from her. Well, I received an email this evening (10 days after my follow up) saying she’s tried multiple times to call me and left voicemails. Never once did I hear from her!! The follow up was never there and feel I was lied to and paid for something that I never got. Disappointed in the unprofessional approach. Just putting it out there for others looking to join. No transparency about the overbooked classes upfront and poor management.

I love OT Maple Valley! The front desk crew always greets you by name and with the biggest smile. They make you feel welcome and like family. Maple Valley has some of the best Coaches as well. Their high energy and motivation is felt throughout every class. From the start with a high-five to the end you know they care and want to see you succeed. I recently traveled out of state and tried a different studio. I knew from my own experience and from what many have told me we have one of the best studios.... but after taking a class in Texas there is no comparison. Management, Coaches and front desk are all beyond what you’d expect. They really go out of their way to make every experience a 10/10. I appreciate a clean studio and where all pieces of equipment from the floor up are maintained daily and feel new. Thank you for everything you do.

I have been going to Orange Theory Fitness (OTF) since they opened their Maple Valley location back in September of 2016.

OTF is not a like any other group fitness activity I have ever tried before. The combination of a purpose built fitness center, professional coaching, personalized real-time biometric reading (heart rate monitoring) and fast pasted group workout sessions are really amazing.

If you want a highly engaging, fast pasted, effective workout experience, that is tailored to any level of fitness (haven’t working out in a long time or serious athlete), I highly recommend giving OTF a try!
