I can't recommend this place enough for anyone interested in CrossFit and weightlifting. The training regimen is thorough, serious, and practical. The techniques can be intimidating for beginners, but the instructors are experts at bringing newcomers up to speed. They methodically break down each exercise at the start of class, and you'll go through a "fundamentals" course even before that.
Coming from solo workouts, the team dynamic felt jarring at first. But if you're someone like me who struggled with staying focused and motivated, you'll appreciate it immediately.
Three months in, I'd say joining has been the best health decision I've ever made. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and give it a try.

This gym is all around fantastic. The coaches are great, the members are supportive, the facility is clean, well run and well appointed, it’s a safe place for women. You can get the type of membership and experience you want/need. I started with personal training because I didn’t know anything, I moved to programming (I got a workout that was different each day I wanted to go to the gym to work on different muscles and skills) with personal training check-ins and I’m joining classes. I progressed as I got stronger and worked on my form to avoid injuries. All ages are welcome, I’m old and there are older and much younger members, supporting and encouraging each other. There are enough different classes and things to work on that boredom is not an issue. I started going because I needed to, I keep going because I want to.

Been a Paramount athlete for a few years now. I’m a “remote-ish” lifter who trains at a few places, but I follow Paramount programming and come in 2x/week for coaching. Our coaches do a good job of helping us refine technique and create a fun team environment.
