This is by far the best gym I have been to. Kathy is a great trainer. She takes her time to build a relationship with her clients and helps meet their goals. I personally lost 20 lbs in the 8 months attending her group trainings. When I first started I had never had experience with lifting weights and was scared to use weight machines at other gyms. Kathy taught me everything I needed to know in terms of proper form, how to target different muscles, ways to adjust if I ever felt pain anywhere. I’ve gotten so much more stronger and comfortable in my own body. It’s clear that Kathy cares strongly about her clients and helping them reach their healthiest potential. She’s the best!

I highly recommend Peoples Fitness Journey. Kathy is not just a gym owner but a terrific coach and trainer she will take her time to help others willingly. Over all a wonderful person. Also the gym is in Immaculate shape very organized and equipment brand new. Definitely the best gym in Tri Cities and I've tried out most of them. If you want a place to workout in a private and peaceful environment and be trained with many different options by a experienced trainer go check out her gym.

I am looking forward to working out again thanks to Kathy! I took a long break from working out after my collegiate athletic career came to an end. It was difficult to find purpose in my workout routine, but Kathy has provided the perfect environment for me to find my love of movement again. I've really enjoyed coming to this gym so far. My wife and I have been doing a couples training session since the start of the new year and we have had a great time. The equipment is nice, and it is rarely ever crowded. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a community driven gym that isn't intimidating and offers a great experience for no matter where you are on your fitness journey.

This is the best gym in the Tri-Cities. Kathy, the owner, is fantastic and the gym equipment is in great condition. Unlike many other gyms, people's fitness journey does not utilize shady business practices to keep you locked in contracts or nickel and dime you. This is the place to be.

Very well equipped gym. Not like Planet Fitness, which in my opinion is a good thing. Very, very clean and well organized. Off the beaten path but worth the trip if you just want to lift weights. Good kettlebell selection too!!
