About the Club

Periodized Strength is an online fitness and nutrition guidance service. Offering services such as; personal training individual and partner via online video, nutrition guidance, fitness programming (workouts & schedules), accountability calls, check ups, etc. Training is by request and submission of online intake form - after intake form is received and approved, a consultation will be set up for further training inquires and guidance.

Stanley walked with and encouraged me throughout the entire nutrition program. He is very knowledgeable, always available to answer any questions and/or concerns, will modify the program as needed, and constantly checks in to make sure you're feeling well. I paired his nutrition program with his strength training program and saw tremendous results!

I have been working with Stanley for a couple years now and I am so glad to have found a trainer like him. He has helped me become so much stronger. I regularly walk out of our sessions having hit a personal best, or feeling like I was able to improve in a movement. He is encouraging and motivating without being too intense or unaware of what I need. He customizes everything based on my goals and checks in and readjusts as my goals change. I would recommend Stanley to anyone looking to work on their fitness goals, wanting to learn proper form, or that just needs a little more motivation than they can get on their own.

Stanley is great. He is very mindful about adjusting to his client's need, even in a group class. He politely and methodically challenges you to push yourself, but keeping a safe pace. I've enjoyed both 1:1 and group training classes. I'd strongly recommend.

Training with Stanely is amazing! I was pretty nervous to start training in his HIIT group since I had no prior experience but he answered the questions I had and he makes it really fun and will help you with anything you need while you're working out.
I'm so grateful to be able to train with Stanely and if you're looking for a professional trainer to get a great workout in or accomplish your health goals then I highly recommend him! 💪😃👍

I’ve been working out with Stanley for around a year now, and I’ve noticed big improvements to my overall health and strength day to day. Stanley is one of those hard to find trainers that strikes a great balance of being incredibly motivating while not being harsh or over the top. I appreciate that he takes an evidence based approach, and is always trying to find ways to help you succeed at your goals.

I really enjoy every work out with him, he’s such a genuinely good dude who really wants you to do well. I couldn’t recommend him enough as a personal trainer!

I trained with Stanley for just under two years and gained tremendously. Aside from about 20lbs of muscle, I gained a lot of knowledge about how to exercise properly. I had to move away, but now I know how to work out on my own safely and effectively.
