Camie has trained me for the past 9 months, helping me build strength and motivating me to take consistent care of my body. I came in recovering from a shoulder injury, and she helped me restore confidence in my strength in a safe and steady way.

Camie challenges you with each workout session, but she makes it easy to just show up and she will have a plan ready. Highly recommend Camie if you're looking to enhance your fitness journey.

I started personal training with Camie back in 2019. She has been the best trainer! She is super fun to work with, training never got boring. She created very personalized plan for me, she also tailored some exercise specially to make me stronger at rock climbing. I have become more confident in weight training and learnt so much from her! Her workout community is also very supportive. We encourage each other when working out our cores on the mat, haha. I’ve been training with Camie since 2019. When I started, I couldn’t even stand up straight due to serious back and hip issues. Thanks to her deep knowledge of functional training and how the body works, I’ve made an incredible transformation. In May 2024, at age 72, I walked 168 miles in two weeks on the Camino Portuguese—completely pain-free. I’m now in the best shape of my life and regularly hike 6-10 miles a day with significant elevation. Camie is truly exceptional. Highly recommend!

I decided to start working out with a personal trainer about a year after my son was born and a coworker recommended Camie. It's been the best experience! I'm 4 months in and I look and feel strong again. Camie makes working out easy - as in she plans it all, sets the weights, challenges you, so no thinking on my part- just show up and workout. Also important - the workouts are fun! Camie genuinely cares about her clients and gets to know you. If you're looking for a personal trainer, I would highly recommend Camie.

Being of an interesting age, I felt her knowledge in this industry would be very helpful, for me, as a female. I then followed her to her new location. I started with Camie in 2014 when she was at a club just up the street from my home. That club was sold and the new owners let her go, so as soon as my commitment to the club was up, I returned to Camie and have never stopped. I drive 20 miles round trip just to workout with her.

Camie is a great trainer. She understands that we all have different goals, skills and body types. She puts safety first and has never asked me to do anything I considered unsafe or harmful.

I was an IDEA certified aerobic dance instructor in the 80’s, so I understand the importance of proper body alignment, warm ups and other safety practices. Camie is the only trainer I’ve worked with that understands the importance of these concepts. I’m way stronger than I as 8 years ago and it’s all her doing. Plus I really enjoy her and look forward to our sessions.

Camie is a wonderful and fun trainer. She cares about your long-term goals. She creates personalized workouts for each client. There are usually 2-3 people working out next to you. Sometimes you train together and sometimes you have your own workout. Both are enjoyable. She also gives nutrition and diet advice that helps you meet your goals. I would recommend Camie as your trainer!
