Located at the heart of the Sammamish Plateau on Pine Lake plaza, our newly remodeled, sparkling clean studio offers all levels of group and private classes to strengthen your body and quiet your mind.
Our mission is to create a safe and encouraging workout environment that is both fun and challenging. We believe that Pilates is for everybody and you can start at any time and at any fitness level. With Pilates you will get stronger physically and mentally.
The classes at Pilates Studio 11 are divided into levels to accommodate anyone from beginners to experienced fitness gurus. We are open 7 days a week and offers more than 40 classes weekly. Variety of levels and styles will help you achieve your goals and enjoy every workout.

I’ve taken 10 classes here so far and started with the foundations classes. Just took the intermediate class for the first time and I really enjoyed it. I take Annika’s or Stephanie’s classes depending on my schedule. The instructors are very supportive, caring, and they give clear helpful guidance.

I had an excellent experience here! The environment is clean, bright, and welcoming. The instructors are incredibly enthusiastic and provide clear, helpful guidance throughout each session.
I completed 10 foundation-level classes, and they were perfect for a beginner like me. The structured approach helped me not only learn the basics of Pilates but also fall in love with the practice. I’m not naturally athletic and have tried many different workouts, but none of them stuck—until this one. It’s the only workout I’ve genuinely enjoyed and kept up with. I still remember something Gosha once said: Pilates won’t leave your body sore, but you don’t need to feel sore to get stronger. Just keep trying up, and you’ll see the difference. What makes me happier is they recently opened a new studio in walking distance to where I live!

I had my first Pilates class today. I thought yoga was something pretty cool. Pilates is something even cooler. I think Pilates is a solid foundation for a successful yoga practice, if I knew back then when I knew now I would have started with Pilates and Hatha yoga would have been an easier modality to practice. Sometimes we need strengthening instead of stretching and sometimes we need stretching instead of strengthening. It's good to have options, it's good to know what our options are and it's really amazing when we know how to utilize those options to help our bodies for recover or perhaps fine their optimal functioning self for the first time. I had a great class. I recommend anyone try this out, I think everyone could benefit from it.

I started with the three trial classes and loved them very much. Even though I have been practicing yoga for many years, I’m looking for another exercises which can strengthen my core and muscles. The Pilates reformer provides resistance to exercises and allows for a wide range of movements. It did improve my core strength and help tone and sculpt various muscle groups. The instructors (especially Valerie) are all really great and super friendly! I’ve signed up their one-year membership program. Look forward to more results after one-year practice.

Great Pilates studio! Excellent instructors and a variety of class types and times. I just look this place! I've done Pilates for many years in different studios but definitely Pilates Studio 11is one on the best! The instructors are very professional and make sure every student's body will make the most out of each excise. They have a variety of classes in a convenient Schedule. After half a year at PilateStudio11, Sammamish, I can honestly say it's been quite the journey. Its changed my life. Kate and her team off highly trained and professional instructors have worked magic .I could barely walk 2 years ago . I came with underlying back issues, instability, and weak…
Now Im stronger, and Im able to play sports again without a worry of injury.
I’ve learned SO much about my body and what my limitations are . Im truly grateful for the community that I am now part of.

Love, love, love Pilates Studio 11! The instructors are knowledgeable and terrific. They're accommodating too; i.e., I have issues with my neck and a knee (an ACL problem that hasn't correctly resolved). When I'm unable to do certain movements, the instructors are understanding, and they provide modifications that I can easily do. Over the past few months, I have noticed a difference in my body. I feel more limber, agile, and strong. My feet - which started to ache a year or two ago when walking barefoot - have stopped hurting, and this is incredible to me. My husband encourages me to attend and is thrilled I discovered this particular Pilates studio. My major regret is that I didn't start attending Pilates Studio 11 earlier when we moved to Sammamish. Highly recommend!

I LOVE this studio. I started here a little over a year ago and now I come M-F religiously. When I’m not able to make it, my body takes notice. I consider this my required therapy. I especially love taking classes with Valerie and with Kate. But all of the instructors are incredible! You can’t go wrong. I have taken Pilates at quite a few studios over the years and this one is my favorite by far!!

The quality of the instruction is top notch. As someone with chronic injuries, I had been warned that group Pilates classes could push too hard and not give enough attention to individuals and be dangerous. This is not the case here. I get better instruction than in the duets I took in the past from other places. I get get precise, careful instruction from all from teachers at the studio but especially Kate and Gosha who are true pros. I also like how friendly they are and how they try to make the studio a community, with events now and then like a holiday celebration after class. Love this place!

I have been coming to Pilates Studio 11 for almost 2 years now! Kate and Gosha and all the other instructors are amazing!! I had to take a break for a while for my knee’s ACL reconstruction surgery and when I rejoined, all the instructors were very considerate about my situation. I always received great advice for what exercises would work best for me. Their Pilates workouts have helped tremendously strengthen my body and core, with minimal impact on my knees!! There are many levels of their workouts, at different times during the day. The studio is not too crowded either, which lets all the instructors pay enough attention to each individual during the workouts. Joining this Pilates studio has done wonders for my physical strength and I definitely recommend it to everyone!

After overcoming some major health issues, I was looking for ways to rebuild strength and stay healthy. Having never consistently exercised, I was surprised that I loved taking classes at PilatesStudio 11 so much. All the teachers are caring and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this studio! Classes have great variety, are challenging in the right ways, and the sessions fly by. Outstanding reformer Pilates studio on the Plateau! Having never done any Pilates or yoga or barre work, I took a trial class, knowing my core and flexibility needed work (it’s what I never do on my own). I can honestly say that the team at Pilates Studio11 - led by Kate - impressed me with their instruction, actively providing options for injuries / limitations and offering gentle feedback on form. There are classes for all ability levels. After 6 weeks, I can tell a difference in all areas of strength and hip mobility. What a fabulous studio and team!

I love coming to Pilates 11. I look forward to coming to class. The owner Kate is amazing. She makes it a point to know everyone's names. I don't know how she does this since she has only seen our eyes and foreheads! She observes your level and suggests the appropriate classes. When you get stronger, she encourages you to attend more challenging classes. All of the teachers really interact with their classes. They correct form and suggest alternatives for people with past injuries. Come and try and you will love it!

This pilates studio is amazing! The instructors are all highly trained, and embrace a more "modern" pilates mindset that makes space for all bodies and ability levels. This is the first exercise class I've ever stuck with, and after 9 months I've gone from daily, constant back pain to almost no back pain at all. Can't recommend this studio highly enough.

I had an outstanding experience yesterday trying out a new equipment Pilates studio in Sammamish. I am a strong girl and work out regularly: weights 3 times a week, 1-2 hours of cardio every day, hikes on weekends. Yet, Kate managed to find mussels I didn't know existed before. I am 40, so just working out regularly doesn't fly anymore. You need to do it right to get the results without killing yourself in weight room. Looking for lean, long, tight beautiful mussels, this sport is for you. Try it free for the first time. Outstanding location for those that live in Sammamish, Issaquah, Redmond areas, but I would drive to Kate from further places. She is just an awesome fun professional that will get you on a right track and help to commit! You will not regret.
