Aaron and Michelle are awesome 💯. As someone who has been working out since highschool consistently they really train and teach you be strong in everyday life. The gym/classes are great for every level of fitness if you are looking for increasing your overall athleticism and strength for functional day living. The equipment is top notch and so are the coaches. Can't recommend enough for anyone looking for guidance in a class/gym style setting.

From the start, the atmosphere was welcoming and supportive. Whether you're new to fitness or more experienced, there's a place for everyone. The upbeat yet safe energy was perfect for easing back into exercise.

Aaron is exceptional at what he does - he focused on proper form, offered personalized advice, and helped me work within my limits while still working with the broader group. He ensured I didn't overexert myself and felt confident in every movement.

The gym is well-equipped with a variety of machines and weights, making it easy to switch up workouts and build strength at my own pace.

As a Physical Therapist who specializes in sport and orthopedic rehab, I really appreciate the owner, Coach Aaron, and his kinesiology background. His gym isn’t a CrossFit gym but more so a functional training gym. His classes are fun and doesn’t give off the meat-head vibe. The community of gym goers are awesome and supportive. Payment options are available including drop in, punch cards and monthly subscriptions. This place is great for those beginning their fitness journey and for those who want to focus on gaining more strength, mobility and stability through functional workouts. After my experience at Pink Llama, I’ve been recommending this facility to my patients who are looking for a gym to join.

Did my first week and loving it. Warm atmosphere, everyone feels included, workouts for all. Aaron not only set up a good class (where I walked away feeling worked but strong), but he dedicated time to assessing a knee twinge I have and gave me some tips for how to roll out my leg that really helped the issue. Knowledgeable, comfortable, motivating space!

Terrific training experience. I mostly do personal training with Aaron who writes a personalized program for me and my goals. This has included when I have been pregnant and post partum. I have seen a number of group classes finishing as I have come in to train and they look challenging, fun and social. The new gym renovations are really nice. Excellent new turf.
