Update: 10/01/2025. Got a membership again to try it out only to find that the annual fee now is 49.00?? I haven't seen any improvements in this place in 2 years!! This place has too many treadmills and bikes and not enough racks. The ppl who DO use it spend 45 mins doing hip thrusts what a joke. Cancelled membership after never being able to actually work out. Personally, it's a great gym just too many ppl at peak times that I want to work out.

I know the Judgment-Free zone has it's 'reputation' among more "serious" gym-goers, but man this place is honestly not too bad. Sure it could use a little less cardio and more weight, but hell it gets the job done! I'm honestly very impressed with the cleanliness and just overall up-keep of the facility. Though I would prefer other gyms, for the price point Planet Fitness is un-beatable. Hands Down!

I think is his name I’ve been meaning to ask again when I’ve gone in but glasses and brown hair usually wearing a beanie and working in the afternoons, such a pleasure to speak with and genuinely makes me excited to go tan in the afternoons when I do just to see him for a few and say hi, always greeted with a smile and goes above and beyond to make sure your comfortable and get the best/fastest service possible, definitely another someone I recognize out of most employees due to their abilities to go above and beyond and make sure their customers are happy and well taken care of! 💯🙌🏼

I really like this gym, but equipment maintenance is stalling. Two of the four rowing machines have been out of order for quite some time now (electronic controllers don't work) and a leg press machine has been out of order for a while too. Do you have plans to fix these issues?

This is a smaller PF but it’s always clean. They have all the usual black card features. Broken machines are fixed quickly & staff is friendly. 4 stars only because it’s not 24/7 like others (fri-sun early closure); I love to work out late & dodge the WSU gym’s big crowd when I can by going here instead. 😅

Would love to be able to workout here as a black card member, my employer even has a program to pay for my membership, but Planet refuses to take payment from my employer for a year of membership. They rather have all your card/bank account information so they can auto charge you. Unfortunately, i refuse to shell out $300+, out of pocket for a black card membership when my employer offers to pay for one. Sad that it's the anti consumer policies and not the gym itself that lost my business.

I'm disabled, so even though I have a membership through my insurance they treat me just like everyone else. Which is such a breath of fresh air. Finally a gym that treats everyone like they are the most important. I got black card membership and due to my physical limitations I can only use their massage chairs and their hydro chairs.

But they don't care, they are so kind and nice here it really makes me happy when I visit. I have to bring my caregivers with me and they even let them go with me when I go to use the massage chairs. I understand that they don't have to let them into this part of the club as my black card membership only gives me access. But they allow them in with me which is so kind and considerate. I usually go late at night so that there is usually only a few people in there. This way I try not to disturb people and it lets me sign up for longer sessions in the massage chairs.

So thank you for being so kind to me. This is the only gym I have ever been to that makes me feel welcomed and they even allow my service dog to be with me. Which I know they have to but they never make me feel like I didn't belong. Thank you for being such an awesome place

Sydney on night crew is super helpful! Sam on morning crew as well. I had no idea how to use any of the spa machines and Sam and his coworker showed me how to use them. Excellent job on the cleanliness. Sydney was very helpful transferring my fitness ID so I could join.

Worst club ever. If you can go anywhere else do it. Worst service ever! Less than 10 people in gym in middle of the day and I was told not to jump rope because it might hit someone. LMAO I've never been to a gym where jump ropes weren't available to use. I was embarrassed for her.

They try hard to get you to use their app. If you don't they want you to give your phone number vs just giving you a key tag to swipe. Of course you can't track a key tag or sell information from it.

No real squat racks, just smith machines. Many trainers will tell you smith machines don't allow for a proper form to learn squats , so if your want to learn to squats this isn't the place.

Staff, I'm actually not surprised I was told not to jump rope. Most of their staff are NOT certified fitness trainers. They spend their time as janitors and talking with each other at the front desk. I suspect the woman who told me that would have no clue about interval training.

If you need a place for a month or so visiting, you can make due with this. it is cheap with an option for no contact.

Great gym with the cheapest rate in Pullman. Only downside is there is no free barbell that you can do stuff like deadlift or bench press on. You have to use a Smith machine instead.

Not an honest gym. My daughter joined last Summer. She moved away to college in another town. They continued to charge her monthly despite attempts to cancel. They insisted on in person cancellation - despite her out of town location. When she did cancel in mid -December she was still charged two days later.

I would use a different, more honest gym.

The employees accommodated me even when my membership, which is brand new, didn't register for me to be able to use the massage beds or heading beds. They are very friendly. There are a lot of exercise options for people at any level of experience.

This is a really great gym just make sure to pay attention to the fine print. The facilities are clean and there are plenty of exercise options. I would definitely sign up again if I could.

I recently had to cancel as I couldn't afford to continue the membership. Apparently if your charge is rejected then you are given a late fee. I didn't realize this and explained the situation to the manager Curisa. She waived my outstanding balance and late fees and helped me quickly cancel my membership. This was excellent customer service and really made the experience a lot less stressful.

I say to read the fine print as I had signed up for a "no commitment" membership and I didn't realize that this meant you could accumulate an ongoing balance or risk having your account sent to collections.

The manager there really listened and I would absolutely recommend this place, just make sure you read carefully and know exactly what you're signing up for as Planet Fitness is definitely not a place with a simple cancellation and fee structure. You have to go in person to cancel and you have to cancel by a certain time period to avoid further charges and fees.

The cost here is really low overall compared to other gyms, so as long as you're more diligent than I was, you shouldn't have a problem.

I use PF because they are everywhere. I travel for work and it is nice to have a gym wherever I go. I want to give a shout out to the staff at the Pullman planet fitness this is one of the cleanest locations I have ever visited, and I have been to hundreds of locations. I worked out and showered at this location everyday for over a month, and not once was the gym or locker room dirty. She staff is cleaning nonstop. Thank you guys!

This gym is great! Machines are newer and are very nice. Bathrooms and facility are kept very clean. My only ‘complaint’, if you will, is that I could have really used some help with a circuit routine on the weight machines. They have it set up so that you can read about how to use each machine while (at the gym) while you are actually there or on your phone in their app. However, I needed and it would have been nice to have had someone help me with a routine around the circuit.
