I'm a little disappointed with Planet Fitness lately. I've been a member for over 4 yrs. When I first started coming here the employees were always cleaning the floors and the equipment. Within the last few months the floors are dirty, don't get me started on the bathrooms. And the employees well they stand around and they could be cleaning. I'm thinking about finding another gym. All I'm saying is you guys can do better. Who wants to workout in a dirty gym.

They suck, I had someone that works there yell at me and call me flat chested. Because you guys are 24/7. It says it on the door they are open 24/7 but yet a coworker yelled at me because I was mad that they close at 7. If it’s not 24/7 then don’t say it is.

I asked Enrique to activate the massage chair. He then replies do I have an appointment? I then said no, but no one is currently back there. He said it’s about the principle. I asked what do you mean booking a massage chair is about the principle. He then asked, do I know what principle means. It was very offensive. Eventually led to me, speaking with the assistant GM Marcus and writing a statement on his behavior. I’ve also replied to the survey Planet Fitness automatically since the email. I hope this behavior changes and now currently reading other reviews. I hope something changed at this site as I’m a truck driver and I’ve never experienced this all over the country.

Good gym, it gets busy sometimes but nothing crazily packed. I enjoy this gym as it has alot of newer equipment is good shape. the hours are fair Monday-friday but closes a little early in my opinion on saturday and sundays. I havent seen and or heard about any theft here, it seems like a clean andf safe gym.

One of the larger Planet Fitnesses I have been to, but it only has 5 smith machines. Also the staff does not routinely oil the guide bars. Overall good gym, has 2 complete sets of free weights and plenty of room.

I was here as a guest. There were plenty of options for cardio and weight machines. Easy access to cleaning materials for each client to clean the machine they were using and everyone I noticed was accessing the supplies and cleaning the items they used! Great atmosphere!

For a place who doesn't put up with bullying this place sure allows it. Both the workers and customers are rude. Customers will give you these looks just for being there, meanwhile they are hogging machines because of it. The workers decided not to honor scheduled appointments for the Black card advantages. Me and my disabled aunt made our appointments early enough so we could get a massage in before we left. We were denied our massages because a worker allowed another customer to take our spot and we got there a few minutes early. By the time we could go in our massages would be finished after closing time. One of the employees was going to allow us to go but didn't relay that to the other worker. They rudely talked to us as if it was our fault. They just wanted to get out of there and didn't care what we wanted or thought. We then comeback the next few days and both of these workers were glaring at us, and when we tried to greet them they ignored us. I will not be coming back.

It's a great gym with safe easy machines that make it fun I've been going steady for about a year now and I'm definitely seeing the results it has so many things I never feel bored with a great atmosphere and good music! They keep the place clean. With the energy of all the people it's a great way to get inspired.

Ive had a membership here for about 2 years. Be nice if they upgrade the water machine. Thing sucks, loses water pressure constantly so your chasing the water flow trying to fill up your bottle. You would think with all the money they make they can get us a decent washer machine, like the ones that are made for filling up bottles like anytime fitness has

Last time I went in there were groups of people sitting around different machines talking or texting. I mean 4 people standing around 1 guy sitting on the machines talking to each other doing nothing. On almost every machine. I have lost my motivation for a full week because of other people's laziness. Makes me look like a freak when all I want to do is get a 6pack. People get a really good finger workout texting there. I am going to try again today which could result in me quitting PF. It's not worth my time at that point. Waste someone else time.

Do not come to this gym if you are traveling from out of town. I do a lot of traveling for work have been to other planet fitness centers across the country. This was the worst yet. I was in town for two days and they don’t offer a day pass so you have to sign up for a membership. When I called to cancel my membership they said the only way to cancel is to show up to the location or write a letter. Super inconvenient and rude service. Next time I’m in town I definitely will not be back

Facility has self check in which expidites your visit. PF is clean, someone is on this all the time, has multiple workout areas.. I seldom wait for equipment to use. Staff is smiling, greets you and acknowledges you when you leave. There are rules to follow and I have never heard an infraction.

I travel all over so I can confidently write reviews on PF. The reason for the 3 star is the showers. They were clean and everything. But there were a few problems. And believe me to a van-lifer, showers are everything.
The shower room was arctic cold.
The pressure was not up to par. Hey, this is Washington, I thought it rains a lot, and there should be plenty of water!
And three, it did not stay hot. I would have to wait a couple of minutes for the hot to come back on, then it would be way too hot and then go chilly again. No temperature consistency. So I think I’m being nice with the three stars.

Have never been a super big fan but every other gym membership in the valley is $50+ but maybe it’s worth that now. The cleanliness of this place is going down hill fast. The mirrors haven’t been cleaned in weeks, there are hair and dust balls all over the floor, dirty machines, broken pieces laying around…half of the paper towel machines don’t work. On top of that, their bathrooms don’t provide paper towels because they are trying to “save trees” but they have 15 paper towel machines for cleaning equipment when you’re done using, why not provide towels like other gyms. Then on another note, in the summer they allow high school kids free memberships and no high schooler is here to actually work out, they just take over machines and sit at them for a half hour on their phones and taking selfies. Would no recommend.

If i could put NO STARZ I WOULD.....Horrible I went there for 1 month and I asked them to cancel my membership, and they told me they had canceled it....but only to find out that every month after that they were still charging me and also adding on a bunch of other charges!!! So I went in there 2 more time asking them to cancel it and everytime they tell me they did but they dont!! And now there saying I can't cancel the stupid membership u till I pay my balance off even tho all I wanted was that 1st month only so now I'm stuck paying for almost a years worth of membership and I havnt even been able to use it ....if I'm paying for it u would think k you could use it right?! NOPE! The absolute worst membership ever I will NEVER EVER go there again ! And they're tanning beds suck I can go to ITS YOUR TAN AND BE DARK IN 1 WEEK !!! I’ve never left a review before, but I’m becoming increasingly frustrated with PF. The gym is so ridiculously busy I often can’t work out during most hours of the day. I completely avoid the usual busy hours, but even the “slow” hours are so busy you can’t get a decent workout in. Obviously the low cost is the reason for this. The other local area gyms have skyrocketed in price over the last few years, further pushing people to PF. Unless we get a second PF on the south end of town, I’m sure this problem isn’t going away. But for anyone thinking about joining, just know it’s too busy between 5a and 7p to get a decent workout. If all you want is cardio, you’ll probably be fine, there’s always something available, it’s the weights that are over saturated with people.

The other thing I find distasteful is the workout attire for a lot of the younger people. I’ve seen more modesty at the beach. Not sure how someone can workout in front of others without wearing anything, but it’s common at PF. This one is a social landmine for the employees so I get why dress attire is completely ignored by the staff, but it’s awkward working out next to a mostly unclothed person.

Their staff is primarily young adults that have phenomenal work ethics and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and will take the extra time to educate you about safe practices at the gym. Love the gym but don’t like that rules are ignored- especially in the circuit training room- same people sit and talk or read on their phones or do slow motion reps on one machine for 20minutes or more even when asked to move by fellow gym users. I have several gym memberships. There are several things that stand out about Planet Fitness. First, the equipment is very consistent from gym to gym. Also, these facilities are very clean. Far more so than other gyms (hello 24 HR Fitness???). The one thing that’s a negative is if you are an experienced body builder, the max weight they have for any given weight set or machine is pretty low. I regularly need to lift the entire stack to get a decent workout. Also the dumbbells only go to 75lbs. Other than that, Planet Fitness is great! Also, specific to the Wenatchee location, this gym is massive! Definitely one of the nicer Planet Fitnesses. I highly recommend this place. No matter what kind of shape you are in! Remember, if you are just starting your fitness journey, you ARE the most important person in the room!

The women’s showers are a cold nightmare though.. always forever warming up, randomly turns freezing cold mid shower and doesn’t warm back up, randomly gets hot but doesn’t stay. Constantly stepping to the side waiting for neutral temp. Only time to wash one thing. Waste of water and not-so-awesome experience. Fingers crossed fixed before snow! Love it here otherwise!

Love this Planet Fitness! I travel for work and use other Planet Fitness locations often, and this is by far the best one. It is huge so even when it is busy, you can always find the machine you are looking for. Employee's are very welcoming and upbeat, which makes you want to keep coming back more just to see them. They are all incredibly hard workers, and do a great job at keeping the gym extremely clean. I have seen them cleaning every time I have checked in, and I even saw 2 of the girl employee's lifting up all the dumbbells and cleaning underneath them. They go above and beyond compared to any other gym I have been to. I highly recommend this location, and hope that I will be back in this area more in the future!

If something is broken, do not plan on seeing it working again anytime soon. Plus, they are bad about enforcement of policies. Some dude in his jeans is in here all the time. That's directly against their policy. I've mentioned it to a few different employees.....nothing gets done. In the last year or so, I can count on one hand how many times I've seen an employee out on the floor cleaning, filling paper towel machines, etc. Wish they had a raised tricep extension machine. They definitely have a lot of equipment, so that's a positive.
Update - at this very moment, I'm looking at two kids. One wearing jeans one wearing flip flops. Told an employee on the floor. He's done nothing. One employee behind the front desk doing nothing. Except chatting with her friend. Been going to PF, and more than just one location, for years. This one SUCKS.

Thanks awesome PF Sunnyslope for the best by far fitness facility in the greater area. Super clean and friendly helpful staff of fun people. Love the huge size of the place and the variety of brand new equipment. The free tanning, free massage beds, free red light treatment and other perks are an awesome value for the money. Love the free use of PF's world-wide so travel fitness is easy. Thanks for coming to our area. All the other fitness gyms pale in comparison. Fees are far more in other gyms and quality/cleanliness is far less :)

Super impressed with the level of customer service that I received from David the manager at Planet Fitness. Super courteous, super respectful, super knowledgeable and a really great first impression that David gives you from the moment you enter his gym. He took his time and explained all the Amenities and equipment & programs as well as any questions I had. After doing a circuit training and trying out the vibration infrared booth and the tanning bed and the water massage bed, I knew I had found my gym. Extremely clean and well maintained, which is a huge plus in today’s world.
In my opinion “David” should be a corporate trainer, to educate all employees on how to treat all guests that enter this establishment. I’ll Absolutely be referring my friends to come join this gym.

My only complaint is the water fountain is down everytime I go there so if you're taller it's a bit harder to use the kids one. But that should be fixed with time. The last time I was in a gym a PE teacher was yelling at me and blowing a whistle. I had trepidation about going to a gym. My first day there, Cari showed me around and my fears lessened. She was kind, funny and very knowledgeable about the equipment. Well, long review short, I have been going for the last 4 1/2 months and Cari is a joy to see when I am there. Can't recommend this gym enough...and no one yells or blows a whistle at me or tells me to take a lap.

I've come to love this place. I have such a random schedule of wanting to workout. I've gone both days and nights and I can always find a time where it's not too busy I don't want to be there. There's some lazy people who you have to pick up after, but I know the workers are doing their part as I see them cleaning all the time. I've seen quick turn around times when it comes to malfunctioning equipment. The price is right and I have brought my single guest a day about half the time I came with zero hassle. I haven't used the tanning beds or massage chairs that come with my black card membership but I'll use them one day. I hope this place can keep up the good work so I can continue to work on my goals.

Super clean. Very respectful staff. Wide array of weights. And great massage chairs as well as locker rooms. It's huge which is also nice. And the membership cost is not high at all.

Gyms have never been my thing but I am loving this one! The employees are so helpful and friendly, there is such a wide variety of equipment to use, and it is very clean. The positive atmosphere I get while being there makes a huge difference.

This gym is awesome... great machines plenty of 45lbs plates for the machines. Very clean plenty of lockers and showers are on point... you guys are doing a damn good job here. And those two leg press machines are my favorite of everything here.

I enjoyed my experience at planet fitness. Staff was nice, very helpful.........I'm still catching up myself so, I will be going back again. I just like to work out when there's not many people but I'll adapt and manage.

Staff is amazing, planet fitness is a beginner gym so you see all types of people working out the black card perks are amazing they let you pick music from an app in case you forgot your headphones and want to play some of your jams , it does get packed but depends on the time you go ,

Just tried signing up for a membership of$40.06 they told me my first debit card didn’t work. So I had to transfer the funds to another debit card that one went through only to have the gal in training tell me it didn’t go through and try again. Funds are pending in my account. She gave me attitude when I was venting as a frustrated customer. Do yourself a favor and save the headache! Take your business else where!

Lame gym when to cancel my membership 2 months ago and they didn’t cancel right got charged 2 extra months for nothing and the manager didn’t even care or even looked more into it planet fitness should really see who they hire worst gym experience ever

Clean, professional and friendly. I have had a membership to Planet fitness for over 2 months and have been primarily using the Wenachee location and have been impressed every time I work out. The staff is on top of it with routine cleaning of both the equipment and bathroom facility. There have been some afternoons where the place is packed but there is always available equipment to use. I recommend this facility to all my local friends. I am excited to continue my workout routine at planet fitness Wenachee.
