This gym is often extremely crowded, especially during the summer. It tends to attract large groups of young people who socialize rather than use the equipment, which makes it difficult for others to work out. Unfortunately, the staff do not seem to address or manage this issue

This gym has 4 stair machines. 1 or 2 are perpetually broken, the others are taken 6am to close. The majority of people that come here seem to think sitting on the weight machines looking at their phones for 15 minutes at a time is how you lift weights so you can never get anything done even when its not crowded. Body odor is the norm here as well.

Have traveled all over the country using different gyms this one when I walked in I wasn't greeted when I left I was not told have a nice day which I know they're supposed to do the front guy was just sitting in like a lounge area on his cell phone... probably the dirtiest Planet Fitness I've been to someone needs to go through the lockers and take out the remnants of other patrons belongings and trash also the floors are disgustingly dirty in the gym equipment is even more dirty, at least the StairMaster was dirty. It's not a hard job at Planet Fitness you guys could put some effort into your work

I thought I had met the worst planet fitness in Spokane, but I was wrong. I guess in Washington state they only do cardio. Here you get to wait in line plus not have any selection in exercises. The equipment area never gets wider than 15 feet and with the typical gym camper you can wait more than an hour to workout an entire muscle group due to poor variety.

Very excited to have rejoined Planet Fitness! Love the staff, the room to get around, I use a walker, and no one seems to be in a hurry to use my machine in rotation. It's always clean and there is actually hot water in the showers, reason why I left last gym, never any warm, let alone hot water for a shower. Love that that I can bring in friends/family with guest passes and not be heckled. Love this gym!

The women's showers have looked like this for over 6 months and asking someone to fix it does nothing. Sacrificial hairband doing its job though.

Update: the OG band snapped under the pressure. It just wasn't made of the right fiber. RIP 🙏. But the new one is going strong! So glad they have the money for new tanning beds, but not shower head holders 🙄

I came during the 5:00 rush and it was really full but I was able to squeeze in a workout. This is a smaller than average facility but has has a nice feel. The machines & mats are newer and the staff appears to be trying their best to keep up with things. I would have given 5 stars except there is only one changing room for 4 showers. With this much activity you really need more than one. Would have give 4.5 if I could. 😃

I really like this place. I like that there is quite a bit of equipment to choose from and that it's available despite how many people are in the facility. 3 stars for me. The fitness center itself is good, no issues. However, not a safe place to park your vehicle to go workout, so beware!!! We went inside for about an hour, came back out to a busted window. These thieves knew exactly what they were looking for. They left my dog, computer, expensive glasses, tools, etc and only took my purse with personal credentials in it. Our vehicle is not the only one they got. They also went over to the YMCA parking lot and hit 5 cars there afterwards. The same person owns all of the buildings surrounding this parking lot I am told, and there are no security cameras nor security on the lot. Every business I went to to ask about cameras knows its common for vehicles to be broken into here. I don't advise anyone to park in this area! Your belongings aren't even safe inside of your vehicle. The lady inside of Dollar Tree said they broke into her car and stole her stereo system just days before. Thievery is HIGH in this area. Police just advised us to get our truck our of this area as nice vehicles are a target. It is not any of the businesses fault necessarily but they could atleast hire security to patrol the lot knowing several cars get robbed here.

The company continued to charge my account months after cancellation and fast forward to current day. They are convinced I never cancelled my membership to begin with (regardless of the company refunding my money for their past mistakes) which was disrespectful and narcissistic. The condescending male trainer was of no help and neither was his little blond minion. I asked for the manager and was given Thing 1 and Thing 2 who joint brain cells could probably find the tanning bed but that’s about it.

I closed out my account and moved gyms because of these guys. I hope you all have a better experience than I did.
