I've been working with Mark for around 1.5 years now and the experience has exceeded expectations. The workouts are thoughtful towards your goals and abilities and continue to evolve at strength, ability, or goals change. I've very much appreciated his flexibility when schedules needed to be moved due to work/life. I'd highly recommend Mark to people of all abilities if you have a desire to improve your fitness.

I have diastis recti post partum. I’ve been training with mark for 2 years now and I appreciate his style. He checks in with how my body is doing and tailors the workout for the day. I’ve seen a reduction in pain overall ( I’m working out for mental health and to be able to run after my toddler) and increases in mobility. Physical changes in my body is an added bonus. He’s also willing to take feedback - if I say I saw a workout that incorporated x , can we try that - then he will work with me on stepping into that movement.
I highly recommend Pride training because this is the most consistent I’ve been and it’s a good workout every time.

I've been training with Mark for 7 months and have had a great experience. He's very reliable, disciplined, and efficient as a trainer, tailors the sessions to what's going on with my body at the time, and checks in with me regularly on how my body is feeling after sessions, etc. His private gym is clean, well thought out, and has everything needed for a good workout!

Mark is an amazing trainer and always has great, individualized workouts for his clients. Training with Mark has made me feel motivated and confident to work out independently at the gym. He also helped me with exercises and stretches to help reduce knee pain. Highly recommend!

I started training with Mark in 2017. He is professional and always respectful. He listens to my needs and makes adjustments to my conditions accordingly. Mark makes one wants to keep coming back to more training, which can be a hardest part for many. I've benefited from my trainings. A few days ago, I fell when my dog pulled me suddenly. It looked bad but I wasn't really hurt. All I was thinking at the moment was how lucky that I had been training. Thanks Mark!

Mark is a great trainer! I used to be his client many years ago and feel lucky I was able to go back to him. He is extremely knowledgeable about anatomy, very professional and encouraging.
