5 stars for the super fun and energetic Zumba classes and the nice gym staff. I don't use the equipment and weights too much here things seem orderly, with only a few machines ever out of commission. The sauna here is like new and barely used when I go in the evening. They also have a smoothie bar with lots of flavor options, but I do wish they used more fresh food add-ins rather than syrups, but the prices are really good so I understand it's a balance. Just wish that the locker rooms and showers got re-done. The seats are sticky, the water in the showerhead just trickles, and the shower curtains are a joke. If they fixed these I'd probably go more often.

Love this gym. Great friendly staff, plenty of extra services on site (tanning, massage, beauty care, etc.) Quality personal trainers and a plethora of spin classes, TRX, intervals, zoomba, yoga and more.

Had a wonderful experience today at Prime Fitness. Staff was extremely professional. I worked with Melissa Cross, who gave me a tour of the gym. She explained to me the precautions taken with the current COVID-19 situation, and helped me sign up for a membership. They were all very welcoming, again professional, and I cannot wait to finally be back at the gym! Thank you

Best gym and people! The new management and staff are amazing. The place is always clean and everyone is so friendly. Great group fitness schedule with a large variety of classes. I love that they offer massages now and the new salon too! Charli, the stylist, is so sweet and talented. Wow, too many great things to list!! Love this place!

Such an amazing gym!! So many extras most gyms don’t offer like a hair salon, coffee & smoothie bar, waxing & massage services great tanning beds and the most amazing kids club ever! If this wasn’t enough, the group fitness classes are the best! The instructors and members alike are friendly, welcoming and truly make you feel comfortable! 5+ stars!!

Super friendly front desk staff is ready to greet you when you arrive. Since I workout in the morning that’s always a win! Yes the building is old but to me that’s not why I’m going to the gym. Also the new manager who took over a year ago is awesome and has changed tons!
I Love the group fitness classes!!! The instructors are all so knowledgeable and know how to keep challenging anyone who comes! I’m there 5-6 days a week and still manage to be sore.
From Barre, cardio kick boxing, strength, TRX, yoga, and different cardio dance classes, and even classes for seniors, what ever you fancy this place covers all of them.
I also happen to have made wonderful friends with so many of the members. This I consider a HUGE added bonus! Come workout with us!!

This gym is stellar. Has all the equipment you need to maintain beastmode. Tons of cardio equipment, free weights, machines, punching bags, new sauna, tanning, incredible staff, smoothies, coffee, energy drinks and plenty of swag. This is THE gym in Bonney Lake!

I absolutely LOVE this gym. I have made so many amazing friendships here. The group fitness classes are included in my membership and I love that. Staff is so fun and friendly, and the coffee and smoothie bar is a great perk! Just got my hair done at their salon, love the hair stylist Charli!!

Since the new management took over a couple years ago this gym has become top tier! Brand new sauna and new equipment coming in all the time! Has full coffee and smoothie bar, tanning, in house massage and hair stylist. One stop shop for being your best!

Prime just installed a whole new payment system. I was charged wrongfully and they took care of it and it has not happened again. I know what it's like to change systems and it does not go smooth right away. Great gym and staff.

NEVER give this gym your debit card number they over charge you or randomly add on fees without warning. Not a little over charge either they over charged us by $60 dollars and when I called to have it corrected we were treated like absolute garbage. 4 of our friends have left over the past two months we didn’t listen but won’t be returning now. This place is an absolute joke.

I have gone here for years now and I absolutely love the place. The environment is super positive and high energy plus everyone is very friendly. The new GM and trainer Jason is an excellent person to say the least, I’ve had multiple training sessions with him and he is a super fun dude that knows how to plan an excellent workout. And to top it all off Kaylee at the front desk makes really good smoothies and is delightful to talk to. I’ve been to the other gyms around the Bonney lake area and this is definitely my personal favorite.

I love this gym, everyone here is like a big family and there room for more in it. Really positive atmosphere . The honest truth is the facility could use some remodeling, and some of the equipment needs to be updated. But it's not a deal breaker.

I would give five star if machine maintenance was a priority. I have asked several times to have machines fixed. it's been a month and machines are still broken. Nothing better to kill your motivation then to have to go to three different machines to finally get going. Grrr

The billing department is a joke. Every month for the past 3 months I have had problems with them randomly charging additional fees and changing the date in which they withdrawal the monthly payment. $4.00 here or $3.00 there would show up missing from my bank account in addition to the monthly dues. Just because you have access to my debit card does not mean you have the right to take out funds whenever you feel like it. On top of that, no one ever calls you back. I left messages for Melissa for a month straight to get this figured out. Finally, by chance... she answered the phone. I decided to cancel my membership. I was told I would not be charged the yearly fee of $25.00 plus tax, that comes out in July, but you can guess what happened... they deducted the fee anyway. Never give this gym your debit card number.
