The actual gym itself is fine. It was never overly crowded when I went and all the other members seemed nice. I ended up leaving this gym not only because the owner made me uncomfortable (interrupting my sessions for 10-20 minutes at a time to talk about himself, grabbing my shoulders, just watching me while I worked out, etc) but I was moving further south and it was out of my way at that point. The contract he has you sign says you can cancel for health reasons, if you are moving, or if you pay a membership fee when signing up. Well here is a quick heads up, this gym goes through a third party when it comes to memberships and that third party has a contract with the owner stating you can only cancel for “permanent health issues” or something like that. The owner will not cancel for you, he will be rude if you mention canceling, give you the third party number saying they probably won’t even answer, and hang up. The contract he gives you also says you can only cancel through the third party. After multiple calls, two doctors notes (because I do happen to live with a permanent health issue), and two letters being sent out, I finally got my membership cancelled MONTHS after I stopped going there. I’ve read multiple reviews saying months after canceling they try to be charged again, so I am currently waiting to see if that is something I will have to deal with later. It’s honestly not worth your time.

The gym 💪 is fine, clean, great showers, nice environment (no one sketchy), and the area is safe enough in Burien. Parking 🅿️ is very limited. The reason I gave 3 stars ⭐️ instead of 5 was for the hassle I am dealing with a personal trainer refund of around $400 for 30 minute sessions we were unable to complete. In the beginning he was agreeable but seemed forgetful and I came twice only to reschedule. Then he was injured and had surgery and it’s understandable he needed time to recover. Then he says he’s ready to start our training sessions again and we have one session where he shows me how to use gym equipment which isn’t bad but I wanted work out routines done on a mat and I can understand he is still recovering from surgery and tender. I am moving anyways and it had been like 3 months since I paid for the sessions. I requested a refund and he ignored my calls and texts. Finally he responded to an email and as the screenshot proves says to speak to hid lawyer without providing lawyer details. Overall, I do not feel he is professional. This experience has been a waste of money. Using the gym is fine but do not hire him as a personal trainer. An expensive waste of time!😅

Been coming here for a few months! Great selection of equipment. The showers and dressing rooms are always clean. The Gym Culture here is excellent and everyone is friendly and willing to help. The owner and staff are amazing as always and the equipment is in top notch shape. Everyone takes care of the place and it caters to all fitness levels. There's something for everyone here.

This is the cleanest gym I've ever been to. From the locker rooms to the equipment to the grounds... very well maintained and safe. You can tell the owner takes great pride. Gym is private, clean, and has a good amount of space. However, there can be some major improvements such as more squat racks or squat stands for powerlifting or big 3 compound movements. Could also add bumper plates for deadlifts and barbell clamps. Would also advise on “dirty towel” baskets all over the gym that include clean rags in multiple areas. A lot of people use the same towel to sanitize equipment which is far from sanitary

I work out at ProFitness 4 or 5 times per week and love this club! You will NOT find lots of fancy, loud jazzercise classes or raunchy, loud, obnoxious music as in many other facilities. What you WILL find is a clean, well equipped facility with a wide range of weight training equipment and aerobic training equipment, which I have never had any trouble accessing. ProFitness provides a relaxed, worry-free atmosphere in which to exercise where I can take as much time as I need. Not crowded and is quite clean. People are friendly and if I leave my wallet or phone behind, as I have a couple times in a couple years, they are returned unviolated. They take Medicare health insurance programs such as Silver Sneakers and Renew Active. I think that the owner, Don, takes care to deal with potential problems that would sully the club's relaxed, worry-free atmosphere. I am thankful to have found ProFitness.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. First, I called about three times and the first two calls were picked up BUT no answer on the other end..you can just literally hear the person on the other side breathing. The third time, someone picked up (HALLELUJAH) and I’m going to assume it’s the owner.

Informed him that my husband and I are moving to town and this gym is closest to our home so we wanted an idea on prices for memberships. Immediately - I was cut off and was told “give me a call when you’d like to come in, we have many packages”. Confused, I responded asking if the prices are a secret? As a customer I’d like to know what the price range would be as there are other gyms within a 10 mile radius.

Again, he brushed me off and told me to call when we’re in town and he’d only share prices if I come into the gym to look at it. Strange right? Makes you think hmmm 🤔

Anyways, stay away and don’t waste your time here. The owner sounds like a scam artist and I’m sure this is the type of place that would charge you hidden fees and give you a fit about canceling etc. After seeing other negative reviews on here I’m thinking YIKES. Do better!

However, owner dragged out cancelation procedures a few months when I moved away... during my membership, he was very helpful and quick to return my calls UNTIL I tried to cancel, then he couldn't be reached and I had to cancel those monthly payments on my own credit card those months. DON'T SIGN UP. This is a scam. I signed up thinking I would be supporting a nice small business. I quickly find out the owner is a thug, many of the services they claim to have aren't there, and there's no one to talk to about a refund. Please do yourself a favor and read this review before even stepping foot inside this gym. The guy Don has a "tough guy" going to give you an offer you can't refuse act. You can't decide or say you want to check out another place because he says he's the only place around with great offers. I kept saying no and I'll try another day and he got defensive. This place has become a problem over the last few years. It was great when the owners daughter Nicole worked here. Unfortunately due to domestic violence and the owners substance abuse issues the family no longer helps out. There is a good description in a review on Yelp so I won't get into it. I have seen police activity involving the owner and it has gone beyond annoying harassment to dangerous. I'm not comfortable after dark or when certain people are here. I'm looking for a new gym.

Also the people that say how small the gym is and you don't have to wait are right. The place isn't crowded for good reasons. Nobody wants a membership there after they meet the creepy owner or they cancel their membership after being duped. If the place was so great it would be crowded and you'd have to wait on equipment. The place is small to begin with.

You can cancel your membership but the club's third party financial contractor, ABC Financial, will keep charging your bank. When you get your bank to stop paying then ABC will threaten you with collections. You practically need a lawyer to leave.

The occasional 5* reviews talking about how great Don the owner is are written by Don. Nobody likes Don but he is in love with himself.

One other thing, the people who talk about the kids play room being a benefit are full of it. The play room is locked. Nobody has worked at the front desk in over a year and the owner is never there so nobody unlocks it. Kids sit on the couch by the front desk while their parents work out.

Over the years there have been many people working at the front desk. They usually only stay a few weeks and leave after harassment. One girl said he wasn't even paying minimum wage. Shocking since they'd give tours and sell memberships and at most gyms would get a commission. If you're not young, female and cute don't apply. Don once told me nobody wants to look at older ugly people at the front desk. Again, the last employee working at the front desk left over a year ago. Probably because he constantly humiliated and abused her even in public.

When Don replies to reviews saying the customer service team will address the issue remember there is no team only Don. He will apologize for a staff member. There is only Don, and he is the staff member in the complaint. This is very disingenuous and he is usually not at the gym but off abusing substances or engaging in domestic violence.

currently sent a review to the BBB the contract should be void because he is trying to charge an amount in sales tax that is illegal. saying I cant cancel but the contract isnt correct and when I told him he needed to take my account info off and that there was no authorization for that he went and hung up on me. not including that it is a hazard not to be able to provide water for your members to drink especially if they are training!. I really like this gym. It has more machines and weights than the other local gyms. I love that it's open 24/7 and has a playroom that my son can play in while I workout. I disputed the charge through my bank and that’s when I get an email to update my credit card info. What a joke. I got an email from ABC Financial that I have a past due account. The only way to cancel my membership is to write them a certified letter letting them know I want to cancel which would only be a 30 day notice AND they’ll still be charging you until they receive the letter. What a waste of money. I even let the lady at ABC Financial know I’ve called and left messages and she said that she sees no record of any of them. Apparently ProFitness staff doesn’t even bother to hear the messages.

We have been trying to cancel the membership for a year after we went ONE TIME back in August 2019. There is never an answer when we call. We finally got someone on the phone one day ago (that’s 364 days later) and they referred us to ABC Financial, their billing company. When we called ABC, we were told ABC cannot help us and that we are going to received recurring charges unless we mail a letter asking for cancellation. Totally archaic and confusing. I work for Boeing, so I was able to choose a gym and pay $25 a month. I choose this gym because it was 24/7 and the closest to my place. I was told that the $25 a month was restricted hours and if I wanted 24/7 that I had to paid an extra $27 a month. I went one time before the lock down and haven't been able to go due to the closing of gyms. They have taken over $200 and when I wanted to cancel my gym membership BECAUSE I'M NOT USING THE GYM AND STILL GETTING CHARGED. I emailed them 3 times and called twice with a voicemail. No one got back to me. So I was forced to call my bank and put an end to the account. Too much of a headache. Not worth it.

I knew I was locked in for the 12 month contract but after that had expired it switched to month to month and made it impossible to cancel my membership! The perks of going to a small gym is that you can count on them having quality staff compared with a huge commercial gym. Nicole at the front desk is the sweetest.

Another reason I wrote this review was because of the HUGE amount of help I received from Donovan. He goes out of his way to help anyone he can. He taught me self defense and break dancing. If that’s not dedication to his members, I don’t know what is. He’s efficient and straight to the point. If you’re looking for someone to baby you, he’s not the guy. This place is good with equipment and amenities. Overall though it’s an annoying gym. The staff doesn’t give tours correctly and gives misinformation. My family and I went to try them out for the 14-day trial because we just recently moved to Washington. Our first day was fine. After that the front desk lady pretty much kept keeping an eye on me and my sister and our third day come to find out if you don’t have a Burien address and some other pieces of info on the first day you do not qualify. She didn’t tell us this before nor did she give us our guest pass card like she should have the first day.

I've belonged to this gym for about 3 years now. This is the best gym I've ever been to . Very personal staff whom all know me by name. Both Nicole and Donn have both taken time out of their day to show me exercises or equipment I didn't quite understand how to use. Constantly rotating and bringing in new and updated equipment . It’s amazing to have found this gym in burien! You can chose to have a 24 hour access or “staff hours” access. They have the newest and greatest machines. I love the fact that there is a trail or view on the screen when I run on the treadmill. Also Nicole has been very awesome with customer service! She has offered classes to reach fitness goals! I've been a member here for only a few months, but I'm convinced this is the best gym for me.

It's a smaller gym, but doesn't really feel like it. They did a great job of maximizing the use of the space available, and the layout is intuitive. Even during peak hours, it doesn't feel overwhelmingly busy.

They allow 24-hour access, which is a huge convenience for me, as I can have an erratic work and dad-duty schedule sometimes. They also have a conveniently-placed playroom for your little ones, which you can always have a clear view of from practically anywhere in the gym.

They keep the locker room and gym area clean and tidy. You won't find yourself tripping over weights or equipment. There are newer-model machines with some pretty cool features. They also installed TRX equipment, and offer special training classes.

The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Nicole set me up with my membership and helped me take advantage of their referral program, which saved me money in the end. I highly recommend checking this place out and joining! Best gym experience I've had!

I can't rate this place low enough. Rude, rude, rude. We had just begun their two week trial when we found a Groupon. We had a question about the stipulations in the Groupon, so we inquired. The owner was not happy that after two days of using the gym we had not decided to sign up, which was unrelated to the Groupon question. Then when pressed about the stipulation, we mentioned how we had been comparing other gyms in the area, he told us to go use them instead. Then he informed us that our trial was being cancelled and could not return! The owner was so offended that we had not decided to sign up after two days, were checking out various gyms, and were looking to use a Groupon they were offering, that he kicked us out! There was no argument or debate, just kicked out. Avoid going here. There are other options in the area that are respectful of their customers. Try a gym before signing up... You learn a lot about the people from these brief interactions, and this place taught me how rude these people are.

I just started coming here s few months ago and I love it! 24 hour access is awesome and every time I go in it’s never packed. This clubs is definitely the cleanest gym I have ever been in and on top of that all the equipment is brand new! I have been doing a lot of circuit training lately and they have an area specifically made for that. Every time I come in it seems like there’s always something new! I recommend this place to all of my friends in the area! Definitely worth going in to check out! 🤗🤗

I like this gym a lot! I recently went to their launch party where they held a few complimentary boot camp classes! They had TRX, circuit training and a weight lifting class! It was so much fun! All of the instructors were so nice and knowledgable! The people there are nice too, You can ask anyone for help if you have questions on a work out or how to use the machines/equipment! I recommend this gym if you are tired of going to LA fitness and all the other gyms! This place is 24 hours too! I can't wait for the boot camp classes to come out! Check it out!

I've been a member at LA Fitness but want to check out what it is like at a smaller gym. I walked into Pro Fitness and was greeted by Nicole who was so awesome!! She showed us the facility which I can say is clean with well kept equipment and also with some fitness equipment I've never seen at LA Fitness. Nicole definitely did her part in letting us know how the gym runs. & the nice thing is you get it at an affordable price with 24 hour access. :)

Staff was rude and condescending. Bought a groupon to try the gym out before making a decision on a membership. Gym is very small few machines and weights only. Receptionist was obviously there for eye candy and to sell memberships not to help clients. Pushy to the point of rude when I asked basic questions about the gym and how it worked. Informed I couldn't talk to a trainer even for an eval unless I wanted to pay 50.00 or more an hour. Only 2 meetings with trainer a year with membership. Limited hours to people not full members( not on Groupon description). Says there are classes on website, but they aren't going to offer anything but boot camp and that won't be for a few weeks. When I asked cost of membership was told it was a monthly fee. When I asked the amount, I was told that I should be able to pay for it. When I explained I was a single mom on a limited budget she huffed like I was now a waste of her time. She ended up telling me this isn't going to work out, refused to honor the voucher. I got my money back from Groupon.

I was interested in this gym due to the fact that they are 24 hours and not far from my house, I emailed to ask about pricing and packages and got no response, then when I called I was told that they do not give information over the phone. I understand that you do want to sell your gym and show it off first but I just wanted pricing, if you can not answer a basic question to potential customer what do you do when you have questions from actual customers? Or do you just ignore them as you did my email?

I switched to ProFitness in June and haven't gone back to the other gym I was going to since. I finally found a gym that is open 24 hours, I can go whenever I want. It has verything I need and I'm the type where I need a lot. Also the family atmosphere is amazing. Everyone seems to care about others goals.

I absolutely LOVE ProFitness because of it's size! It is not over saturated with people, yet there are a variety of machines to switch your workout up. The environment is welcoming and comfortable. When I go there I am able to stay focused with no distractions. The gym is extremely clean because Susie cleans it every morning!!! The owner and employees are incredibly nice and helpful! Even the members are friendly and everyone has a positive energy! I have been a member for four years now and have no complaints! I am always able to use the machines & weights that I want. I have my own space to focus on my HITT training and leave feeling accomplished :)

This place is the bomb, been workin out here for a very long time and I can say that most of the bad reviews for this gym come from people who have never stepped foot in the building and I know this because I come in to work out about 2-3 times a day almost every day. You shouldn't let these reviews determine whether or not to come in, you should see for yourself of how great of a gym this is!
One of the things most people look past is how safe you can leave your belongings in this gym. At other gyms in the area, I hear of peoples cars getting broken into or lockers broke into but that would never happen in this gym because you can see the parking lot from inside the building and the gym is small enough to see something like that happen in clear site. Also one time I forgot my nice watch on the floor after a workout and one of the members returned it to the front desk, I was very impressed!
Besides the gym being immaculately clean like everyone says, all the gym equipment is optimal and they are always upgrading equipment as well. Steam rooms work beautifully, the showers are also really nice.
Overall this is the best and most affordable gym in the area. The staff is extremely friendly and all the members are also very friendly and say hi to me all the time and are always willing to help if I need a spot or assistance with exercise. Also if you don't have a workout partner, most of the members are always ready to fill that spot! I can't count how many people I've worked out with because everybody in here is that friendly!
Like I said before, you should come in and check out this gym for yourself with your own eyes before you make any judgement about the gym. I've worked out at a lot of gyms but this is the best by far, plus its 24 hours! No complaints!

This gym is awesome. I have been a member at two other gyms previous to this one and Profitness is by far my favorite. It is never overly busy, and it really is such a friendly, family-like atmosphere. Everyone is nice, people talk with each other, and people are really supportive here. I know people who have met there current workout buddies right here in the gym, and now they are really good friends. Some people use headphones, while others just use the gym music and talk to each other while working out.
The facility is also always spotless clean (the woman Susanna that cleans is the nicest and sweetest person ever). The towel service is a bonus, and the steam room is perfect to go into after a good cardio workout especially. The fact that this gym is open 24/7 is one of its main draws, it is so nice to be able to come in here and workout late at night if i cannot make it in earlier. I usually do not spend time to leave reviews on google but because of how impressed I am with this gym I made an exception. Would definitely recommend!

Pro fitness has always felt like a home to me. I've gone for years and signed up many of my friends and it was the place that really changed a big part of my life. I had gone to se other gyms before trying to get focused on my fitness and health but most places felt intimidating to talk to other people and get advice and most places have pushy trainers who are out for your money. At a pro Fitness however within a week I had made friends with the owner, several staff and some members who had been working out for a long time who took me under their wing and showed me the ropes. I felt so welcomed and comfortable every time I went and I actually got excited about the gym. I went from 150 lbs and 26% body fat to 185 lbs and 12% body fat over a year and a half through consistent workouts and constant support from the fellow members, staff and owner. Don (the owner) is easily the nicest and most trustworthy person I've met and whenever I've had a problem he's done everything he can to resolve it. If you want a gym that gets you excited to work out I'd most definitely sign up at Pro Fitness!

Don and his staff are friendly and professional. They are courteous and try to accomodate any request, within reason. They offer free wifi and some of their treadmills are equipped with screens with cable.

If you're looking for a gym with average people trying to reach their exercise goals and not act like it's club, the P-Fit is the spot.They're also 24 hours, so there's no excuse why you can't make time. I like the gym and I've been a member for more than 4 years. Had only one problem with accounting (credit card expired and I had to contact them with my new info), but all it took was a call and everything has been solid since.

This gym is great for those looking for a basic non-crossfit gym. The free trial is great, and it's one of the few gyms who offer actual martial arts (hapkido!) classes, as opposed to just cardio-boxing. The pricing is fair (imo) for what they offer, and the facilities are all really well kept. All in all, I would highly recommend people to join!

The sales person and owner are not at all honest!!! I was told I would get a free month and was charged $ 75.00. So I told them I was NOT interested I was told my account had been closed. Only to find out I had to call ABC Financial after my card was charged twice each time random prices! Then they told me I had to mail a physical letter of cancellation via CERTIFIED MAIL. Which I was NEVER told by the sales person or the owner!!!

Just your basic gym I guess, but when it comes to the financial side it's terrible. I thought my contract had expired because my agreement stated a certain end date to my membership. And I wasn't going to renew because I've found a much better spot for me. But I kept getting billed month to month and they will not cancel your membership at the gym. You have to send some BS financial company a letter via certified mail to give a 30 day notice. They act like it's out of their hands to cancel a membership at their own gym. What a f***ing joke!!! And they keep billing you. When you want to leave you just get ripped off. You're not a customer you're just someone they're trying to squeeze $50 more bucks out of. This place is creepy and sleazy. right off the bat you have to fill out a lot of personal information, the employee there named George is only interested in hearing himself talk, and wont give a direct answer to any question. his used car salesman techniques are beyond annoying and he will tell you one thing, and completely change it five minutes later. Not to mention the hidden fees that I had to ask about ten times before hearing at least some version of the truth. A simple tour of this small gym took one hour because he literally WOULD NOT stop talking. Something about this gym does not feel right,STAY AWAY.

Snakes!! I liked the little gym while taking a quick look.. I just wanted to know how much it would cost... this used car salesman guy couldn't just give me some prices?? I wanted to join but he was talking in circle and hiding fee's... dude just be up front. I decided to join anyway because the gym did look nice. I went twice than got really sick for 2 weeks. I came back to pay my first bill and get back on track and my monthly bills was more than what I was quoted and I asked for exact amount no surprises... this used car salesman told me to look at my contract. I sis look and at my notes and my bill was like 6 bucks more. Not alot of money at all but that wasent the point.. No integrity! now I pay 54 at another gym I would of gave it to them if he was just honest and less snake like. Waisted a hundred something dollars.. oh I did have a free meet with a trainer/nutritionist that seems real nice and knowledgable but the sales dude talked circles like I was stupid than lied....

Don't bother dealing with this place. I signed up one night thanks to a Groupon stating a FREE 30 day trial, and I figured why not. I went one evening for 45 minutes, cancelled the next day because they changed the terms of the "free" 30 days to make it so that I supposedly didn't have to pay for 24 hour access, and it's been a nightmare since then. I followed the instructions on the contract to the letter, hand-delivered a written notice of cancellation, my swipe card, and my contract within 24 hours of beginning membership (you have to do it within 3 days as per their agreement), and now they're trying to charge me over $200, and no one there is willing to acknowledge that I cancelled.

Take your money and go to a more reputable gym that won't try and pull a quick scam on you.

SCAM! My guy and I signed up for the gym and we went in to cancel (not due to bad experience at the actual gym). Turns out that the company that does their billing will not let you cancel the membership. So watch out! They only way you can get out of the membership is if you die! Not kidding. I have always shied away from gyms in the past because of the aggressiveness of the staff. I am not in the best shape, and I am ashamed of it.
I have had a membership with Pro Fitness for a while, and for a long, long time, I was paying for it and not using it -- a trainer (who is no longer there) was way to hard on me, and that really turned me away for the longest time.

Even with my high school reunion coming up - I was determined in two ways: that I am going to look heavy, and I was determined to lose the weight. The former was winning out, and I actually went in to cancel the membership altogether.

It had been about 9 months since I had been there last. George was at the desk and remembered my name right away. That took me by surprise. I explained what was going on in my life, and it was something I had to cut off my budget.

With no pressure whatsoever, he listened to my concerns, apologized for my earlier bad experience, and offered to get me set up with Donovan for some PT sessions, at no extra charge. Donovan was firm, yet gentle - not pushing me past my breaking point. Friendly and encouraging, I truly felt he had a vested interest in helping me achieve my goals.

In less than a month - I have dropped nearly 8 pounds already. I never thought that lifting weights would help me LOSE weight! And I have only been going in three times a week. I can only imagine the results if I push it further.

Thanks Pro Fitness for not letting me give up! You provided the coaxing and encouragement that I really needed, without being overly pushy like the bigger gyms!

I have been going to this gym for about 9-10 years! So i know what this gym is all about! This gym to me is like a home to me. Considering the fact it has everything a home has, a nice bathroom with showers, lockers, and what my actual home doesn't have.... a steam room! The steam room is just awesome if you want to relax and be productive at the same time. It is a super clean gym, the cleanest I've been too... and probably way cleaner than my house. I see this lady clean it every morning when I come in for a morning workout.

The staff here is really nice to me and a couple of the employees make me keep coming more often because of how funny they are, and especially how helpful they are when they teach me how to workout. This one trainer does his job perfectly, instead of pressuring me to buy training he just encourages me to make a lifestyle change and be happy while I try my best to come in and workout. There absolutely no pressure at this gym at all. ALSO not intimidating either! I use to be scared to working out at gyms because I don't want people staring at me or throwing uncomfortable comments at me.

Every person that works at this gym is absolutely nice, I can't think of one rude person, considering I have been going here for years. The gym changed my life, I use to be this kid who did nothing but played video games, now I can be who I want to be! I have always wanted to be able to do things other people can't do and I have accomplished that. I also managed to learn how to dance and do the splits! That totally built my confidence from learning and getting fit from this gym. Its all about being positive here, just don't bring any negativity. I move around a lot, but this is always the gym I look forward to coming back too.

The gym is not bad for what I needed. Just a basic gym with OK equip to work out. The bad experience was due to me moving out of the area ABC financial will not let me cancel my membership via email or fax. You MUST send certified or registered mail. In the days of electronic everything I find this to be archiac. Also, my coworker cancelled her membership 4 mnth before via email but they will not let me. The ppl at ABC are combative & very unporfessional. This is a reflection of the financial co the gym decides to use. So I have to rate the gym low due to that fact.

Unfortunately none of customer care people at front desk are good, Most unethical business I have ever had in my life. Me and my wife Joined on a month to month basis and after month I tried to cancel due to an Emergency and was told I would need to contact ABC financial service or billing company, when i contacted ABC billing company they say I cannot cancel because I signed contract for one year. It was big shock to me. he told me while joining that I can cancel my membership any time if feel i dont like it here. I did the same thing before 30 days I told them that i want to cancel my membership. They even talked to me in bad language when i called and requested for cancellation of my membership and hangup on me. I feel i am being robbed i really hate to say their irresponsible answers. I never heard this kind of language from any customer representative in my life from any company. Yes this place should shutdown!!! its really a joke about this health club. My kind and sincere request to everyone to stay away. I hope to get this place shut down ASAP.

My review was so much different here before I was badgered by a Pro Fitness employee to change it. Originally I was mainly upset about the process that you have to follow to cancel your account. It's a huge hassle and not what I was lead to believe when originally sold the deal. My original review included a comment about the sales guy that sold me my membership and while it may have been a tad inappropriate, it was pretty close to the truth and even more so now. I have been called 3 times by the sales guy that sold me this deal and because I am going to be somewhat nice here I won't actually say his name. After badgering me for 5 minutes about how my review was unfair and I needed to change it I agreed laughing because I couldn't believe this guy was even calling me about this and not about how unhappy I was with the service. When I didn't change the review immediately the next day he called me again. Then called me again at 9pm at night. When I didn't answer he looked up my boyfriends number and called him. At this point I became very angry because my BF had nothing to do with any of this and actually wanted to continue working out at the gym. Now, not so sure. We are appalled at how this gym treats its customers and I left a message for the owner.

And for you, and you know who you are reading this... DO NOT CALL ME EVER AGAIN!

This is a good gym. The part I like about the gym the most is that it is quite a family experience. I have never visited a gym in my life where everyone is so friendly with each other. It's like all the members are friends, it has become a great place to meet friends. I also think the gym is very comfortable.. the salespeople are very young.. but honest. I don't think all the negative reviews here do the place it's justice. Maybe you would have to go in to see for yourself

I just wanted to know the prices but the employe behind the count3er refused to say anything to me until I filled out a personal medial history packet! Unethical and poor customer relations.
