Wonderful studio with a stunning view of the Puget Sound! I attended the very cool Maybon Equinox Flow workshop hosted by Meg + Chase. It was simply magical! Inspiring flow, a beautiful and grounding autumnal ritual, calm energy, high vibes. 10/10 recommend a visit to Protea!!

Best yoga class I’ve done in years, hands down. Amazing playlist, vibes of the space, the view looking out, fantastic instructor (Chase), and it ended with a sound bath. It even had Manduka mats. 5/5 stars.

Took ashtanga class today for the first time. Space and the view are pretty unique. Enjoyed the class quite a bit. Got some good advices from the instructor. Thank you Jeevitha!

I just took my first yoga class in a decade, and it was a fantastic experience! The studio has such a welcoming atmosphere, and even though many people seemed to know each other, I felt instantly at home. The free community class was perfect for all levels, and I really appreciated how accommodating it was. Katie, the instructor, was absolutely amazing! With old triathlon injuries, I was worried about my joints, but she guided us through modifications beautifully. My muscles feel happily worked today, and my joints feel great – no pain at all! I'm definitely looking for more of Katie's classes!

I took Thita's vinyasa class and it was great! Her sequence has a lot of twisting poses and they were just what I needed. She shared some yoga philosophy as well and they resonated well with me.

The studio is very new and very clean. It's on the second floor. They also have a few bathrooms which are very clean as well. However they do not have a shower. They offer free mat rental and usual yoga props like blocks, straps, and blankets.

I took public transit here which is plenty. I'm not sure about the parking situation but I can imagine that it's tricky since this is literally next to the Pike Place Market.

Amazing location in a thoughtfully restored building. What could beat views of the sound while being guided through a vinyasa flow?
