I just started attending Emily's Barre class, and I was hooked after the first one! Emily is a fun, upbeat instructor. The class was fast paced, and Emily was great at explaining how you can make the class more or less challenging to meet your needs. I'm so glad I found these classes.

I LOVE Pulse PNW. All of the classes at Pulse are fun, motivating and bring out your inner athlete. You do not have to be advanced to attend her classes as Emily and Kristen will help you learn appropriate form and help motivate you along the way. Highly recommend to ALL!!

LOVE Pulse PNW! Emily's classes are beyond amazing. I am a regular barre and boot camp attendee and I leave class every day feeling thankful I went! They are GREAT workouts and Emily is so knowledgeable! Krystin's spin classes are also beyond amazing!!! I'm hooked to cycle shred and go every week. I leave spin sweating so much, but feel like a brand new person!! I'm so thankful I got a membership here!! I would highly recommend Pulse to anybody!!!
