This experience has been truly amazing and eye opening. I didn't think 20 minutes would do much, but was so wrong! I am feeling much stronger and less aches and pains! Daniel is easy to work with and very inspiring. I would definitely recommend this, it really works!

Training at Reinvent has been a huge growth tool for both my mental health and physical strength. I have gained a higher capacity to push past the “difficult” into new places and have been so grateful that reinvent is part of that wholistic journey. :) not to mention the trainers are patient, professional, highly knowledgeable, and hear what you uniquely need to form a tailor made workout… all in 20min a week… What?! :) It’s amazing! I started going to Reinvent at age 39 because I was going to turn 40 & felt I needed a lift in my physical abilities. I also was feeling lazy in the brain. I am not a fan of working out, and this small weekly commitment was worth trying out. It was not long until I was more capable, and had a sharper brain again. Now, five years later, I still love that my trainer, Daniel, customizes my workout weekly for me. I appreciate not having to know how much weight to increase for my growth. Also, he is attentive to my physical needs each session. When I tore my meniscus last year, I was grateful for the strength I had already built to support my healing, but also Daniel changed my routine to specifically build up the muscles I will need for future success.
Another area I am encouraged in is that I am investing in my future self. My husband laughs at me, but I find it motivating that the work I’m putting in today helps me age well. Daniel adds neck exercises into my regimen and explains how other machines will encourage balance as I get older.
I recommend Reinvent to everybody as this works for anyone from a top athlete to the elderly needing to increase bone density. It is a workout that does not cause injury, and still exhausts you every session.

- [ ] After an accident seven years ago, it took a month to discover that I had several broken bones. Because of the diagnosis delay and the wrong treatment, I developed nerve damage during that time. When I was released to exercise again after a year of down time, a friend told me about ReInvent Strength Training. With much trepidation, I made an appointment and went in for a consultation. I still felt broken at the time and was quite fearful, but the skilled and dedicated trainers at ReInvent worked with me to overcome that fear and helped me to gain the strength and stamina I was lacking and to feel better than I’d felt in years. The committed trainers work diligently to plan the best work out routine for each individual’s needs and are extremely knowledgeable about the equipment, making it easy to just show up as they set up each machine and oversee each and every move, adjusting when needed for a smarter work out that’s better for your overall health and wellness. It’s now six years later and I still look forward to my workouts each week, my strength and health has dramatically improved in large thanks to Reinvent and I cannot say enough good things about the trainers, the quiet facility and the attentiveness they have shown in my journey to health and strength.

I have nothing but exceptional reviews for the methods used at Reinvent Strength Training. It has helped me dramatically improve my strength, completely recover from a shoulder and neck injury, and improve my ability to do all the things I love to do in just 20 minutes a week. I talked my mother (mid eighties) into going in order to improve her declining abilities due to imbalance, loss of strength from aging, a neck surgery and osteopenia. In a few short weeks, members of family were commenting on her improved balance, posture, and physical abilities!

I recommend this facility and trainers to my clients, patients at our clinic, and friends who wish to improve their fitness, strength, recover from injuries and enhance their overall ability to live a better quality of life no matter what their age. What a great return on 20 minutes a week!

Can’t say enough to support Reinvent! I’ve been going to them for years and now 66 years young. Honestly strength training makes me feel young and have more stamina. Have a back problem? Strengthen your back and get rid of it.
