I have been involved in fitness my whole life, but wanted to join a gym where I could get a good workout and meet new people. Never in my life have I joined a gym that is as organized, helpful and consistently on it as renascent. When I did my 90 minute 1:1 intro Nate was there early, used positive motivation, and was critiquing in a way that was helpful and not making me feel less than. The coaches are all the same way. The other students in the class are supportive and very welcoming. Nate and his coaches have built an incredible gym. Whether you are experienced in CrossFit or, like me have never done a class, you would be doing yourself disservice not to give this place a shot.

Renascent and Head Coach/owner Nate have been key to my fitness journey. The classes are run well, the coaches really care and the programming is great. I have been going to Renascent for 18 months and I have seen a huge difference in my health. I recently did my blood work and my levels and biomarkers are better than they have ever been.
You can choose how hard you want to go any given day. The programming is not easy, but fitness is not supposed to be easy otherwise you are not getting fitter. There are options for open gym or working on the platform, or thrive, which tends to be more body weight type of approachable work. You can bring a friend on Saturdays. If you want to go at it hard, it is there for you as well. They follow PRVN, instead of coming up with their own programming. I would rather follow something, well, proven, that is programmed by a multi year games winner. It shows in the results.
The community aspect is really what keeps me coming. We hold each other accountable and check on each other if someone is having a hard time. The coaches will always find modifications for you that don’t feel like you are having a “less than” type of workout. The scales & progressions to “Rx” are real and hard instead of giving you something easy that makes you feel good but does not result in progress. Going to Renascent is a big source of enjoyment in my otherwise busy and stressful day.

Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The workouts are always challenging, and every coach cares about it being challenging to you and the level you’re at. They are great at scaling if you have any injuries or issues you’re dealing with. Through the programming I’ve made leaps and bounds in my strength and ability. I love the community and people I’ve become friends with. The owner Nate in particular is just a great coach and person. I really feel like I found my tribe here.

I’ve been a member of Renascent Athletics for almost 4 years, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my health and happiness. As a busy working parent, I appreciate how thoughtful and well-structured the programming is — it’s challenging, effective, and adaptable for any fitness level. I’ve seen incredible transformations here, from people who have never worked out before to former athletes getting back into their groove.
The owner is truly exceptional — kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in every member’s success. The community is second to none: supportive, encouraging, and welcoming from day one. I never feel out of place, and I always leave feeling proud that I showed up and got the workout done.
I also love the nutrition challenges — they’re approachable, sustainable, and realistic for real life (no extreme restrictions and completely based in science). Over the years, this place has become more than a gym for me — it’s a space where I’ve grown, pushed myself, and made great friends.
If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be supported, challenged, and celebrated no matter where you’re starting from, I can’t recommend Renascent Athletics enough.

Renascent CrossFit is the best gym I’ve ever been part of. Coach Nate is thorough, supportive, and observant. He is a true coach - he assesses your skill level and abilities, and guides us in scaling appropriately. He is a skilled instructor and leader, and he loves what he does. I was never an athlete and had negative CrossFit experiences in the past, but Renascent changed it all for me. In addition to the coaches, the COMMUNITY is everything! I’m surrounded by people who cheer me on, give unwavering support to each other, who laugh and work hard together, and who inspire me to keep coming back even when it’s hard. I never thought I’d like CrossFit, but it turns out I love it :)

Have been going to Renascent for 9 months now and am noticing marked improvement in my strength and mobility. Being over 60, I was initially intimidated to join. But my worries were unfounded. Coaches are super helpful, workouts are scalable to fitness level, and members very friendly. They also hold “Legends” classes that are tailored to ages 55+. Highly recommended!

I was very intimidated to join this gym but I’m sooooo glad I did! I’m brand spanking new to the world of CF but all the coaches so far have been amazing! They’re kind, friendly and patient. Workouts are challenging but they help you modify everything to your fitness level so I get a great workout without feeling like a complete failure. I love that everyone that attends the gym is super friendly too. Highly highly recommend :)

I have been going to Renascent Athletics for a year now, and it is an amazing BOX. The owners, Emily and Corey, are dedicated to their community and their members and always make everyone feel welcome and supported. Its also entirely outfitted with Concept2 rowers and genuine Rogue equipment for the rest. 2 toilets (no showers). Classes go from Monday - Saturday starting at 5am (no, not on Saturday because we arent that crazy) and there is also a lite version called Thrive 45 a couple times a week if you are new and want to ease into it or just want an active recovery day. Once a year they host their "rumble" event for members and most importantly.....there is free coffee for the morning crew to get the day started.

I finished the 4 private sessions before attending my first class. All of the coaches have modified appropriately for my needs. The cuing on lifts was specific and helpful. I had a great experience and class members and coaches were friendly.

If you are looking for a community of supportive, dedicated, connected people to champion your achievements, big AND small, you’ve found it. I love the way weight training has changed my body, but before I learned about CrossFit, I was always reluctant to spend time in “weight pits” lifting without any coaching support, and intimidated by athletes that didn’t look anything like me. The coaches at RCF welcomed me fully, scaffolding skills, and helping me build strong techniques before focusing on setting bigger goals. My coaches truly act as partners in my daily quest for fitness, educating members about nutrition, sleep, and balancing the demands on the body. And it’s so fun!! I have been doing crossfit about 6 years, Corey has been my coach for about 4 years. Corey really has a deep passion for crossfit, weightlifting and helping anyone and everyone to achieve their fitness goals. All the coaches study movements, researches new wods, do the wods they programs and really focuses on each member. Workouts are challenging for all levels, regardless of if you are a seasoned crossfit athlete or just starting out, they will find a way to challenge you. All of the coaches are really good, listen to the membership and try to work with each members abilities/injuries so that everyone can get in a really good workout. The gym community is welcoming, friendly, and respectful of others abilities, we all struggle, embrace it. Childcare is offered at the 930am class 6 days a week. They offers supplements and fitaid. If you want a fun yet serious crossfit exp, come check it out.

I love my gym!! Great gym with trustworthy coaches. They really put you first, whether its customizing a workout per your body type or current injury, or reinvesting into the gym. New equipment and capabilities are always being added as needed/requested. The workout plans are probably the best part as you really get whole body strengthening and training according to the reason why you go to the gym. Whether it's to compete in Crossfit, to perform better in all activities of your life or just be more active and healthy, you'll fit right in. Great nutrition challenges also to get you going in the right direction food wise, which they wisely stress as one of the most important parts of healthy living.
