This is by far the best CrossFit gym I have been to. The focus here is truly about maintaining health and fitness across the lifespan. Workouts are adapted to folks of all ages and abilities and there is never pressure to do more than one is ready for. I’m so happy I found this place.

They speak Spanish, and that’s something truly special to me. I come all the way from the U-District, and that says it all. Exercising is already tough—but connection makes all the difference. Feeling that sense of belonging pushes me further and makes every workout meaningful

Great CrossFit program. I’ve need going here for over 10 years. The community is what makes it worth it. CrossFit in one building and the gym is just next door.

Good vibe from what I remember. Needed to update review 4 years later because I had an amazing experience in spite of miscommunication. They had auto-renewable contracts. Wasn't used to that back in the day. Everyone does it now. Wish them the best.

I dropped in here for a single class yesterday. I’ve been to a lot of CrossFit gyms, but this one has a pretty special vibe! The staff was very responsive and welcoming, and the workout was just what I needed. It was easy to pay for and sign up for a class online, and there was plenty of parking. If you’re in south Seattle and looking for a great WOD in a friendly place, RHF is for you!

RHF CrossFit is a non-profit and I have never heard of that until moving here to the Seattle area. The CrossFit membership also comes with access to their gym that is literally the next building over. If you want an active recovery day or maybe just some cardio, you can use the gym at no extra cost. The owners, staff, and coaches are all awesome and so are the other members. It is a great community to be a part of!

This gym does so many things well. They have a well rounded training program. They modify to meet each individual where they are at. The trainers are consistent in the ways that matter and yet varied in their teaching styles. Most of all though the community is what makes this gym stand out. It is supportive, diverse, motivating and welcoming.
