All trainers I had a training with were amazing. They are very motivating and taught me how to do weight lifting/punching properly. I took 55 minutes training and it was perfect for me. I recommend this place to anyone who want to be stronger, release stress as well as having fun!

This place is so beginner friendly yet still is super challenging and fun. The front desk staff is also incredibly friendly. I especially love classes with Tobi and Mara who are both super encouraging, have great energy, and are really smart and helpful coaches. Cannot recommend Rowdybox highly enough!!

This is a great experience/workout that takes makes HIIT fun due to the boxing component. I'm not a fan of running on treadmills, but it's nice to get a workout and improve my fighting posture through conditioning.

As a first-timer and now attending over 5 times, I had an incredible experience at this boxing gym. The workout was challenging yet enjoyable, providing a great full-body burn. RowdyBox has become one of my favorite ways to switch up my workout routine. I try to go once a week, and every time I leave feeling stronger, more energized, and mentally reset. The atmosphere is super motivating, with pumped up music (even with a DJ sometimes!), and just the right kind of intensity to push you without feeling overwhelming. The instructors are what really make it great though. They're always welcoming, quick to correct form when needed, and genuinely encouraging. Even on days when I’m not feeling 100%, I walk out feeling accomplished and proud of myself.

I really enjoy taking classes here! The instructors are fun and motivating and 55 mins go by fast! If you had taken Barry's classes, it's very similarly structured, but instead of running on the treadmill, you are boxing instead. The facilities are clean, and people are very friendly. Classes are energetic and you can go at your own pace. Since the bags are filled with water, I tend to go a bit harder, the plus side is, no hand aches!

Rowdy Boxing has been a positive experience overall. The staff is friendly, and the classes are engaging with a good workout, some harder than others. I like the building and facilities, though I usually park a bit farther away at the free Amazon garages. My main issue is that I sometimes struggle to hear the instructors during class because the music is loud and the mics aren't clear. Luckily, the workout instructions are shown on TVs, so I can follow along with those. It can be frustrating when verbal cues aren’t on the TVs, and I have to look around at what others are doing, but maybe that's a personal hearing issue. The atmosphere is inclusive of all levels, so I never feel out of place. I would recommend it.

RowdyBox is great! The music really helps set the mood so you are motivated to box. The combinations are also easy to learn and understand, so beginners can totally take the class. They even teach you the punches beforehand if you are a beginner. I've been a member at 3 different boxing gyms in the past, and RowdyBox is by far my favorite. The screens make it easy to understand the combo during each round, and every instructor has been motivating and helpful with understanding the form of the strength exercises. Wow what an amazing first class at RowdyBox! From the second we walked in, the staff at check-in were so kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. And Coach Anissa? Absolutely incredible! She brought so much energy and made sure we had the best introduction to class.
The community here is just as awesome. After class, other members came up to congratulate us on our first workout and made us feel like part of the crew already. We just started the 7-week intro and after this experience, we cannot wait to keep going. If the rest of the coaches are anything like Anissa, we are in for something special!

Rowdybox does a great job combining floor training with weights and resistance bands, and boxing rounds on a water filled bag. There are 10 rounds total and you switch between the floor and the bag. I really enjoy how the class is structured and the amenities of the facility are well done too!

Rowdy Box is a great place to get a good workout in and is very beginner friendly. I was in Seattle on travel and Bridgette the front desk person was super kind and knowledgeable. The class times are pretty flexible ranging from 6:30am to 6:45pm. It felt really nice as a first timer to have my name remembered by Coaches Jenna and Mia. Also, as a person of color, this gym was INCREDIBLY welcoming. I can’t wait to come back on future trips. The one week pass of $37 was a great value.

I saw the reviews, and decided to book a boxing class out there. When I showed up there first they asked me to buy a gloves and grip. Which is okay I was needed anyway, so I purchased it. And then asked me to go to the class she directed me the one on the left side big hall. She not even introduced me to the couch and no instructions since it was my first day. I never boxed before. So anyway once I went inside the hall room it was so crowded and everyone knew what they doing, but me I was standing in the middle of those people and no one would tell me about anything, and the couch saw me there that I am standing without doing anything but she never asked me about anything. While I was standing there since couch was not teaching me anything or asking me about help. So I exited and returned gloves and grips, Sorry for the negative review, but it’s true that was my experience. Hope you guys treat new members better in the future!!

This is one of the best gyms I have ever been to (and I've been to tons). The staff and coaches are invested in each person getting the most out of their workout and having the best time doing it. They take time to make sure you know what is going to happen before your first class and they pump you up as you go. All body types and abilities are welcome and accepted (I have a bigger body and I was super nervous but I had nothing to worry about). Seriously, do yourself a favor and show up for a class. I promise, you won't want to stop showing up.

I just recently joined the rowdy family short term while in Seattle for an externship. I joined for the boxing portion but the HIIT is great too. I've always been a bit intimidated by boxing, but RowdyBox completely changed my mind. Their Thursday afternoon class is the perfect way to shake up the midweek slump. The low-light atmosphere both pumps you up and makes you less self-conscious.
Their unique blend of boxing on their water bags and strength training on those awesome benches is KILLER. The music was pumping, the instructor was motivating, and my stress melted away with every punch. I walked out of the studio feeling strong, accomplished, and seriously sweaty!

I'm pretty new to RowdyBox after having been recruited by some VERY pro-Rowdy coworkers. I now completely understand the enthusiasm! The instructors are fantastic -- focused on positivity, quality instruction, and modifying to meet individual goals and abilities. I had never even put on boxing gloves before, but found the vibe from staff and other participants to be super welcoming and supportive -- zero intimidation factor here!! The workout is well-rounded between strength and cardio, and it flies by with the floor/bag segments. I use these classes as cross training for long running races and mountaineering expeditions, and I have been extremely happy with what Rowdy has brought to my overall fitness. Can't say enough good things about my experience here. Strongly recommend to anyone who wants to try something new and add a bit of fun to their workout routine!

I love the split of boxing and strength training
And using boxing as cardio instead of a treadmill.
I also like that the strength training is mostly how many reps you can get in on your own pace rather than a tempo that you try to follow and lose form and injure yourself.
I do wish the music was better, it’s up beat but it’s too remixed and you can’t hear any of the lyrics that make you “go”

I've loved being a member at Rowdy for a while now - I get the best results I've ever seen from a group fitness class, and the community is so warm and welcoming. My favorite part about this studio is how clean it is- the staff do an amazing job keeping everything pristine and fresh. Bathrooms and showers are above average and stocked with Malin Goetz products with soothing aromas - such a treat after a challenging class! Environment in and outside of the studio is 10/10 stars.
The staff at the studio are so friendly and helpful especially Carlos and Stephanie- they are very helpful with questions, equipment purchases, etc- I get the vibe that they are happy to be there unlike in some studios where the staff have a can’t be bothered attitude. The staff at Rowdy is different- 10/10 stars.
Classes are great as well- love the format and each teacher seems to have their own style- I especially like Jenna’s classes. It would be better if there was mittwork incorporated into the class somehow. For the class itself I give 8/10 stars.

Easy booking and check-in process, pleasant staff, clean facility, and good locker room amenities. The instructors I've had have all been great - good energy, friendly, and not too intense/pushy. The workout itself is fulfilling, it can be as intense or light as you make it. The 55 min Lift 'n box class is great for anyone who wants the conditioning experience of boxing but isn't interested in sparing or doing any partner work.
Street parking during busy times can be tricky. Bring your own wraps to class, if you forget wraps you have to buy them which can get pricey.

The space is luxurious, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the coaches are beyond inspirational.
At first, I was discouraged when I was unable to get the punches down in the first class (I do believe they have taken steps to ensure each class has a solid 5-10 minutes of going over the punches) but after the second class, I was able to gain confidence in the moves, I have been totally HOOKED.
You can't go wrong with any instructor, any type of class, etc.
I'm so glad I get to incorporate Rowdy Box into my routine.

I LOOOOVE RowdyBox! It was my first time trying out boxing and the intro class taught by Tobi was fantastic - good vibes and very welcoming (not intimidating at all, if you know what I am talking about :d). Sami is my favorite instructor at Rowdy - most of her classes fill up very quickly so make sure to book up early. Parking is easy too. I am 56 man, in good shape and hit 100+ Barry’s classes. I wanted novelty and a greater sweat. This does it. The demographics are mostly F which is great. The floor portion is varied from the Barry’s set and classes are longer. I remain confused why these businesses can’t vary class lengths, some people would prefer 30 min while others a 2h sweat but I guess that’s too much to ask this decade. Clean, new and fun.

I haven't worked out consistently since pre-pandemic. RowdyBox has been completely welcoming and un-intimidating; the staff seem to know everyone by name and truly take the time to make you feel confident in the workout and being there.
The workout itself is awesome: 55 minutes so you really feel like you get your money or credits worth compared to other group classes that are 40-45 minutes. Even better, the 55 minutes goes by sooo quickly. You do not need to be a boxer to get a great workout in and have fun.
I have taken 6 different instructors and each are great and push the class to get a great workout mixed with weights and boxing cardio in.
I have kept coming back 2-3 times a week and couldn't recommend it more.
Pro Tip: On Monday's they offer free beginner classes for first-timers. I recommend going to be introduced to the various punches and flow of the workout. Once you attend a beginner's, you will have a same day offer for a discounted package.

Of the handful of boxing studios that I've tried in Seattle, I recommend this one most! The instructors are high energy and knowledgeable, and the schedule provides tons of class time options. I like the style (dark room, colored, loud music) - and the class goes by fast. I love that they have a beginner specific class, but wish is was offered at more dates/times than it is now. I'm not personally motivated by coaches screaming things like "you're not tired yet" or "pay up" - but I know that hustle/grit culture is something a lot of folks are into which is clear by their loyal clientele. I tolerate it occasionally because I still think it's the best boxing spot in the city.

Really fun, super positive boxing gym! If you're looking to improve boxing skills or get a workout in, this gym is top notch for that. Each class is thoughtfully put together with 10 rounds of boxing and floor work, and each set is fun and carefully planned to target specific muscles and improve certain boxing skills and combos. You'll leave the room feeling tired but like you've really worked on yourself! You can also modify workouts to take things at your own pace.
It's conveniently located in SLU and all the coaches are encouraging, friendly, and knowledgable. Everyone is always willing to answer questions or stay and chat for a moment after class. Additionally, the front desk staff is always friendly and helpful and the locker rooms are spacious and clean.

Super fun workout! 10 rounds fly by very quickly, and next thing I know I’ve burned 400 calories per my Apple Watch. I spend a lot of time running and when I get bored, boxing is my favorite cardio method. Tobi is a great instructor for the beginner class. It was a lot of fun and not too hard. There a lot of flexibility w how hard you can go and Tobi gave alternate options for each lifting step. He also was a very clear and visual instructor that described where you should feel moves as well as overall flow and cool down options.
I’ve taken one boxing class before and it kicked my ass—it was mostly running in circles and less boxing. This class was a lot more fun and easy to tailor to your energy level of the day. Just show up!
This studio is really fun. Love the dark room and the music and lights. It gets you more into the mood of working out. I took rowing before to 70s music and it just doesn’t get the energy up at all in comparison. Would return.

I came across an ad for RowdyBox while I was looking for a gym to do weightlifting and was intrigued by the pictures and the pitch - "boxing in a nightclub". Solo strength-training has historically been my go-to for fitness, as I'm an introvert by nature, but that habit has left gaps in my training - namely cardio. With that in mind, I decided to give RowdyBox a try. It might be out of my comfort zone but at least it'll be more run than the treadmill right?
Well, actually, it's *a lot* more fun than the treadmill. So much so I had a friend of mine sign up too and now we try to go twice a week. I've taken classes with four different instructors, all of which were great and I'd be happy to attend again. Also, I like that while the format stays the same in each class, the exercises rotate. It helps keep things fresh and provides a well-rounded workout.
If you're scared about giving it a go - don't be. There are all types in these classes, and you can modify the exercises to suit your own ability. I constantly mess up the combo chain during the Combo of the Week portion of the class, and have terrible footwork - no one cares. Those things can come in time, that you show up in the first place is the most important thing. Happy Boxing!
