My spouse and I attended the sunrise cycling class together and had an absolute blast. It was a great workout and the instructor is very knowledgeable and friendly.

I stumbled on this little gem of a gym while on extended holiday and I wish I could have brought Lael back home with me. My main goal is to maintain health and mobility as I get older and that means working with someone who pushes me but also has the knowledge and experience to do it safely. Had the pleasure of working with Lael and attending some of her classes for a couple of weeks and not only were they fun and challenging, but she also helped refine my movement so I was getting the most out of every workout. This is not a box gym. This is bespoke-level attention – even in the group classes. You will find quality training and a quality trainer who is going to help you meet you goals and also prevent overtraining and injury. Can’t wait to be back in the area and train here again.

I’m working towards getting in shape for a more active life style. Specifically hiking and trail riding dirtbikes. The emphasis on core strength and balance is incredible. I’m not in the best shape now and was hesitant to sign up for a group fitness class. I was concerned I wouldn’t fit in fitness wise. The classes are structured in a way people of all fitness levels feel comfortable.
The morning classes are an incredible to start the day! I’m a morning person now!!

Lael has cured my physical (and mental!) health. I had been recommended for a hip surgery (at age 35 😳) and I’ve had knee and hip pain since I was 20. I couldn’t run, lift weights, or even bike without immense pain. Lael has re-taught me how to move with meticulous form. Now, I can bike, run, lift, and move through the world without pain.
