I typically have a difficult time sticking to a workout schedule and keeping myself motivated. But, at this gym, I have been showing up and working hard for 5 months! The coaches make the workouts fun and are always on top of helping everyone when we need quick corrections on a workout. Literally one week in and I’m hooked forever! I’m not the kind of person that can walk into a regular gym with my own motivation and work out, I need someone to yell at me and tell me what to do! I love coming here for workouts. The instructors are very good at cheering you on and they will help you with the exercises and form which I think is super important to do correctly. I feel motivated to come and the atmosphere is positive. I love the owner and trainers here. They are top notch and so encouraging. I found a Exercise class I enjoy doing with others. The only advice I give is do some of the modifications and pace yourself when you first start it took me a couple weeks to get in a rhythm and figure out how many days I come to allow my body to recover. I feel so much better physically. I feel stronger and losing weight and getting toned.

As a working parent to two young kids, SCBC works really well with my life style. Classes are offered am/pm M-Sat and are 30 minuted long. The program is challenging, engaging and uplifting. The staff make it a point to know everyone by name, critique your form and encourage you. The scheduling app is user friendly, the facility is clean and inviting. The InBody scale is a huge benefit too; where you can see vital stats to really track your progress. I’m so glad to have this program close to home! While this place is no cake walk, I would and do recommend anyone to try them out!

I wasn't sure what to expect at first, but I thoroughly enjoy this place! The workouts are tough, the staff is encouraging, and the other boot camp goers are great. You are the only person you are competing with; bettering yourself and gaining strength one class at a time. Membership comes with InBody scans that really track your progress outside of just weight (the insights it gives is fascinating). 10/10 recommend.

I am NOT an experienced exerciser… and I historically have avoided regular gym type workouts. This gym and the amazing crew that motivate and support and hand hold when needed have changed my mind/body. The 30” workouts are effective and challenging (I CAN eat this weight/cardio elephant set bite by 30 sec bite!) AND I have never felt so capable (?) and excited to belong to a gym. My ADHD brain and body really thrive on the multiple change-up exercises and timer countdown. Thank you to Nate, Tryphina, Denise and Abraham for the continued support.
