I had hoped to sign up for 3-day training sessions. I'm visiting friends in Seattle and needed a place to workout short term with out signing up for a membership. Sama Fitness informed me they don't have short term sessions.

I've been taking 3 personal training sessions per week here for the last few months. I've noticed a tremendous difference in my health and energy. Brandon is a great trainer. He has the right balance of motivation and compassion. He's also good about accommodating any injuries I have.

Brandon and Melissa at Sama are the absolute best. I have been working out at Sama for the past year and feel challenged and grateful for the coaching I receive. Personalized to each of their clients, it is evident how much time and effort they invest in us. Highly recommend you give it a go here, good luck!!

It feels wrong that I can't give Sama Fitness 100 stars, because that's what they deserve! I've been seeing Melissa & Brandon for personal training 2x a week for a few months now. I've been a serial gym-goer, popping between various studios and just never felt like I got the coaching I was looking for. Not only are Melissa & Brandon incredible people individually, but they truly invest in your fitness goals and work to help you achieve them. Before every workout they check in and ask "how are you feeling, is anything sore today?" and go as far to reach out after a workout to see how I'm doing the next day. Their studio is simply gorgeous and they take pride in keeping it clean and comfortable for their clients. They've built a warm and welcoming community that is SO hard to find in the fitness space.
Oh, did I mention they remembered my birthday!? If you're looking to get out of feeling like "one of many" and start feeling like you've found an identity in a gym, Sama is it!

We've been taking classes at Sama for over two years. We love the community and the way that Melissa continually keeps it fresh. A side benefit--Sana's HIIT classes are great dry land training program for skiiers!

Sama Fitness is a place where you are physically challenged in a supportive and calming community environment. It is a wellness studio that provides challenging workouts. Over the years I've gone to gyms and yoga studios separately, but Melissa and Brandon have created the combined place I've been searching for! The studio is filled with plants and light and positivity. I leave each workout and yoga class feeling accomplished and energized. They offer HIIT, yoga and pilates classes as well as personal training. They are both "kind and firm" trainers (and lovely people) who inspire you to push yourself. From a practical standpoint, parking is easy and they have classes at really convenient times.

Great workout! Melissa makes class fun and positive, but gets you a good sweat and pays attention to proper form too. I like that it's a different circuit every time. 45 min is so convenient!

I love SAMA fitness so much! The owners/trainers really put their heart into creating this space but most of all they are amazing at what they do! Their HIIT classes are the best for busy people who want maximum results from minimum time. While it is fast paced, it can be very personalized and you can work out at your own level. I started from having not worked out in a decade and I felt welcomed and supported from the get go. The trainers have a great eye for form so you will get the most out of the exercise by doing it correctly and you minimize risk of injury. They also are really good at modifying exercises as needed and the vibe is very inclusive and positive.

If you love a challenging workout with really dedicated trainers and a group of super fun members, then Sama is the place for you. The variety of classes and exercises ensures you will always go home feeling better than when you started. As someone prone to injury, Melissa and Brandon have been awesome helping me modify so that I get the most from each and every workout.
