This gym is really hardcore (nationals+) but also the friendliest most welcoming atmosphere I have ever been in and also open to all levels! Whether you are in high school, working or retired, whatever gender expression the list goes on this gym is very welcoming : )

Honestly my visit here was a highlight of a really fun trip to Seattle. I enjoyed working out in the space but even more enjoyed talking to Todd and getting access to equipment I don’t have at home. Would come back in a heartbeat if I’m in Seattle.

Seattle Strength and Power is a fantastic gym for powerlifting and strongman/woman. It’s a super welcoming community where everyone—whether a visitor, new member, or long-time member—is supported and encouraged. Todd, the owner and main coach, has over 30 years of experience and an unsurpassed depth of knowledge. I highly recommend Seattle Strength and Power.

Excellent spot! I dropped in while on vacation in Seattle, and Todd, the owner, made my experience awesome! If anyone has some real powerlifting/strongman training to do in Seattle, they need to do it here!

Todd is the best coach! Super knowledgeable and patient. Trained with him for a year and a half. Started as a novice lifter and made a ton of progress and competed twice. Also all the lifters are awesome and friendly.

Just a really great gym with strong awesome people. POWER LIFTERS AND STRONGMEN welcomed. Calibrated weights, bumper plates, stones, yokes, and sleds! I stopped in while visiting Seattle and everyone there went out of their way to help me out. The owner Tod is super friendly as well. 💯🤘

great environment for Novice, intermediate and advance lifters. I’ve been lifting here regularly for over 2 years and am still setting new PRs. A very friendly and encouraging atmosphere; Todd’s 30+ years of experience make him a great coach. Great gym for anyone looking to be strong.

Superbly kitted out gym for powerlifting and strongman. Staff were very friendly and helpful, everyone there is supportive and approachable no matter what level you're at. The type of gym where when one person attempts a big lift the entire gym gets behind them. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

An amazing atmosphere for anyone who wants to work hard, regardless of your current strength level. Todd is awesome and super helpful, and the regulars are friendly and encouraging - even willing to give a few useful pointers. I highly recommend this gym for anyone interested in power lifting or strongman/woman.

Pretty neat powerlifting/strongman gym, but it's hard to drop in here without paying for a coaching fee, which is $40 a day.

Todd runs the premier powerlifting and strongman gym in Seattle. Even though there are many world champion lifters in the gym (just looking at the wall, I counted 9, and I'm sure that I'm missing some) Todd has plenty of time for guys like me as well. He's focused on getting people to their best performance, not just on winning meets or setting records.
