Seed Pilates + Movement Training is inclusive and approachable integrated Pilates, offering Private (Solo, Duet, Trio) and small Group Instruction. Utilizing Pilates exercises with integration of Fascial Movement Training and other movement and somatic modalities, Stacy’s classes include detailed and precise movement patterning with fluidly flowing sequences to build strength, control, mobility and better movement patterns bringing more stability to the joints and allowing the student to move through daily activities with better ease. Seed welcomes curious movers of any fitness level, physical ability, age, identity, and background. ALL bodies welcomed!

I've recently started renting this space as an instructor and have had a very positive experience! The studio is very clean and organized, the location is ideal, and Stacy has been incredibly supportive as I get my footing as a new business owner. I also really love the size of the studio for private sessions and small group classes that suit my teaching style. I highly recommend to other instructors looking for a studio space to teach out of!

My partner and I have been taking 2:1 lessons with Stacy for almost 2 years. We both highly recommend Seed Pilates! Stacy is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and kind. We feel comfortable at her studio and always look forward to her classes. We feel stronger and have fewer random incidents of our muscles aching or things getting out of place. Stacy also helped me a lot when I dealt with an injury. Glad to have her class as our weekly routine!

I am very happy that I did not have to give up taking Pilates mat class from Stacy when I moved out of Seattle. I have tried other Pilates classes, but none are as effective and rewarding as Stacy's classes. I highly recommend Stacy and Seed Pilates!

I've been working with Stacy for many years, in group classes, private sessions, and online sessions. Stacy is consistently well-prepared, and also responsive to my particular physical goals and needs. Stacy has such a wealth of knowledge to draw from, and she uses that expertise to create a carefully crafted plan for each session, which she then can adapt in the moment, to support whatever my body seems to need on the day. Also, Stacy is extremely clear and thorough in her explanations of exercises and body mechanics, which has made the online sessions seamless and effective. I appreciate Stacy's curiosity for ongoing learning, and commitment to bringing the latest understandings to enhance her teaching.
The Seed Pilates studio is GORGEOUS: bright, quiet, elegant, well-supplied with equipment, and meticulously cleaned.
And Stacy is also laugh-out-loud funny, which can be awkward when I'm halfway through "the hundred" or upside-down in "short spine."

Stacy is a great instructor. Thoughtful, communicative, and educational. She's helped me when I just wanted to move my body, and has been instrumental in my recovery from back surgery.

I highly recommend Stacy and Seed Pilates to anyone curious about Pilates or looking for a welcoming place to move. I've been taking her group reformer and mat classes for nearly three years now, and I've noticed real, lasting changes in my range of motion, posture, and overall body awareness.
What keeps me coming back is how she teaches. Stacy creates an environment where you feel genuinely supported, even if traditional workout classes aren't usually your thing. Her approach is thoughtful and adaptable. She's also incredibly attentive. She listens, adjusts, and offers cues that are clear without being overly prescriptive, and she always seems to know the exact phrasing that will click. Bonus: she also has a really cute pup. :)
I'm really grateful to have found her studio. I can't imagine my movement routine without it.

Highly recommend Seed Pilates and pilates classes with Stacy! Stacy is incredible at explaining, cueing and adapting for each student, even in group settings. Nestled in the heart of Fremont in Seattle, this beautiful studio space is a dream to work in. I rented the space for teaching four 2 hour long Franklin Method workshops. l taught up to 8 people in the space, and it was perfect for what we needed. The space is a corner unit with spacious windows giving it a light and airy feeling. Stacy, the owner, is brillant and easy to work with. She even took my classes! I highly recommend this space for working with smaller groups, privates or duets, you won't be dissppointed. I would still be using it if I hadn't moved out of the country.

Stacy is an amazing pilates teacher and a wonderful person. I have been taking classes with her due to back pain and she has been extremely helpful, always modifying excercises to make sure I was not hurting my body. Stacy is a truly gifted teacher. I’ve been taking her classes for almost a decade. She presents lots of modifications for those with injuries, etc and manages to monitor the class and make corrections (even via Zoom). I’ve been to lots of studios over the years and Stacy is definitely one of the best instructors I’ve worked with. I’m a faithful student for life!
