Saumya brings both skill and soul to her practice, and it’s clear she truly lives what she teaches. Her presence is grounded, warm, and clear, and she guides you with both precision and compassion. Her work lands in a deeply personal way. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone seeking meaningful support through yoga therapy!

Laura is a colleague of mine and I find her to be a loving, dedicated, playful, and highly skilled clinician and yoga teacher. She cares deeply about her clients and facilitates profound and meaningful change for them. I’ve enjoyed referring to her, consulting with her and learning from her. She is a true gem in our community!

Laura does not provide the stability or professionalism required for therapy. In my first two months as her client, she was traveling for 5 out of 8 weeks. She canceled one session a few days before so she “could extend her travels”. Scheduling sessions was confusing, with no way to confirm a session had been scheduled. When I brought this concern up, she merely sent me a bill a quit responding to email. As a therapist myself, I know this behavior is not just unprofessional, it is harmful. This is someone I had shared my trauma history with. Laura does not seem to take her responsibilities as a therapist seriously, which resulted in something harmful for me rather than healing.

Laura is a wonderful empathetic and powerful teacher who helps creates lasting meaningful change in her clients. The people smearing her reputation have never met her or attended her classes.
