Great community of women who are invested in long-term health and fitness. Consistently great workouts, supportive community and no more lower back pain (for me!). Very grateful to have found Shaana so close to me - this is the only workout program I have stuck with for this long, really investing in my future self.

I love Shaanercise!! I have been a runner most my life, but adding in the strength component has made me feel better than I have in years.
Shaana puts so much thought into each workout (different every day!) and is very knowledgeable about proper lifting and form. I also love the supportive group of women. To get a hard workout and a social outlet at the same time - what more could you want?!

I’ve been attending Shaanercise, a bootcamp-style workout class for over five years, and it continues to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my health and well-being. I love that no two classes are ever the same—our instructor has an incredible depth of knowledge and a seemingly endless toolbox of exercises to keep every session fresh, challenging, and fun. Her passion for fitness is contagious and truly inspires all of us to push ourselves and stay consistent. The home gym setting creates a warm, welcoming environment, and the community of women is amazing. I’ve built lasting friendships here and always look forward to working out together. The location is close to my home, which makes it easy to stay committed, and the class sign-up system helps keep me accountable. This is so much more than just a workout—it’s a supportive community and an inspiring way to start the day!

At 50 I feel the strongest I have ever felt since going to Shaanercise for over two years now. As a PT I have always used perhaps too much caution with my lifting techniques but Shaana has helped me push my boundaries a bit and is good at providing alternatives when certain exercises are too challenging. Since working with her I have also had significantly less SI joint pain and plantar fascitis. And she makes it fun with a very supportive group of ladies of all ages. Highly recommend!

This is the place I have been starting most of my days. I have been going to Shaanercise for years and wouldn’t trade it!
The workouts vary and combine strength and cardio, you can always adjust things to your level (although Shaana will make sure to keep challenging you). Another bonus is the lovely group of ladies and community feeling.
I truly recommend Shaanercise.

If you are looking for a woman owned, woman based workout experience, look no further! Shaanercise has been my 6am strength workout routine for 2.5 years. I have gained not only strength and muscle, but I have made some of the most treasured friendships that have filled my cup on the days when I don't feel like putting in the work.
My confidence in lifting heavier is far beyond what I thought I was signing up for. Located in Woodinville - it’s the easiest decision and 4 minute drive I ever made. Shanna is well trained, encouraging, funny as hell, and all around the most genuine trainer you’ll find.

I am so thankful for shaanercise! It is hands-down the best decision I have made this year. I was starting to feel defeated with all the constant cardio and showing up at the gym and trying things all while, seeing the little results. Now I am lifting heavier weights than I ever even thought possible. I am feeling strong and confident and to top it all off I get to enjoy the company of amazing women during the workout. This is way more than a “garage gym.” Shaanercise has become one of my favorite activities with my favorite women - there could not be a more inviting, encouraging

I started strength/circuit training with Shaana when I was 3 months pregnant up until 4 days before I had my baby. Then resumed 6 weeks postpartum and continue doing classes now. Shaana is hands-down the best and most thoughtful coach. She puts so much effort into the structure of her classes-- no two classes are the same! And if you need a modification, she has multiple ways to guide you though what you need.
The fellow women who come here are wonderful. This place is my home away from home.
