Simply love this place! I chose this gym specifically for my Hyrox prep next yr, and it did not disappoint. The coaches are engaging and really encourage you to push past your limits.
The environment is awesome—clean and just makes you want to jump in and grind! A huge plus is the spotless bathrooms/showers to get refreshed after a sweaty session.
I decided to commit to a full-time membership after just two trial classes with Alice. If you want to lose weight, build muscle, and become a better version of yourself, definitely come try a class. You won’t look back!

I have been going to Shred415 for a couple of years now and just love it. The owners Fadil and Alice are both really great people, and created an environment that feels really welcoming and encouraging for a workout place! Always good workouts, clean and stocked bathrooms with everything you need to get ready after, & great instructors. A couple of my favorites are Brandon, Rachel and Jermaine but they’re all fantastic!

Shred is hands down the BEST workout community in Seattle! The instructors are like an extended family, always so motivating, always so fun, and AMAZING at what they do! The studio is also super clean, and is equipped with state of the art machines. I'm so happy I found Shred through classpass 2 years ago. I've never been so motivated to workout!! I was given a free class by a friend and it happened to be when they were doing a promotion for 4-15 week. I ended up purchasing the pack after trying my first class. As someone who has lost 80 pounds but still fears going to classes like these, I loved it! Even though there’s some things that I’m not physically fit to do yet, they offered modifications for me and not once made me feel like I wasn’t welcome there. Fadil recognized my friend and I and commended us for showing up every Saturday. I’m seriously contemplating buying a membership now just because I loved my experience here so much. Shout out to Bailey as well who was amazing as well!

Shred415 is an incredible workout experience! Fadil and Alice are outstanding instructors who expertly push you to your limits while incorporating lighthearted humor, making each class both challenging and enjoyable. Having previously trained at Barry’s for a few years in Seattle, I can confidently say that these HIIT-style classes are just as intense, which I love. I've been coming to Shred since the start of the year and it's been nothing short of fantastic. I was nervous about joining a new gym as it had been so long since I took group classes - my nerves were immediately put at ease as everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I have classes at different times each week so I've had quite a few instructors and they've all been brilliant - high energy and motivating but they also take the time to ensure everyone is able to keep up at their own pace. I've already recommended them to friends in the area - each class has been a great pick-me-up!

I’ve been looking for a place to challenge me since moving to South Lake Union in September, finally I’ve found it! It’s affordable, extremely clean, the trainers are engaging and encouraging! I’ve had Alice for almost every class, she’s amazing. Also, the classes change and there’s different activities no matter if you’re taking an “arms and abs” class for the 3rd time in a week. I’d highly recommend!

We got there a little late, but they said they had a 5 minute grace period, and we got there exactly at 10:05. But they locked the doors on us and already marked us late even before the grace period ended! They just said that their clocks were set a little earlier than ours (on our iphones!), but how were supposed to know that? We got there late because there’s no freakin parking around the area, no garage, and lots of 15 mins only parking!! And it was a freakin Saturday too, so not even a busy time. 🙄

Alice & Fadil are truly amazing. They always remember all members’ names and take care of them. Of course, the other trainers are also excellent. Had an extremely disappointing experience. Got billed twice, once for a single class despite having an active membership. Canceling the membership was really difficult, and I ended up with a lot of unexpected charges. Moreover, it was quite frustrating to find that the owner was rarely available to address concerns/inquiries. The remaining staff members appeared ill-equipped to provide assistance and consistently redirected me to email the owner.

I really love the experience here at Shred 415. The instructors and the front desk staff are one of the most friendliest people ever. Not only will you get a great workout, the amenities are really awesome compared other workout facilities.
If you do book a class here, take Nina and Alice! Their classes are super fun!
I would choose this place over Orangetheory and Barry’s any day.

I LOVE shred415! I’ve done other high-intensity workouts before, but they were all very intense (in a way that I thought I was going to injure myself). Shred415 is not only a fantastic workout but you’re able to push yourself at a healthy level. The workouts are great for both beginners and experts.

Shred415 has honestly changed my life! I promise no one is paying me to say this haha. I found this place on class pass because I had just moved to Seattle and wanted to try different studios. I quickly became a shred member because of how amazing and motivating the instructors are. I’ve been going for about 6 months and have noticed a lot of changes in my health and strength. I have been going to Shred415 Seattle on and off for about a year now. I've never had any issues with them. They're disciplined and dedicated at what they do. Each instructor bring their own kind of energy and I like working with all of them. It's up to you, if you want to keep working with instructors who work the best for you. I always like to change things slightly per my mood and abilities for that day. You can either stick to what you can and want to do and focus on your own self, or just get motivated by that tad bit of peer pressure. Cheers!

Love this class. I have tried so many classes. Before this class, Orange Theory and Barry’s were my favorite. Now I wouldn’t consider going to either of those gyms unless I am traveling for work and there is not a Shred415 gym in that city. Shred actual cares about form during the strength training section…the other classes are about doing as many reps with light weight and poor form, which IMO is not going to yield muscle development and is a huge risk for injury. Plus the treadmill sprints feel attainable and you know exactly what to expect. Directions for both sections of the class are clear, the instructor provides a demo of the floor exercises, the music is fun, and when you leave you feel full of endorphins and energy. Can’t recommend this class enough.

I’ve been coming here regularly for 2 years and I still look forward to each workout here. Everything about this gym is very well thought-out: the check-in process, the lights, the music, the locker rooms, and of course the workout itself.
It’s not an easy workout but I remember the first few months I saw a consistent improvement in my body fat composition which really kept me motivated. Even after 2 years I’m still setting new PRs. You are free to push yourself as much as you want and they give a lot of adjustments to the workout if needed.
The instructors are all great and there’s more or less a consistent structure to the class but different instructors have different styles and music tastes. Alice, Ashley, and Bailey have the most 🔥energy imo

After moving to Seattle, I tried class pass and somehow got found my home at Shred415 in right before Covid! My mindset about working out has changed completely. The environment is so welcoming and I always feel so empowered.
The classes are intense but I always tell my friends not to feel intimidated because you can always walk and do body weights the whole time. The showers are clean and there’s even a yoga studio sharing a space with them in Bellevue! It’s the whole package!

Took a class through ClassPass. Front desk person and coach were both really friendly and attentive. The coach was really upbeat, and encouraged us to push ourselves. Very similar to Barry's but a bit less intimidating because you set your own baseline speed - and you alternate between treadmill and floor exercises. I'm not personally huge fan of running, but I liked that the class is welcoming to all fitness levels!

Clean studio, nice staff, good workout. Some things I don’t agree with like side shuffles on the treadmill during warm up. Very unsafe use of a treadmill with limited instructor awareness. I tripped (yes, my own fault I know) and fell off my treadmill and the instructor didn’t even notice 🤷🏻♀️

Love this studio! You’re challenged with your workouts but can go at your own pace depending on how you are feeling that day. This studio feels inclusive no matter your fitness level. Every class I’ve been to has been really fun.
I’ve taken classes at both studios locations but prefer the liveliness of the Seattle spot, despite parking being a little harder. Also love that you can attend classes via ClassPass which I do!

Shred415 is by far the best workout I’ve been to in Seattle. I would highly recommend that everyone come to Shred for HIIT workouts.
The workouts are intense and there’s always a good variety of exercises to do in each class.
The instructors are extremely nice, they always accommodate people at every skill level and provide exercise options, they are very clear on the mic, and they have great choices in music. They’re also very friendly and approachable, and my wife and I love talking to them after class.
The studio is one of the cleanest workout studios I’ve ever seen and their equipment is top notch.
I also wanna give a special shout out to Alice and Fadil, who run the studio. They’ve done an amazing job building the Shred community and treat everyone with love and respect. Thank you so much!

Great circuit HIIT workouts, half on the treadmills and half on the floor with free weights, bands, and body weight. You switch between them for two sessions on each per class. The times goes by really quickly and you get a great workout. Good split of guys and girls so I think everyone feels welcome.

Shred415 offers a challenging workout, positive community, and inclusive environment suitable for those of all fitness levels. I have taken primarily HIIT classes for about 4 years, but have always struggled with hitting a plateau in my workout and lacking that extra challenge. Shred415's treadmill and floor workouts are created by the instructor and unique to each class, exposing clients to a variety of exercises and formats. I have found Shred's floor blocks specifically to be the best around. I recommend Shred415 to those of any fitness level!

I’m fairly new to the Shred community, but after my first class I knew it was one of the best workouts I had ever experienced. I love Shred415. I was never into high intensity work out before but I tried a free class and am still going 6 months later. All of the teachers are great and super motivating. Music is fun. Facilities have nice amenities. Alice, Fadil and staff are very nice and welcoming.

I first found out about Shred415 from ClassPass around a year ago. I was a bit nervous trying out a new studio, but those feelings immediately went away when I walked in and was greeted by the staff. They were very warm and friendly, and instantly made me feel welcome. The instructor did a great job of explaining the program, which made me feel confident in the class despite it being my first one. The workout itself was definitely challenging, but the pump-up music, energizing atmosphere, and encouraging instructor pushed me to do my best. I left feeling great, and a year later I am still taking classes regularly. I cannot thank Shred415 enough for helping me achieve my fitness goals and for providing me with a safe, inclusive environment to do them in. I 10/10 would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a community of strong, resilient, kind, and FUN loving people! So happy to be part of the Shred Fam <3

Shred has by far been my favorite workout studio. I appreciate the music and energy in class that keeps you motivated, as well as the instructors that are encouraging and help you meet your training goals (strength and speed/endurance). The whole team helps create a strong sense of community and accountability in and outside of the studio. This program is results-oriented and has helped me become the strongest version of myself. The instructors & classes at Seattle Shred415 are amazing! I’ve taken different HIIT classes at a variety of studios / gyms and Shred415 has been the most welcoming and fun by far. The instructors are all so encouraging during class and make an effort to personally say hi / bye. It’s the least intimidating gym I’ve ever been to and has the best music / lighting / atmosphere. Everyone - staff & clients - seem happy to be there.

This is a full body cardio/strength workout that is always fun, challenging and scaleable. Each instructor is amazing and brings their unique energy to the class. So far I've absolutely loved this gym. Super great energy, and the biggest thing for me is the environment of the actual workout space. It's a space with very dark yet fun lighting, which takes SO much pressure and awkwardness out of the workout experience. I can't see why anyone would ever regret trying this place out!

I was using ClassPass about a year ago to sample different workouts and fitness studios across the city. After my first experience at Shred415, I knew I’d be signing up for a membership here. The workout is challenging (yes, you will sweat!) yet fun, efficient, and suitable for all fitness levels. The instructors and owners are AMAZING, as is the studio and all its amenities. Highly recommend—don’t miss out!

This has been my go-to exercise class since moving to the area. The instructors are great, friendly, enthusiastic and will always help with suggestions for doing exercises differently if you're nursing an injury. The atmosphere is great, it's very well air conditioned and there's no pretentiousness at all. I have no qualms about turning into a sweaty mess during class! Would recommend to anyone.

Went to my first workout post April 2020 at Shred this weekend. It was great! Similar to Barry’s or Orange a theory if you are used to that. The instructor (Fad) was encouraging, high-energy, and provided great instruction. Was a tough workout but was easy to make modifications as needed. I will definitely be back!

Ive been to Shred 415 two times now and love it! If you've been to Barry's, Baseline, or Orangetheory, the structure and idea is very similar, but probably most comparable in style, equipment and intensity to Bassline. Fast paced, loud good music, and high quality equipment and facilities! The classes are fun and feel like they go by fast. There's great locker rooms with 2 showers, Dyson hairdryers, and some products. Highly recommend giving it a try!

An extremly welcoming gym. Something I appreciate as someone who hates group fitness (In case someone cares, I also hate Peleton)
The owners (Fadil and Alice) and the incredible trainers (Alicia, Ashley, Shelby in the mornings) know how to build a personal relationship with all members. More importantly, they are extremely thoughtful of where every member is in their fitness journey and find ways to push everyone the right amounts. For someone who is getting started with fitness, this has been great.
When it comes Covid safety, I am amazed at how mindful they are. The obvious things of temperature check, masks, social distancing are all covered. But most impressively, after every class - Fadil (owner) personally sanitizes all equipment! In addition to periodic deep cleans throughout the day!
The workouts are 45 minutes, 4 sets, half on treadmill, half on floor (weights, body weight etc.). You can do only floor if you want. I feel like class goes by pretty quickly and ends with a brief stretch. Overall a good workout and easy to dial your efforts up or down based on how you are feeling.
Hope this helps! we all got that Covid-15 to shred. (let's be real it's more like 25lbs at this point.)

Alice & Fadil, the owners, are awesome!! They are friendly, remember everything about you (from your injuries to your weekend plans) and really care about every single person. They have the best instructors and I’m always drenched in sweat and dead by the end of the class. They really kick your butt! I am much stronger than when I did orange theory (for 2 years!) The studio is super clean and hygienic, they go above and beyond COVID standards. I love coming here almost every day!! :) I really look forward to it.
