Absolutely love the staff here. They are all so kind, gentle, and firm with the kids and really have them learning! 10/10 recommend.
On the school side - My middle daughter was with Miss Carly for 3/4s this last year and she LOVED her. Not only did she look forward to school every day but about 2 months after school was out I had her tested for early kindergarten where she passed with flying colors. She tested at a 6 year old level in all areas! True testament of a great teacher!

i'm a gymnast my self and I'm in platinum. I think this gymnastics is amazing they do go hard on you but they're doing that so you can get better. Most people think the coaches are mean but they are really nice. I have done gymnastics for 7 years at this gym and I always get 1st place through-10th place and have made it to the hardest competition ever. the coaches help a lot and Jen (the owner) can get hard on you sometimes but it always helps you do the right thing :) -your platinum gymnast.

Our coach was wonderful. But they put pressure on the kids to fundraise and earn money for them. That already made me a bit uneasy. But then there was a genuine misunderstanding and were they accused me of trying to rob them of extra money when I didn't schedule correctly. The situation was actually their mistake and technically they owed me more money then they accused me of not giving them. When asked how I could help, the manager said she was so angry she couldn't speak to me. When I asked for an apology for the way I was treated, the owner responded so defensively and used unprofessional language it was clear there was really no point in trying to resolve the issue. I don't know if they are having financial issues but we just didn't feel comfortable with our kids being in that enviroment.

I took my granddaughter for her gymnastics, the seats were comfortable upstairs, had a good view of all the kids. They had several classes and different age groups going on at same time. My granddaughter loved it. My daughter said it was the least expensive place in the whole area. Worth the drive.

When i was little i went here for tumbling and it was super fun. The only problem i ever had was i would get picked on by some of the girls in my class about my body hair because i didnt shave my legs. (I was 9 years old lol) It made me insecure about it and so i started wearing leggings instead of shorts to class, and my teacher would yell at me for wearing pants instead of shorts. I stopped going because of those reasons but other then those problems its a great place. The people there just need to work on themselves a little bit

My girls loved their first day of gymnastics here. They learned lots of new skills in a short amount of time. The coaches helped them through each activity, were patient with them, and made everything fun. Even when my oldest had a hard fall they comforted her and sat by her until she was ready to rejoin the class.

I had a very bad experience at preschool here. We recently moved to this area and my kid is new to the place. Enrolled my 4 year kid to pre-school - 2 days a week. First day - he cried for 3 hours. The teacher said we'll have him for one hour since other kids gets disturbed as he cried. Third day - teacher said we are removing him from our school as he's crying a lot and other kids get disturbed. ONLY 4 hours spent in total and teachers already gets impatient. Their site says - " every child should be treated with respect and patience". The director said the school started in Sept and other kids are settled which disturbs their routine. Would have been nice if they've told their before enrolling and making my kid suffer thro' this.

We had the pleasure of going to this gym for the past year. My son loves climbing on things and falls all the time. Since going to the ninja class, he is much more poised, and his tumbles aren't nearly as bad. He sleeps the best and the longest after just 45 minutes here. Thanks to this gym he can run up a wrap wall and do a front flip (he's 5).

We've seen a couple coaches come and go during our time here. Somehow the gym keeps pulling out these great coaches and they keep getting better.

We love this gym. They believe your kids. They protect your kids. They care about your kids.

My children love their ninja and gymnastics classes. The classes are affordable and well done. The teachers work well with the children. We appreciate that each hour has a variety of classes and all my kids can be in class at the same time. We look forward to our weekly classes.

We absolutely love bringing our daughter here. Even though we moved from where we were when she initially started going and it’s a 35min drive to and from, it’s worth it. The amount of love and passion all of these coaches have for each kid is incredible. They help each child individually be the best they can be, as well as grow as a team. I am beyond impressed at how they have handled this whole pandemic and getting the kids back in there safely. My daughter loves coming, and it has helped her in so many ways outside of gymnastics as well!

As others said, it started out ok. I think it's good to push a kid beyond their limits, but when they say ouch, you stop! A few kids, including my son, complained they were pushed to hard to get into a position. Maybe their young coaches need better training. All this during spring camp , apparently a child wasnt doing what's expected, the teachers were upset with what my son felt was the whole group because of 1-2 ( I won't assume because I didn't hear them), then the coaches told the kids to put their heads down & their lunches we're going to be hid! A game they like to play or something done out of anger!? My son didn't find his, a friend did, hidden under a heavy mat. I asked my son if they were given more time to eat, he wasn't sure. I find this sad that adults (there were adults there!) thought this was funny. I'm glad I didn't have my son there all week. Never going back!! Should I call them? Would you like to explain your method if an employees is reading this!!?? I should have read the reviews AND listened to other friends who had issues too.

Our experience at Sky Valley started out positive, then took a turn. My four-year-old daughter began leaving her tumbling class briefly to "visit" me in the viewing area. I asked her teacher, Jaime, how she would like me to handle her leaving for a couple minutes. Jaime said it was really up to me. My daughter easily followed Jaime's instructions otherwise and was very focused while in class. Suddenly, the teacher was switched without notice and the new teacher had other issues with my daughter (none of which I actually witnessed while watching every minute of every class). Instead of speaking with me, this teacher had to director talk to me. In my opinion, the director approached me using very poor tact, advising me how disrespectful my daughter is, how much trouble she was causing and how much of a liability it is, etc. She clearly did not observe my daughter during class. I was a little blindsided, as nothing positive was said about my daughter. I agree my daughter leaving class was not ideal, but felt berated by the way the director addressed the situation. Feeling like we weren't welcome, I calmly advised her we would go ahead and withdrawal immediately. She seemed surprised. Another staff member added that they "just want to communicate these things with parents." If that were true, I believe the teacher who works with my daughter weekly could have talked with me. Instead, it was someone who clearly did not know anything about my daughter and had no advice or possible suggestions. We continued my daughter's ballet and will opt for another gym next summer. My credit card was charged a month and a half in advance and I was advised I have a credit if we want to return. I'm not going to bother trying to get a refund, as it would likely be a waste of time.

Another upsetting situation I witnessed before my daughter's withdrawal involved a group of pre-teens during their summer camp. Apparently, one boy damaged a piece of equipment by goofing around during some of the group's exercises. The instructor stopped the entire group of about 30 kids, lined them up and yelled about the damage, respect, etc. The boy was berated in front of his peers and ran out, crying. Seemed to me that could have been handled better as well.

Never send your kids here. The coaches were ignorant and lied to me when i voiced my complaints. My son came home with welts and bruises all over him. On a 90 degree day, they walked with 40 kids and 3 coaches 9 blocks to the park and wouldn't let the kids sit in the shade, the 5 to 13 year olds were all in the same class, doing the same activities that my 13 year old daughter found difficult. My son and daughter both went and did not want to go back. When I called and told them issues that I listed here and more, they lied. When I told them how my daugher disliked it so that much she didn't want to go back and asked for some of my money back, seeing as how expensive it was, and my daughter only went one day, the lady snapped at me, told me that "If your daughter really hates it so much, she just doesn't have to come back.", Took my daughter off the list, and refused to give me any money back. I am extremely disappointed at their service and care of the children, not to mention their attitude toward customers.

I wish I could give lower stars. So disappointed in the whole experience for my daughter last night. I signed her up for the beginners tumbling class. She was so excited and so nervous. We arrived and not a single teacher came over to welcome her. Literally just threw her to the wolves.
I paid the $40 registration but she got the first class as a β€œfree” trial.
She began stretching and running with the other kids but was confused with the stretches. Her class also had three other new kids and then 6 kids who had been there for awhile.
The teacher helped her maybe twice but then would turn her back and not watch or encourage. Then they setup 6 stations where she quickly explained and let them go. My daughter looked up at me like β€œwhat do I do?” And I had to shrug. Another girl went and asked the teacher to help her to which she replied β€œI showed everyone she should have been paying attention.” NOPE!!! She’s 6 and this is her first class ever!!!
She tried to help my daughter but was expecting so much more out of her, and I could see my daughter tearing up. So I yelled down and asked if she wanted to leave, to which she nodded.
We were there for 24 minutes.
The coach came to the front desk and I told her this was way too hard. She said β€œsorry it was so hard for you....” yeahhhhhh.... she also said she would refund the money when they called in the next day.
They did call today but I’ve been informed that the $40 is non refundable and it says on the website. Soooo I feel a little lied to. Even if it says it on your website, have common decency to refund a poor girl that didn’t even stay the whole time.
Very disappointed with the whole experience. Would not recommend for beginners. My poor girl.

Been taking my daughter to Preschool here since she was 2. We live in Lake Stevens and continue to drive all the way to Monroe to take her here. A friend recommended this place and we're glad we signed up. The teachers are awesome and my daughter β™‘s going here! Sad this is her last year here and then it's off to kindergarten!
