I'm a fitness coach on a mission to liberate, empower, and elevate human beings to reach their highest potential. I want to start a healthy lifestyle revolution, saving the world one person at a time. This begins with an authentic understanding of your values and experiences. Then I teach you how to be autonomous with your health and fitness practices. In the end, you become someone who is able to actualize their dreams and visions. This is personal training on a higher level: combining consultation, assessment, program design, coaching, nutrition, behavior change, and accountability. Remote and in-person services available.

Nic is an excellent coach. He does a great job creating a realistic and individualized plan for each of his clients, because he takes the time to get to know them. The training Nic provides is so personalized. I have had chronic pain my entire adult life. The workouts Nic has created for me have never aggravated my pain or left me in discomfort. They make my body feel stronger and healthier.

Such a great coaching experience. I’m amazed that it doesn’t take much to make a huge difference. Better eating habits, 20 minutes of strength training a few days a week and be consistent in everything I was already doing. Consistency is where it’s at!

About a year ago, I met Nic who invited me to join him for a FREE consultation to Smart, Fit, and Clean fitness coaching. Nic took his time to sit down with me to understand my day to day routine, eating habits, what my intentions and goals are so he could coach me to my desired outcome by creating me a custom-made plan.
Sometimes there are habits we have that are not always the best, and Nic has the tools in his belt to put things into perspective so that it’s easily and thoroughly understood. He is raw and authentic which I 110% appreciate!
As some of you may know, my weight and health has fluctuated most of my life. I’ve never really had structure or routine with my health and fitness goals. When I was at “my healthiest” , I learned through Nic how I was truly just malnourished with little muscle mass. I knew how to drop the weight, but didn’t understand the negative impact my body suffered with the extreme methods I used which in turn CAUSED the fluctuations and other issues I’ve faced such as my mental health.
Working with Nic gave me the knowledge, strength and confidence to continue my health and fitness journey no matter if I feel as if I’m doing it all for nothing. I learned so much working with him and hope my friends who are interested will reach out to him! He is local to Sedro Woolley but also does remote coaching!

This is my review on Smart fit & clean, the name says it all in just 2 months with the dedication and the right guidance from Nic i was able to gain 5 lbs of muscle and drop 8 of body fat, its amazing the amount knowledge Nic knows and can share, for every individual is different and he knows that, and he will work with you to achieve your goals on your fit journey providing what i consider the right tools to do things right and get your body and mind in sync from nutrition to exercise to sleep and many things more that we don't think are important until we change them, with all that said he puts everything on his side so doing the work and commiting to your personal fit journey is the most important part of it all!

I’ve worked with several trainers in the past. They were all great workout partners. I was doing pretty well when I worked out with them. And then when I’d decide to stop spending $60 on every workout, I’d end up winging it without results. Working with Nic was quite different. He listened to my goals. He understood my timeline. He took into consideration the equipment I had access to. And he went to work teaching me how to do what I needed to do to get where I needed to be. Independently. Without a paid workout partner standing next to me telling me every move to make. He created a plan that was sustainable. Do-able. One that wouldn’t burn me out. And it worked. I reached my goal in incredible time and it felt great. If you need to pay for a workout buddy, there are lots of options out there. If you want a lifestyle change that makes sense, go see Nic.

Nick has been very helpful in setting up a training program for me. He started by asking me about my goals and reasons for doing this. This is my first time working with a trainer. I know I am accomplishing more with him than I would on my own. In addition to the physical aspect, he quizzes me about my diet, my sleep routine, my energy and just general outlook. Nick is very positive and shares a lot of good information. I highly recommend him.
