It’s great to see how the transition of this gym… the equipment is amazing, the staff is great, the space is clean and it’s a good place for a beginner and advanced lifters and athletes. A lot of parking also. So happy to see this gym evolve and thriving.

The office representatives I spoke with were a tremendous help. They told me they opened at 5:00 and I had to be there as it opened. Being in the military you have to “add” or “subtract” 15 depending on your math 😆. I said, in my head, I’ll be there at 4:45 to walk in with them. I showed up at 4:30 and they were already in the building. I waited until 4:45, to not annoy them. However, they opened the door with smiles and even more enthusiasm (hooah) than I had, which was very refreshing. Thank you for that. Our physical training (PT) was awesome.

The gym carries a lot of different equipments where you can do various exercises. There are 2 basketball courts but most times one is being used to play volleyball. There is a pool and other areas that can be used for work out groups etc. I wish the gym would stay open a bit longer. They close at 8pm. I know there are other options on post that’s 24/7 but I love the convenience of going to this gym and already know the set up with the equipment which makes it easy to complete my work out sets.

This review is strictly for the pool and locker room area. This place is actually disgusting, the floor looks like it’s never cleaned and the pool is filled with bugs and mystery particles floating in it. There appears to be mold growing in the showers , and there is not one fan to be seen to help with the moisture issue . I normally swim at Kimble but because it was closed for the month I thought it would be a great idea to swim here. I was wrong . My husband even said I smelled when I came home , so, Im going to have to shower again to get this filthy water off of me. I don’t recommend this place to anyone .

Plenty of equipment here. Most cardio machines are in good condition and only a small number are out of order. I'm a big stairmill guy--there are three. The locker room is serviceable and the showers are that classic open bay.

They absolutely blast the most terrible music. It's so loud I can't hear my earbuds over it, so I have to just listen to it. Always too warm and humid, so it's like being inside a mouth. It's a gym. It has weights and equipment that's mostly not broken, so I guess it's fine.

Went to aquatic physical therapy at this gym, hit the sauna, then went to shower. I was standing in the shower, naked, water running, shampoo in hand when an employee named Bill came into the shower and started yelling at me to leave because they needed to close the locker room for cleaning. I tried to tell him that I am naked and that I am already showering (as he could clearly see) and that I would be out in just a couple minutes. Bill expected me to stop mid shower, dry off, get dressed (which would entail me either putting my dirty clothes back on or dirtying my clean clothes), go to a different shower in a different changing room, then start my shower over. He could have just waited the 2 minutes that it would have taken for me to finish my shower instead of being rude and violating my privacy and dignity. I found out afterward that they did have a sign posted regarding their cleaning schedule, but I didn't have my glasses on when I was walking to the shower so I missed the sign. It doesn't give Bill any excuse to act in the manner that he did.

The staff at the facility gives information when your there then different information the next time your there. I guess there's no set of rules to follow everyone's just assuming how things are ran which is really annoying when you have questions. Personnel seemed to be too young to be working in the facility due to their nonshalance whatever attitude. The only reason they have one star is because the system doesn't allow me to give 0 stars.

Even with Covid restrictions, all showers and pool are open. The only down side is the sauna is currently closed. They're are daily lockers available but no lockers for overnight use
